Welcome to The Crescent at Miramar 202 where luxury living is just the beginning at this Destin landmark! The crescent-shaped resort is nestled on the shimmering sands of the Gulf of Mexico and affords every convenience. This owner has spared no expense in making sure you have everything you need right down to the smallest detail. The huge Gulf front balcony overlooks the pool and offers ample seating for everyone.  The open floor plan is great for entertaining and the convenient location of this resort means you are just minutes to shopping, dining, and all the areas entertainment venues. BEACH CHAIRS & AN UMBRELLA IS INCLUDED WITH THIS HOME (MARCH - OCT). For larger groups, this home can be rented along with #206 and #213. The unit also comes with special features, the kitchen has a Keurig and regular brew style coffee pot, and there are safety locks.

We have also partnered with Live Well 30A to give our guests discounted beach gear rentals & concierge services, such as bike rentals, private chefs, fishing charters, golf cart rentals, and airport shuttles. Please reach out to our office to get your discount.

We decided this year to go to the beach to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Destin / Miramar Beach is one of our favorite vacation spots. It was a last minute decision so I wasn’t sure I could book a condo, The Crescent is our favorite place to stay. It took a while but I found a unit that was available, right size, location and price so I booked it. This is the first time we used Blue Swell leasing service. Everything went well, no problems.

Condo was very clean, nicely furnished, and an all around great experience. The balcony is far closer to the beach than the pictures reflect, very nice view, morning coffee was a delight. Also, great view over the pool. One of the niceties we observed was the location; just off of 98, and close to a grocery store, pharmacy, fast food and sit down dining, shopping center...all within 3 mins or closer. Location is wonderful and should be highlighted. We will definitely consider this unit/location for our next stay! One suggestion, an ironing board would be appreciated.

Very nice complex and unit location. Disspointed that I rented a two bedroom, but received a one bedroom unit with a bunk room which had no emergency egress in the event of an emergency. In my opinion, this is clearly misrepresentation. My child had to sleep in the family room on the sofa without privacy since there was no emergency escape in this advertised "bedroom".

Crescent 202 was a beautiful, well kept condo. It was one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. The balcony provided the best views of the coastline and tropical pool area. The kids enjoyed the heated pool as well as the hot tub. I do like that wristbands are required for entry from the beach side as well as the pool. Smart TVs were a plus! I was able to keep in contact with Blue Swell through text which made things a lot easier!

Lovely view to the West, sunsets are spectacular!<br/>A very short walk to the beach. Literally you walk down a few stairs and you’re there. The umbrella and 2 chairs that are included with the rental are very convenient!<br/>Inside the condominium, well appointed kitchen and very comfortable furnishings. <br/>The second bedroom is only set up for children. <br/>

I contacted blue swell by email and phone multiple times over the last few weeks, including an hour after we left and realized. This is frustrating for sentimental reasons, and leads me to wonder what if I left something extremely valuable. They have yet to respond or even acknowledge my email. After this experience, we will find another rental company.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo!! It was clean and spacious. The pool was nice and big enough for everyone! There was a few families with children, but there was plenty of room for everyone in the pool! Instruction given on the app were very clear and simple! The. I do had a huge library of movies, which was really not very in the evening hours! The only thing I would have to say, is I wish we had known the only coffee maker was a keurig, which we were not prepared for that, and it would have been nice to have the condo provide beach towels!!! Other than those two very small issues, we lived it and would recommend it and would stay there again!!

This unit was very beautiful as advertised. It was ultra clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you might need. The unit looks directly down the beach and has a panoramic ocean view. Just amazing views from the time you wake up till bedtime. the sunsets were incredible ! But after the sunsets , the pool area lights up like an exotic lagoon pool. I will absolutely be back to this unit and The Crescent ,smaller gated complex that was never too crowded.

Unfortunately, it rained all week and we spent a lot more time inside than out. My husband was wise to remind me, if we have to be inside, we are so thankful to get to be inside such a beautiful place!! The condo was even prettier than in the pics. The management company was great too! Couldnt have been more pleased. Would recommend this condo and Blue Swell company to everyone!!

We enjoyed a great stay in this condo! The unit was excellent and had comfy decor. It was very clean and well stocked. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived and were sad when the week was over and we had to leave. The best part of all was the view! When you are on the balcony you feel as though you are on the beach! We cant wait to stay here again!

We' ve stayed at The Crescent probably 12-15 times since 1995 and enjoyed another week at Miramar Beach again this year. The thing that first attracted us years ago was the pool. It has plenty of shady palms around it if you're fair skinned and burn easily like me. The pool is always clean and well maintained consistently over the years. Our room was not as clean as rooms have been on previous visits, and the common areas were not as clean and well maintained as usual. Hopefully the HOA will step it up a bit! We may look at some alternatives next time, but we still enjoyed a functional room and property. The view is awesome, and being next door to a good restaurant (Surf Hut) is a plus. The property is VERY convenient to Silver Sands shopping and other restaurants. Love Miramar Beach!

Updated condo that feels like home, a booking and arrival experience based on simplicity and great communication throughout are just the above and beyond things that makes this a great place. Killer view, great pool area for kids and a no fuss beach service. The 202 is the best in Destin.

This condo was perfect! Spacious and the balcony was perfect. Its right near the back stairs that lead directly to beach access and pool. Super clean and the bed was amazing. Only note to parents bringing a pack n play- unless you want to move a bookcase out of the second bedroom, which we did, youll need to plan to put it in the closet, but its a huge walk in so wouldnt be a problem. Loved our stay, only wish it was longer and will be back. Also, chairs included was key as they are $60 to rent daily.
