Welcome to "C's The Day", a luxury home in the prestigious beach community of The Preserve at Grayton Beach. Any richly appointed home begins with great outdoor spaces and this home is no exception.

You have multiple venues where everyone can relax and take in all nature has to offer. Outdoor dining, spaces for relaxation, and a gas grill to complete your outdoor experience. C's The Day is also located as you first enter The Preserve, so beach access only steps away. A private boardwalk is close by for each beach access, one of only three on 30A! Making it easy to transport your beach wagons, strollers, and coolers to the shimmering sands of the Gulf!!

Upon entry, you're welcomed into the spacious open Great Room with multiple seating areas and luxury upgrades like trey ceilings, hardwood floors, recessed lighting, and high-end furnishings. The formal dining area offers seating for six and the breakfast bar, and an additional four so that everyone can enjoy meals together. The Gourmet kitchen spares no expense with marble countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and a center island. Making it easy to make your early morning cup of coffee and culinary creations in the evening.

We have also partnered with Live Well 30A to give our guests discounted beach gear rentals & concierge services!

We came in July 2023 for a week. We had a wonderful time. The house looks just like the pictures and was very clean. They had all the supplies to go to the beach without us having to pack them. We went to the pool several times and it was nice and clean. Easy access to the beach and house. I highly recommend staying here.

Four C’s home is beautiful, spacious, and all beds were comfortable. The walkover to the beach is canopied and easy to walk. It is 1/3 mile walk to the beautiful beach.<br/>

House was spacious and nice. Beds were very comfortable. Very close to beach, but we did have to carry our things down the beach a ways to get past the resort reserved areas. Evidently the Preserve used to have direct access up till this year? That is what a homeowner told me. <br/><br/>Loft bedroom is not a room as represented. It is a nook in the hallway upstairs 3 ft from the washer/dryer. This was a big disappointment. Also, the queen bedroom on the main floor has a distinct moldy smell. I would not plan to stay in this room. AC worked well with windows closed. Upstairs AC worked too well!

Great rental. Plenty of space. Great neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach. Close to good food (Red Fish Taco is great and just a minute or two away). 10 minutes to Seaside area. Very comfortable beds! Would recommend bringing fans/noise machines, especially if using the bunks as they are at the landing outside the upstairs bedrooms and right by the washer/dryer. The only negative I have is that we wished the water would get hotter for showers/baths, but that is just our preference. No problem of the unit. You should stay here!

The house is gorgeous and perfect for a group of adults. I loved the long walk to the beach through a natural area—it was right up my alley. You must secure your trash. The previous vacationers had not done so, and our group was surprised to see a bear outside the window! Also note that you'll need to drive to restaurants; maybe when it's cooler outside, it would be fine to ride a bike.

Everything was excellent but a little too far to walk to the beach. Then while at the beach, no restrooms close by. If there had been a shuttle or available golf cart access it would have been a 10 star rated family stay.

My family had a wonderful time here. Well stocked, clean home with plenty of room for the 8 adults that were in our group. Super clean. Great Location with a short pleasant walk to the beach on a shaded boardwalk and easy access to bike path with a short ride to Grayton and Seaside.

This area of the gulf shores is lovely. It is a quieter area of 30A, with less restaurants than in neighboring areas. Plus it seemed that some of what is there was closed due to time of year, in particular the local ice cream place a couple of blocks away. The area seemed pretty empty. The beach itself is beautiful and there is private beach access across the street from the property which is accessible. Clearly this area is packed during summer, wondering if it is a high rental area as opposed to for snowbirds as it was so empty. Down 30A Seaside had much more to offer, e.g. food and drink and was fully open and packed. The property has a community pool and ping pong table. The pool was NOT heated, even though specifically told by property management that it would be. The house itself was relatively new and updated yet not particularly well maintained, e.g. faucet loose in the kitchen, closet door knob falling off, balcony doors not opening/closing, hole in back stairs. Some of the trash cans had holes, no lids and were filled with water and other person's trash. House was clean but there were not pillowcases on all of the pillows, nor were there any in the closets. Management did bring pillowcases by the next day upon request. There was also construction going on directly next door that started at 7:00 am which was not shared by the management company in the listing or otherwise. Some of the information provided was incorrect and we had to figure out the correct information ourselves, i.e. wifi code. There is no recycling offered which is a shame as the area promotes its natural beauty. This is the first time we rented a home as opposed to staying in a hotel. My main issue with this rental is that we relied on the property management company for information and they did not provide complete and accurate information, e.g. pool and construction. We would definitely consider returning to the 30A area but not sure that we would rent this house or in Grayton Beach.

There were some issues in the beginning. TV didn't work in one bedroom, fan wasn't working in first floor bedroom. Didn't have enough wash clothes ( they came and rectified quickly). Overall loved the house, love the area. Maintenance and issues were handled quickly! If you have any health issues with walking this area is not for you unless you use Blue Mtn Beach. The trek to the beach is long...about a 1/2 mile each way.

We called ahead and asked the approximate amount of time to walk to the beach and were told 2 minutes but it actually took around 10. The board walk was easy to get too and a beautiful walk which we didn't mind at all. The house was well stocked in the kitchen and a few things for the beach. Overall I would probably go back. It was our first time not being right on the beach and I found out I didn't mind the short walk at all and the beach was the opposite of crowded....only a few other families out when we were and a night crab hunting it was few and far between we would see another soul.

We enjoyed our stay at 69 Bartons Way last week.

We enjoyed our stay at 69 Bartons Way last week. From the welcoming amenities (small bottles of shampoo and conditioner, dishwashing detergent, lots of bath towels, etc) to the cozy and comfortable accommodations, we had a great time on our vacation. Also, the close proximity to the beach was a plus, but do know that there is a 10 minute walk to get to the beach (something that my parents - in their 70s - wouldnt have done well with). All in all, this great place was a good fit for two families with a total of 5 kids (10, 8, 7, 6 and 6). If you are a young family and choose this property for your stay, you surely wont be disappointed!

Our family had a wonderful week at Four C's Retreat. The house was perfect for our needs. It was beautifully decorated as seen in the pictures. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The heated pool in the neighborhood was great as it was chilly a couple days during our stay. The house is a super easy walk to the beach. It's in the front of the neighborhood closest the beach access which is a huge plus. There are no stairs at all along boardwalk which was amazing! Owners provided a beach cart which we used to roll our stuff straight from front front porch to sand with no stairs to navigate. We will definitely be back!

We were absolutely delighted with this house! It features a welcoming, open living area and kitchen that includes everything we could've wanted and more (wine fridge, Keurig). We loved the three large bedrooms with super-comfortable beds. This house is well-located--set in a charming, quiet area of town, it's still very close (as in bike ride!) to restaurants and shops. In addition, the walk to the beautiful beach is just minutes along a boardwalk. There's not a single thing we'd change about this beautiful home!

The house was just as described! The house is beautiful and had everything we needed and more! The different codes to everything was a little bit of a challenge, but we just carried our phones with us to keep up with the beach code, gate code, door code, and pool code. The walk was exactly 5 minutes and we enjoyed walking on the nature trail. They were not able to go to the beach with us. We really enjoyed the house and our trip! Thank you and thank you for the spice kit also!

Beautiful beach home!! This was the first trip we spent in a house instead of a condo and it was awesome. Spacious and eloquently decorated with more than enough room as well as supplies for anything we wanted to do. The short walk to the beach was beautifully kept. We will definitely be returning for future beach trips.
