The pictures do not lie. The condo is beautifully decorated with beach’s vibes. It was very clean. Couches and bed very comfortable. The towels wrapped in ribbon on the bedding was a nice touch. We spent a lot of time on balcony in the tall “lifeguard chairs”.

Beautiful condo, great experience with Blueswell. Only one complaint was the dryer squeaked very loudly, but we didn’t use it much so we didn’t contact maintenance. We had a great time.

Very clean, the pictures are accurate. The staff were all very friendly too. Maybe choose the early check in option to avoid luggage cart wait times and full elevators. Loved the property and amenities but the beach umbrella guys are rather expensive compared to other places on PCB.

The experience we had with Blue Swell getting the rental was easy and great. This was my first time to find something on line so I wasn't sure what I was doing but it was easy. I received all of the information I needed and reminders all the way up to visit. Tide water was exactly what the photos showed. The people that work at Tide water are amazing, the ladies at check in desk we so nice and helpful and security people were everywhere so we felt welcome and very safe.The whole building was very clean inside and out. Our condo was perfect.Only downfall was elevators, but considering how busy they were guess it's to be expected. We would highly recommend Blue Swell and Tide water for your stay in Panama City

Our Cleaning

We're following guidelines set forth by the CDC & local goverments to reduce transmission risk and help stop the spread of COVID-19. We have implemented a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect hard and soft surfaces with special emphasis on all high-touch areas. 

Our cleaners use Spic and Span® 3-in-1 Disinfecting Spray and Comet® Disinfecting Cleaner with Bleach which are certified by the EPA to be effective at killing a broad spectrum of pathogens including:

  • Salmonella

All of our linens are professionally washed using only EPA approved detergents.
