Welcome to this newly renovated 2 bedroom condo in the gorgeous Origins at Seahaven Resort. Just minutes from Pier Park, Origins at Seahaven is across the street from the emerald green waters and shimmering white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.

As you enter your vacation paradise you are welcomed with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors offering a panoramic view of Panama City Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Your Living area is family-friendly with a queen sofa sleeper so that this home sleeps six comfortably. A flat-screen TV, private balcony access, separate formal dining area, and additional breakfast bar seating makes this home your first choice for a memorable vacation. The fully equipped and upgraded kitchen has everything from the coffee maker to a blender for your frozen drinks. It is HUGE, so entertaining family and friends is a must.

The master suite also has private balcony access, a plush king bed, flat-screen TV, and an en suite master bath for added convenience. The guest bedroom also features a king bed for added comfort and convenience. The weather was okay...very windy and a bit chilly. Not much you can do about that. It was spring break, not much you can do about that either. The pool was warm at the beginning and then the heat apparently got turned off. There are not enough elevators, so be prepared to wait. I watch staff get very annoyed at people in the hot tub by telling them their bottle of water in the hot tub would justify a $100 fine. Pool needs some work. Our unit was nice, a bit abused. TV's need to be much larger. Pans were quite old and hard to use. Refrigerator died, but they did bring a replacement up. Small hot water heater.

Great location, good amenities, strict but convenient rental process, property has few minor issues, customer service was security for after hours, Realty company very strict with issues and policies, especially checking out, no concern for any problems even being in hospital with son and couldn’t pack up in time. Only cared about business money aspects of rental.

We really enjoyed our stay here and the location was great. Tge beach across the street wasn't too crowded and we liked having a store attached to the building for ice, drinks, coffee, etc. The condo was great however if you plan to cook like we do bring your own stuff the kitchen is not well stocked. I was fully prepared for the elevators to take forever but they didn't and figuring out parking wasn't bad either. We will definitely be back.

We travelled with a party of 5- 3 kids and 2 adults. Plenty of space to chill and relax. Enjoyed the big kitchen. Bring your specific utensils from home if you can. (Pizza cutter, peeler, etc) Elevator wait can be long on peak days. Whether you are going up or down, just jump on if you find space. Bring lots of laundry detergent. It’s so convenient to do a load daily. Bring hand soap, that is one recommendation I am making ti Blue Swell- hand soap please. We would book this condo again.

Our condo was very clean & beautiful. It had everything we needed for the week. We were just across the street from the beach. The beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful time.

The condo was very nice and peaceful it was just a 2 min walk across the street from the beach . The barbecue area was open and relaxing. I also enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi Area. I will be coming back to stay here with friends and family I definitely recommend this condo to whoever interested.

Other than the bands and parking passes not being in the room originally (they got them to us within an hour) everything was perfect. It was a nice place to retreat to after a day of sun.

Stayed in this unit during the Spring Bike Rally. Great location and easy accessibility. The unit is very spacious, clean, and is just steps from the elevator. It was quiet and although the views were not gulf/beach...there were nice side views of the gulf and the living room/bedroom balconies looked out over the bay..... very peaceful! The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit,which gives you alot of privacy. The kitchen is huge! Everything was correctly represented and booking was a breeze...great prompt service! Covered parking was a plus since we had our Harleys. Origin is right across the street from Sharkeys and of course there is beach access if you don't want to use the great pool and spa located on the fourth floor. Very close to Pier Park. Feels like home away from home.!!!

This condo is very nice and in a perfect location right across from the beach. The condo is located at the top floor of the building and offers seclusion and privacy. It is very spacious and we immediately felt at home. The property manager - Jason is awesome! He is very responsive and helpful. He has a great cleaning and maintenance staff. We would recommend this condo and we can't wait to return soon.

We (myself and 4 other ladies) enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very spacious, especially the kitchen! We also had ample space when everyone was getting ready in the bathroom/vanity area. The bed was by far, the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in any hotel or condo. The location was also great...we were able to walk just about any where we wanted to go. The only problem is that there were only 2 chairs at the dining room table instead of the 6 pictured.

