Welcome to Endless Summer! Our newly remodeled 1 bedroom/1 bath unit. Located on the 13th floor. As you enter the living room area, you will see beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding views.

This newly updated 1- bedroom, 1 -bath Gulf Front Condo! Comfortably sleeps 6, Queen bed in master, a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a twin bunk bed alcove. Your balcony and bay windows allow everyone to enjoy the breathtaking Panhandle sunsets.

Tidewater Beach Resort is within walking distance of Pier Park and offers a long list of amenities, unlike any other on the beach.  From the onsite Movie Theater to the beachfront restaurant and bar, this resort offers every convenience.  Enjoy a workout in the state-of-the-art fitness center while you watch the waves hit the shimmering sands, then enjoy a dip in one of two Roman spas or venture over to the heated indoor pool.  Multiple hot tubs, two (2) outdoor pools, a Lending Library and Business Center, and so much more make this a premium location.

*Guest will need to pre-register online and pay for parking passes and armband BEFORE arrival. An additional fee will occur if you register the day of.

We loved our stay here. The beach view was incredible. Yes, it's a corner unit but you can see all the way down the beach from the windows and not to mention you can even see Pier Park (the PCB Wheel) from the window as well. It's a great location to walk to different restaurants and the pier. <br/>The only issue was the toilet, it constantly runs, you also have to hold the lever down to ensure it flushes all the way. This isn't a dealbreaker and I am sure at some point they'll fix it. <br/>The condo was great, location very convenient, and views were incredible. <br/>We definitely would stay here again.

A long overdue vacation became a wonderful experience at this condo on Panama City Beach. Restaurants within walking distance. Pier park for shopping and eating. There are miles and miles of beautiful beach to walk every day. Sunrises and sunsets breathtaking... the sound of the surf very relaxing. Check in was easy. Parking garage very accessible. The condo very comfortable and clean. A definite place to return to. Views around from condo were amazing.

We had our flight back home cancelled so had to find another rental, staying at the tidewater was just perfect. <br/>Ultra clean, spectacular view. Comfortable bed, we see that blue swell operates a bit different than some other vrbo rental and it is most definitely better! Beautiful condo. Very well maintained and clean. The view from the condo is breathtaking. I could just sit on the couch and keep looking at the sea . The bed and the couch were very comfortable too. Totally enjoyed my stay.

We loved the location, the staff, and the cleanliness but the elevators were really slow (even during an off season) l. Everything we did revolved around avoiding how many times we would have to take them. Also to contact our rental owners/company was dealt difficult. But other than that we had a great time

Loved the different views from the condo . Ocean/pool / city view.<br/>Walking distance to the pier park. The property condos elevators need an update. They are very very slow and you spend a lot of time waiting. <br/>The sliding glass door to the condo was extremely hard to slide open. The condo needs oven mitts and a workable can opener. <br/>

Condo was perfect size. Everything in the condo was in perfect working order. It was all we needed for our little getaway. The only complaint we have, is the elevator service. The very first day we had to wait over 45 mins to get an elevator. The line was probably 25-50 people long waiting. We found the elevator outside our room and started using it. We still would have to wait for that one. Not as long but still about a 10-15 min wait at times.

Our Cleaning

We're following guidelines set forth by the CDC & local goverments to reduce transmission risk and help stop the spread of COVID-19. We have implemented a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect hard and soft surfaces with special emphasis on all high-touch areas. 

Our cleaners use Spic and Span® 3-in-1 Disinfecting Spray and Comet® Disinfecting Cleaner with Bleach which are certified by the EPA to be effective at killing a broad spectrum of pathogens including:

  • Coronavirus
  • Norovirus
  • E-coli
  • Influenza
  • Salmonella
  • Hepatitis

All of our linens are professionally washed using only EPA approved detergents.
