Welcome to our beautiful 2 bedroom condo unit at Emerald Beach! This unit features gorgeous tile flooring throughout and is well-appointed and tropical. This truly full-service resort provides families with the one thing they have craved since they began visiting here—comfort and affordability! The soothing sound of the crashing waves of the Gulf of Mexico compliments an atmosphere of sophistication and charm.

As you enter this beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath home on the 20th floor be prepared for some of the most amazing views on the beach. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors in the living area ensures you won't miss a sunrise or sunset while vacationing here. The living room includes a Queen sofa sleeper, flat-screen TV, and ample seating for the entire family. The formal dining area and breakfast bar seating mean that everyone can enjoy meals together. The fully equipped kitchen includes upgrades like granite countertops, high-end appliances, a washer-dryer (for added convenience), and every culinary tool you will need to serve up creative, fresh coastal delicacies.

Emerald Beach Resort offers a lagoon pool with a children’s water feature, the Sky Bar, a poolside Tiki bar, a state-of-the-art fitness center, boutique shops, and a Starbucks® on-site. We rented this unit during spring break for our family of five. It was the perfect fit with two bedrooms and a bunk bed. The unit was clean and we had plenty of towels, wristbands, and parking passes. The location was perfect for entertainment of the evening. It was an excellent experience for our family!

The pictures are accurate. They were working on the elevators while we were there but having stayed at this building a few times this upgrade is welcomed. Once they are done the elevators shouldn’t be an issue like they were on our stay. The unit needs to put transition stripes in at the entry of the bedrooms. We cut our feet a few times before we just placed towels over the transitions. Other than that the space was as advertised.

We arrived in Panama City early so we decided to do a little shopping to make sure the cleaning crew had enough time to finish. We arrived at the condo right at check in time and every was ready for us. The condo was clean and had a very pleasant smell when we arrived. Everything was just as described in the listing. We had no problems the entire time but did receive several text from the company letting us know they were there to help if needed. I will definitely check their availability next time we book.

We had a good experience. Floors were still a little dirty. Some skillets were dirty when we went to use them. Great location. Have stayed here many times but not thru swell. The other times toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and clothes soap was all provided for our whole stay. We did not have to buy more. Salt and pepper was also provided thru other management. Management should provide more essentials. A/c ran 24/7, even on cooler days. And no the patio door was not left open

The property was easy to find, parking garage was nice, property looks as pictures show. It was clean and everything was in working order. The beds were very comfortable. Across the street (take the skywalk) has two pools (one heated), grills you can rent and use, games, arcade, Starbucks, gift shop, skywalk bar, etc. It’s truly in a great area of PCB. The staff at the resort were all fantastic. Would absolutely recommend this property! Property management was in touch throughout the stay as well in case we needed anything. 10/10.

From the start it was a wonderful experience. Unit was comfortable and was easy to make our home away from home. We were notified of anything we needed to know. Due to a storm we were notified of the pools being closed. Also no guessing on pass codes on garage and condo. Any questions were answered by a very friendly person Brian.

I loved this place! Our condo 2025 was breathtaking. Everything went smooth never had an issue with anything. The property was immaculate, the pools was clean and the view! Omg was serenity. We had a late check in, and was no problem. Plenty of linens and towels, and was about the most amazing experience I’ve had in all my years of coming to beach. I see other reviews and a lot of them are negative, there is no way. Unless your trying to make problems for the employees or maybe the bad reviews come from random people who are trying to make Emerald Resort/Wyndham properties/ blue swells look bad. Because the elevators was fast, everything you need is within this resort. The water is beautiful and you can walk the beach to find your favorite restaurant. I took my 13 year old and my 4 year old toddler, it was perfect! 2025 was beautiful. No one got in your business, after the trip was over, they made sure everything was ok, and blue swells was amazing. Amazing property up-to-date and fancy. I will be going back

This condo was great! Very clean, kitchen was well equipped. They gave us plenty of towels. Pictures are a good representation of the property. This property has a sandbar in front of it, which allowed the kids to go out a little farther and play. The pools are nice. Within walking distance to restaurants and other attractions. I would rent this unit again. Blue Swell was very easy to work with.

We loved this place and were very happy with our stay. You get beautiful views from being on the 20th floor. We got great views of dolphins playing and got to see sting rays and a few smaller sharks feed during the earlier morning hours. We were provided plenty of towels! This was a huge as most places rarely supply enough for a family. The master bed was amazing and from what the kids said all the beds were good. This unit is a corner unit so we rarely heard noise from any neighbors. You have a pool on the beach side to cool off in when you get to hot from the beach and then you have the pool across the street for a more quieter and relaxing swim. I have this place marked for future stays! The only thing we did not like was since it was a corner unit the trash shoot was directly in front of the door. I'm sure it is because of the heat but you could smell the trash even by the elevators. Yes, even being on the 20th floor you could smell it. So, needless to say when the door got opened the smell flooded the condo for a few minutes.

Our stay was wonderful at Emerald beach. The condo was huge. The kitchen was very well stocked with any item needed to cook with. Beds were super comfy. I can't express how clean I felt everything was. Balcony was my favorite place to be. Loved the sound of the waves. Beautiful view from master bedroom bay window. Great location. Close to everything. Would absolutely stay here again. One of the most relaxing vacations that we've ever taken.

We are parents to lots of little ones and therefore space is important. This condo was perfect for us, it had just the right amount of space. Everything was extremely clean and we felt comfortable. The sand toys, chairs, and little boat was a hit. The kids loved every minute of being right on the beach. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The Wyndham property was very nice, we spent lots of time at the splash pad pool, we even grilled family dinner out there one night. Overall we had an amazing time and will be back.
