Having a 4 bedroom property with bathrooms en suite was perfect for our family of 7. It's a lovely property, across the street from the beach and we would gladly stay there again. It is far more luxurious than most rentals and a great value for the price.

Very close to beach entrance, restaurants and awesome donuts within walking distance. Very clean, wonderful stay. Could use a little more glasses and bar ware for as big of house as it is. Parking is small, but you can fit 3 small cars in the space

House was priced right. Location is very short walk to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and other businesses. House was clean. Furniture in good condition. Only 2 things, not a large enough outdoor seating area to accommodate number of guests in the house unless you all sit on different balconies. Next is kitchen is not well stocked. Not enough glasses, plates, bowls. Not nearly enough serving type dishes, platters, larger bowls to accommodate number of people house holds. One single sheet pan for a house serving 10 plus people. BBQ has a Weber cover but is actually a charbroil brand, not nearly as good as Weber.

The house was beautiful comfortable and fit all our needs. It was a short walk to beach and also had a drive through to drop off all our beach gear. On the side of the house was a cut through path to the ice cream shop. Very convenient for the kids. It was close to some amazing restaurants, most need reservations. Pizza was close enough to walk to for lunch. Yes there are 6 flights of stairs to top floor. Kept everyone down and socializing. This was our first time in this area. Having stayed in many areas on both sides of Florida 30A has some of the most beautiful crystal clear water. The public beach area was also small and very crowded. We all had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this house.

We rented this house for a family vacation. What we enjoyed most were the bed sizes in each room. it is very hard to find beach houses that don't have twin beds in at least one room. It is a very convenient location from the beach. Only takes a few minutes to walk across the street to beach access. There are a lot of stairs to get to the top floor. Might not be the ideal place for elderly guests, but it was perfect for us.

Great base to explore several beach communities from Grayton Beach (west) all the way to Rosemary (east). 3 minute walk to beach access and bike rentals. Pizza and ice cream even closer. Reading on the master balcony was nice too.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful home. The house was more beautiful than described. Plenty of room for 10 people. The beach access was very convenient; however, it was crowded due to the fact there was a beach front condo that was across from us. We did go in July though. Minor things were no dish towels or pot holders. Major problem was parking for only 2 cars with 12 people with no alternatives or guidance to parking. We were basically told to just figure it out. Parking was unrealistic. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay here. The rental agency was very reachable.

We stayed at this property for a Girls Trip... It was amazing!! The house looked just like the pictures. It was very clean and in a great location. We were able to walk across the street to the beach. Shopping wasn’t too far. The home had everything we needed for our stay. The 3rd floor view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous. It was 10 women and we were very comfortable with plenty of room. I would definitely book this property again.

We had a wonderful vacation. All of the reviews are spot on. Property and property management company were very good. We had three maintenance items during our stay that were fixed very quickly. Parking is a bit unrealistic with only two spots for a home that sleeps 12. And not sure the hardwoods downstairs were mopped. However, the location to the beach and restaurants, as well as the amount of room throughout the house were perfect for our stay!

What a beautiful home. It is situated in a beautiful area in Seagrove Beach off 30A. It is an easy walk to the public access point and unfortunately the Donut Shop ��. The beds are comfortable and everyone slept well the week we were there. We will definitely try and stay there again in the future.

This house was perfect for our group of friends. Location in proximity to ocean can't be beat, furnishings are in great shape, kitchen was decently furnished. <br/>Lots of stairs to get to bedrooms might be a turn-off to some folks (not us). We had a crawling baby and his feet were constantly dirty because we weren't sure the floors were mopped before we arrived (couldn't find a mop to do it ourselves). One person found a roach in their towels, but it is Florida and I guess this can be expected? No other concerns at all. These are honestly minor complaints overall. Everything was wonderful, really. Rental company was very responsive when we had issues.<br/>Great stay and we are already interested in renting again next year!

It is a beautiful home and close walk to the beach. We did have a nice time with family. Some things that would have made the stay better. One bed post upstairs was broken that's been noted in previous reviews. 2nd floor had dog-like tags hanging that made constant noises on the bed- that room also did not have a working a/c vent. We could not get it fully open. The generator of the future snow cone place began at 6:30am-6pm everyday. The lack of parking spaces for 12 people is disappointing. The refrigerator has difficulty cooling. Blue swell came out and cleaned it and it worked a little better. The house wasn't mopped before our stay. There were dishes put away with food stuck on them. No dishcloths to clean the dishes. No cleaning supplies to clean up after ourselves or things cleaning crew failed to clean properly before we arrived. I guess there was a previous reported issue regarding the dryer vent and management failed to notify us before worker arrived to repair. There was not enough linens, pillows and blankets for 12 people. There was a broken window pane that we notified blue swell about and seemed to not be aware of it. Not enough pots and pans to cook for 12 people. My suggestion is that longer stays should be provided with a little more and not the same basics as a minimum stay booked.

The beds were nice and comfy, the linens were clean with plenty of towels, wash cloths and thanks for the starter products, like hand soap and dishwashing liquid. The Washer stopped working on us, but they brought a new one in to replace the old. The location was perfect for us. Just a short walk and EASY access to the Beach. The little Pizza place on the corner was DELICIOUS. We ate there twice it was so good. Overall, I would give this home, this location a 5 star!!

Living in Central Florida provides lots of options on beachfront rentals but I must say, this trip has set a new standard. Starting with the house that is both stunning and functional and provides for young and old. The beach is my favorite in the state for bright white sand and crystal blue water and the quaint and inviting area offers an incredible amount of unique shops, spectacular restaurants and other diversions. Combine them all for a memorable vacation that will certainly be the first of many for me.

The house was beautiful and clean. We road our bikes everywhere. We walked across the street to the beach and the donut shop almost every morning. Goat Feathers seafood across the street is a must. My dad loved sitting on the front porch watching the kids play on the gated street. We had the best views of fireworks and ocean from the beautiful balconies. Can't wait to come back next year. Where do I start the home was way more than we anticipated. The 1st floor 14' ceilings are incredible not to mention the detailed crown molding. The kitchen is beautiful along with the dining room and the patio with the grill. We loved the wrap around porches off the bedrooms and the view of the ocean from the third floor balcony is breathtaking. There were 11 in our group and the home was a perfect fit for our group. The location was perfect with everything we needed was right there. We will definitely be back.

Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful home with our family. The kids felt right at home and were begging to stay longer as soon as our first day there! It was our third visit to 30A and we chose this property because of its location, size and hosted arrival. We felt very welcomed by our host and were excited to see that the house wasn't misrepresented by the photos on the website (it was actually even more beautiful in person)! Needless to say, we have found our favorite vacation spot and plan to book again.

Space, space and more space! Kitchen well stocked (but bring some salt & pepper). Beds are luxurious and the jacuzzi tub is royal. Location is fantastic and close to the best beach. 4 stars because the driveway only fits 2 cars and no with no overflow anywhere.
