Here, you are in the center of everything needed to keep you entertained during your visit! Our beach townhome is located just a few minutes from Pier Park and Frank Brown Recreation Center.

This beautiful townhome features a spacious living area with many upgrades like 9' ceilings, crown molding, transom windows, HUGE flat-screen TV, and a queen sofa sleeper so that you'll sleep 6 comfortably. You have a dining table seating for 4 and a breakfast bar for 3 additional guests. The contemporary open-ended L-shaped kitchen allows everyone to participate in culinary magic! Upgraded custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and every convenience from coffee maker to blender are included. There is also a half bath conveniently located on this level and a washer & dryer.

Your Master suite overlooks the Gulf with private deck access so you'll wake up to the sound of the waves hitting the beach. This suite features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and an en suite Master Bath with a tub shower combination and double vanities. The Guest Bedroom also has a queen bed, plenty of windows to let in our Florida sunshine, and its own private en suite bath.

Well, when the description says across the street from the beach and walk to Pier Park it is spot on! Check in was very easy. We were given a code for the door three days before we arrived to sue in the door. You can park you car for the week and walk everywhere. Public Beach Access 59 and 60 are directly across the street and easy to navigate. Pier Park is less than a block walk. The local Walmart is less than a 10 minute drive for supplies. Summertowne 15 is beautiful, clean and well furnished. The master bedroom overlooks the street and the ocean. We had an amazing time and this location was perfect for our teenagers. The pool area was clean and easy to access.

This house was perfect, I wish we could stay here anytime we wanted. Perfect location. The beach access across the street is a nice quiet section of the beach. 5 minute walk to restaurants and shopping.

We had an amazing time! Clean, easy access to everything we wanted to do. <br/>Only one complaint- not sure if anyone else has had this happen but the island in kitchen that has cabinets over it- my husband hit his head twice during the week- maybe add some padding to corners?

WE enjoyed our beach vacation. The house was nice and clean. Cant beat the location and a really short walk to the beach. Only negative was checkout day. The code was changed by 9:30 and checkout was 10. We left to get coffee and our code didn't work

We had a great time in this rental. We met a lot of neighbors/owners who were really nice. This was our first time staying across the street, but easy walk to an uncrowded part of the beach! It is also a quick walk to pier park for ice cream or shopping. I will say the unit does need some updating. The front bedroom (master) is on the street side, so you’ll hear traffic noise, but we brought a sound machine and it helped. Overall we would stay again.

Great home and experience! We come to PCB at least twice a year and usually we stay in a condo. Our experience was awesome with the house! Booking was easy, doing everything online. Very clean and exactly as advertised. Close to Pier Park. We enjoyed the privacy of the beach! We come to PCB usually 2 times a year and have stayed in condos/hotels which even in October can be busy on the beach however when you’re in the house areas the beach is a lot more private! Great place to stay and great place to rent from!

Perfect location for my family with 3 teenagers. They were able to walk to pier park and the beach was directly across the street. Home had everything we needed. Experience with rental company was beyond perfect. They sent us everything we needed and checked on us to make sure all was well the day after we checked in. Will stay here again!! Very clean!!

3 min walk to beach and restaurants...short drive to mini golf/go carts and sites, and along a flat area that's easy to bike/run along daily. Place is exactly as pictured and very comfy!