My best friend and I stayed in 1705 for a girls weekend September 5-8, 2013 and couldnt have been happier with our choice. Everything in the condo was exactly what we expected from the description and pictures. The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, and even offered to let us play our own DVDs in the movie theatre on the first floor (which was very nice, I might add!). The unit is conveniently located next to the elevator, which was great for loading and unloading luggage easily. The only issue that we encountered was getting on to the wrong elevator when we first arrived. We traveled to the top floor before realizing we were in the wrong building entirely its a bit confusing because the elevators are located within very close proximity to one another. No big deal, though! :) The beach is just a few steps from the front of the building, and the convenient crosswalk makes it simple to be on the sand within a couple of minutes. Dustin was a breeze to work with. I contacted him with a couple of questions during the stay, and he was quick to provide answers and even allowed us to check out a bit later than what we had originally thought due to unforseen circumstances. It was so nice to just get out of the car and walk right in to the unit without requiring a check-in at the front desk or a key. I will definitely consider this unit when booking our next weekend getaway!

My wife and two children and I stayed here for a week. The condo was very clean and very roomy. The furnishings were all nice and well kept. Parking in the garage close to the elevator was very convenient. We would definitely recommend this condo.

The place is nice compared to other comparable places we have stayed in PCB. It had great access to the beach. The carpet was clean and free of sand (must be hard to do on a beach). The whole place was very clean and tidy. Small updates would make this a 5 star place. TVs are very fickle for being smart TVs. The kitchen was well appointed but only had silverware for about 5 place settings. Be prepared to hand wash items.

We went during Thanksgiving so there were no spring breakers. Parking spots are tight. If you have an extra tall vehicle you won't be able to park in the deck. The pool is nice but not very large for the building and there are units with balconies on the pool level, which is strange to me. The hallways leading to the unit are pretty beat up. Unit is carpeted starting at entry. All rooms are extra large, except living/dining space is average. The kitchen is not well stocked b/c I think people don't live here so, do go thinking you'll prepare a big meal. TV is very small (we were there during a big football game). There aren't a lot of extra blankets or pillows. Pillows on beds are very very thick. This unit is on the backside of the building. You can see Target and houses..etc. I tried to give pro and cons but it was a very good place to stay.

This condo was so nice! The beds were very comfortable and the condo itself had a very homey feel. My only complaint is that we were unable to adjust the thermostat so it did get quite hot while the girls were getting ready and after showers. Other than that everything was great! It was a great condo and the owners were so nice and responded to messages very quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our vacation and the condo was amazing! The view was so pretty and the condo was very beautiful and clean! We would definitely recommend staying here, and hope to enjoy it again ourselves real soon! There was an elevator which was nice since my fianc has back problems. Private beach entrance and a heated pool on site. There was also a place that rents scooters and small fun vehicles right next door!

The condo was very clean & decorated nicely. It's walking distance to lots of things to do. The staff was very friendly. The first day we arrived (Saturday) the elevator situation was terrible ( only 2 elevators). Mostly everyone was arriving that day also. Later that day & the rest of our stay we had no problems with the elevators. We really felt at home & comfortable in the condo. The beds are very comfortable.

This is a beautiful hotel and 1705 is a beautiful and well kept condo. Very spacious, clean & I was surprised to see all the regular kitchen items available. I could have made a casserole or a complete breakfast if I wanted to! I had NONE of the problems I read about online in reviews. I think that's the difference in booking direct and booking through Blue Swell. Now a name I can trust for our family vacations! Blue Swell was super easy to work with and we were extremely pleased with our vacation overall. I will most certainly go through Blue Swell to help us with our next vacation!

We absolutely LOVED this condo and will definitely stay again! Super nice, updated and clean. I slept in the spare bedroom and it was the most comfortable bed Ive ever slept in. Convenient location and close to everything. Kitchen fully stocked with everything that youll need. The condo was absolutely perfect and I cant wait to go back next time!

The suite at Origins 1705 was nice, it was as described. The people were friendly and the minor problems were taken care of. The location was great it was walking distance from everything. The TV and internet wasn't great but we had other things to do. I would book again next year at this place but the price was increased out of our income budget.
