We'd like to welcome you to our Periwinkle home, Beach Blessings, located just steps from the beach, on the south side of 30A, and with a private pool. This home is pet-friendly! Located just a few minutes from Seaside and just a half-mile east of Highway 395. This spacious 5 bed, 4.5 bath 4,077 square foot multi-level home also has a spectacular fourth floor, beach-view sun deck overlooking our amazing 30A sunsets. This is a real gem you'll use every day of your vacation.

For those of you that have stayed with us in year's past, this home underwent an extensive remodel in 2020 and 2021. The pool deck is completely new along with the fencing around the yard. If you've stayed in this home before, you'll barely recognize the place! This is a gorgeous home in a location second to none - literally steps from the beach, minutes from Seaside, has a private pool, fenced-in area perfect for your family dog, and located on the south side of 30A (no street to cross to get to the beach).

On the ground floor, you’ll find the dedicated laundry room, a twin over twin bunk bed, a queen bedroom with 2 bunk beds with a twin bed over a queen bed, and a king master suite. Up the stairs, you enter the main living area featuring custom and colorful artwork, the grand and gorgeous all-stainless kitchen, a large double pantry, a huge dining table with seating for 8, an entire wall of window seating, a cozy coastal-inspired living area with a very large flat-screen TV, and decorative fireplace. Venture up to the third floor where you’ll discover a loft area with custom Twin bunks for 2. There is an additional King Master Suite and another great guest room featuring 2 bunk beds with a twin over a queen. The owner of this property spared no expense in adding an additional floor to this beautiful home! The fourth floor offers a large deck with FULL views of the ocean!

**No cats or other animals are allowed. Dogs must be under the 50lbs weight limit. ALL rules must be followed regarding your pets or a fine will occur.

Horrible management. Aggressive property manager. Evicted on bogus claims. Evicted 17 people 8pm at night with no regard for our safety. We had no place to go. Will NEVER stay in blue swell property.

Wonderful Location!!! The home was great, just as described online. Our only issue was the pool pump not working which they sent the repair man the day we left and both master bedroom TVs did not work. We contacted Blue Swell multiple times about the TVs and no one come to fix the TVs. Would not have mattered if weather was nice but with rain no TV was an issue. The house was the perfect location just steps from the beach and a short bike ride to the square. It’s perfect for two families with multiple kids plenty of space to spread out!

We stayed at this location with another couple and our young children. The location was great, a mile from Seaside and just a short walk down the stairs to the beach. The house had a lot of stairs but at least it was good exercise. Views on the rooftop were great. Had a couple maintenance issues but the management company responded very promptly, one of which was the AC on the 3rd floor, but even after fixing it, it still didn't seem to keep that level very cool, but it was cool enough at night so it didn't bother us too much. Kitchen could have used a couple potholders (couldn't find any) and they only supplied one dishtowel, also didn't see any start washing detergent which I usually see at other rentals so you may want to bring some if you plan to wash clothes. Overall, this was a great house with a great location!

This house is just steps from the beach! The pool and all of the porches allow for lots of outdoor enjoyment. The kitchen is top of the line, and the beds are very comfortable. Blue Swell was very responsive when contacted. We would rent 12 Periwinkle again, for sure!

THIS VACATION RENTAL WAS EASY RIGHT FROM THE START - WE GOT IN EARLY SO THEY LET US COME IN EARLY , THE HOUSE IS PERFECT FOR THE GROUP WE HAD - 2 MASTER BEDROOM AND 4 DIFFERENT BUNK AREAS - THE FORUTH FLOOR WAS WONDERFUL FOR THE VIEW OF THE OCEAN AND THE YARD WAS SO PRETTY! WE NEEDED MAINTENANCE ONCE AND THEY CAME VERY QUICKLY AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. THE HOUSE IS ONLY 3 UP FROM THE BEACH SO IT WAS AN EASY WALK TO THE BEACH - GREAT HOUSE - NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL!

First of all, this house was amazing, and very well remodeled. Craftsmanship was very nice, with unique styling cues and materials that made for a very nice stay.<br/>Upon Check in, the door code did not work, so we had to wait about 2 hours for the prop manager to go get keys from home office and return to open the house. No biggie, we had cold beer, and sat by the pool and caught up with our friends we were vacationing with.<br/>The house had plenty of room for our party of 9, lol, had some back out, so we did not need a house that sleeps 22, but WTH!<br/>The property was very comfortable, very close to the beach, which was great for getting our gear and coolers to the beach, and close for the kids to go back and forth.<br/>The pool was nice, but we were not informed that the hottub did not work. Fine by me, I didn't want to sit in 100 degree water on a 95 degree day. The kids griped about it, but kids will gripe about anything.<br/>Only real issue we had, was the landscaping crew went crazy with the leaf blower, after a storm, so the pool was full of debris. A call was made to have the pool cleaned, and I was asked for a pic to show how dirty it was to address whether it needed cleaned?! We just cleaned it ourselves, with the hose, cleaned the filter, and backflushed the pump. Yall are welcome for not costing an extra cleaning fee for the week.<br/>Overall, loved, would recommend it, would and probably will go back with friends again!

What a beautiful location! We couldn’t have asked for a better, more accommodating spot to entertain my daughter and seven of her friends for their Senior year Spring Break! The house was equipped with absolutely everything we needed and was only steps away from the beach. The views from the multiple patios were breathtaking!! Finally, a quick walk, bike ride, or golf cart trip and you are in the hustle and bustle of Seaside! What a fun, memorable experience for everyone!!

This place is fabulous!!! Beds are comfy, rooms are spacious, decor is beautiful! Access to the beach is just steps away! Ample parking for multiple families, close to some great restaurants, and plenty of room for everyone! Entire house was very clean and obviously well maintained! TIP: For a unit this large frig is a little small so may want to bring an extra cooler for beverages and ice. Checkin was easy and communication is excellent. The private pool and cooling tub is wonderful and an added luxury. Definitely recommend this gem and ready to go back!!!!!!!

It worked out great for our 16 person family. There were some early issues, but remedied very quickly. Definitely needs a new gas grill, a friendly microwave and a blender that works. Blue Swell staff was always friendly and were eager to please and make sure we had a wonderful stay.

This house was great for our group of 9 girls. It was large enough to where we were all spread out, but still had plenty of gathering spaces. The proximity to the beach can not be beat, and we loved the private pool for days where the ocean was choppy or crowded. We did have some difficulty with the door code, and it was hard to get in touch with the rental property immediately, but once we were able to contact them they fixed it immediately. Overall, the property was fantastic and I plan to stay here again if I visit Seagrove in the future.

Loved the reno! Island in kitchen was awesome! This was our 2nd year here and Reno was big improvement in kitchen/dining area. Love how close it is to beach. We had small children so that short walk is the best!

12 Periwinkle was a great experience for both my family and myself. It is right on the beach and a short walk from great restaurants and shopping. <br/><br/>The house itself was spacious and took care of our every need. I would recommend this house for any large group looking for a great beach trip to Seaside!

The beautiful decor truly made it a Roman Holiday we won't forget. The home is huge and very accommodating. Everyone in our group had plenty of room to enjoy themselves. Our favorite part of all was the beach walk that popped out right at our private patio out back. Thanks to a lovely home and amazing customer service from the management company, we look forward to making Roman Holiday our destination for years to come.

Very nice sized home that accommodated 3 families. There were some regular upkeep maintenance issues that we had which keeps the rating a 4 vs 5 stars Very easy access to beach Pool is good sized with a hot tub.

There were 15 of us and we all had enough privacy.

Our Cleaning
