This was my grand children’s first time to the beach and our stay was fantastic! Very clean facilities with all the amenities and a very central location to enjoy all that Panama City Beach had to offer. Check in was simple and the communication with us was great. Loved the condo and the view. The condo was spotless upon arrival and had everything that we needed. Blue Swell was great to deal with and really have no complaints about anything. We were in awe of the beautiful view from the spacious balcony. The condo was very clean and had a sense of “home”. This was our first experience in PCB, but this location and housing will definitely call us to return.

Super easy check-in, gorgeous condo!! Located close to everything we needed with a nice parking garage, we really enjoyed the ease of staying at Ocean Villa through Blue Swell. The views from the large balcony were breathtaking, the awesome kitched was perfectly stocked and we loved the fact that both bedrooms had a king sized bed. Thank you for a great stay!!

The Sand & Seafoam Rental property truly exceeded our Expectations! It was very well appointed but missing two important Iron & the Ironing Board! I found the area to be abysmally NOISY which was indeed a nuisance with hoards of young folks perusing & swarming the area! If that can be curtailed, I would most definitely stay again !!

This unit is extremely nice. Well decorated and furnished. The master shower is awesome with a rain head and adjustable shower wand. Great large balcony with awesome views. The only negative was the master bed in front bedroom. It is very firm....

This was a very nice updated room with a beautiful large corner balcony. The views don’t come any better than this place. It was right in the middle of many great restaurants as well so nothing was a far drive. It was a very easy check in and out and the property was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo unit is perfect! I loved the decor and location. The balcony was huge and perfect for viewing the sunsets! The parking garage is easy to access and the property is well kept. My husband and I visit panama city beach 2 to 3 times a year and we will definately stay in this unit again!

Overall, the experience was great. Pleased with the room and amenities. The kitchen is well stocked. The property is close to shopping and a variety of restaurants. Not sure if the carpet is stained from wear or in need of deep cleaning. The room did not come with an iron or iron board. It took two days (2 calls) to receive an iron.

We absolutely loved our stay here, the location was perfect. Room was Very clean and staged beautifully! We stayed in 1001 and we hope to stay here many more years to come! Everything was literally perfect! We booked through Blue Swell and received a better rate too!

Our Cleaning
