This house was a great place for our family to enjoy Fall Break. The rooms, layout and furnishings were very nice and comfortable. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen seemed to have all that would be needed. The location was great - quick walk to beach access, short bike ride to Seaside, close to Publix. We had a great time. Blue Swell was very responsive to any questions.

The rental house was perfect we had 12 in our party and room for all.<br/>Took 10 minutes to walk to the beach.<br/>It was 5 minutes to the Publix.<br/>Several places to eat you could walk to on highway 30A.<br/>The beach and water was beautiful.<br/>Staff always replied quickly to any questions I had.<br/>They were very helpful. <br/>

Beautiful, clean and very spacious. Every room had plenty of space, love the little loft area. Location was god too. Not too far from the beach. It’s a good neighborhood. Entry was a little confusing as you had to enter thru the garage and put the code thru there (that’s a little inconvenient) specially cause we arrived at night and had to walk around the house to figure out how to get in. Other than that house was great with lots of space. Our family loved it!

This home was was everything and more than we expected. Our family came from two states to spend some 30-A beach time together as we do every year. 34 Seagrove Village was perfect for us. We were welcomed with towel bundles wrapped in blue ribbon. A nice touch and the amenities were great. The Seagrove Village Market Cafe was a few blocks away and the food was great! Try the blackened shrimp and grouper! :) Grocery shopping just down the road. The property management staff was great to work with and always responded to my texts in a timely manner. The property was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property.

Loved this house! On a quiet street in old seagrove, but close to seaside and watercolor. Very roomy and comfortable, and really enjoyed the screened in porch! Would stay here again!

Our Cleaning
