Home was mostly well kept. There were several dishes and pots that were not washed. The counter had crumbs on the place settings/dishes. A few live bugs (cockroach and possibly a tic, a few large ants) but management addressed the issue. One of the ac’s stopped blowing cool air but again, management sent out repair men and replaced an old breaker.

The house is beautiful. The unique lay out allows for both areas to gather and have personal space. Close to the beach in a safe and secure area ~ yet close to everything. The only thing ~ downstairs room really cut off from rest of the house. (in process of adding a much needed bathroom on lower level). We were counting on the pull outs within the ottomans' in the second floor bedrooms and the lower level bedroom. The mattresses were very thin (less than an inch). We were unable to use. For a large beautiful home with easy access to a great part of PCB beach ~ I feel bad mentioning anything negative at all! Would definitely enjoy a repeat of the whole experience! Thank you!

The check in process was advertised as contactless but was not. Other than that everything about the property was amazing. The neighbors are kinda close but the back porch still feels private. I would definitely stay here again!

This property is very nice. We came during spring break, so I think the cleaning staff rushed a bit but we were provided with clean towels & standard amenities. The property management company is extremely quick to respond to any concerns or questions. Be prepared to hike up and down 2 flights of stairs to the kitchen, living room & master suite. We used the gas grill which was very clean & worked splendidly.

The location is great and rooms are nice. We also enjoyed the back patio and the beach toys/accessories (don’t need to bring anything! They have chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, floats, a cooler, and wagon!) we didn’t use the grill but it’s nice to have there. For our group, which was 8 adults (some in younger 20s), the bathroom situation was a little awkward. I wish we had clarified where the bathrooms are - each is an en-suite, so the people in the lowest level have to go through the garage and into someone else’s bedroom to use the restroom/shower. The A/C on the second floor and the ground level had a very difficult time keeping cool but the fans did help. We liked the balconies but would suggest new rugs on the top floor balcony because they were very moldy, and the 2nd floor one could use a new coat of paint. The kitchen knives are also super dull, so I would suggest others bring their own for cooking purposes. Overall, a nice place, just not exactly right for our group. If you had three couples or families with smaller kids, it would be fine.

Everything was perfect leading up to the trip. Great Communication and information helped in preparing for the trip, during the trip and well after we were home. Our family had a great time. The location was ideal very close to the beach yet isolated from the hustle and bustle of the beach area. We enjoyed all aspects of the house including the back patio and grill and there was ample space for our party. I would stay again at this location.

We had a wonderful stay at Algun Dia. The house is exactly as advertised, The layout provides optimal privacy for sleeping, with lots of open space for gathering. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. The balconies and outside back patio are wonderful. The only caution I would offer is if someone has difficulty with stairs, it could be difficult for them. The arriving and leaving instructions are clear and easy to follow. I would highly recommend this place.

The house was great for our family and friends. It was well equipped and a close walk to the beach. Given the current COVID situation we did most of our cooking at the house so it would have been helpful to have a pantry to keep our supplies. There is a pantry on site but it was locked. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The pictures are a good representation of the place. We will definitely visit again.

Every thing that we needed was right there. Even though we didnt need to use the beach towels,they were provided. The chairs, umbrella and wagon were very helpful the last day of our stay. The only thing that wasnt perfect was the location of the kitchen. Lots of stairs for the older folks . Thank you so much for the use of the house.

My family absolutely loved staying at this house. It was beautiful. Quiet neighborhood. Very close to the beach. We had to cut our vacation short due to Hurricane Michael. We hope and pray that the property did not receive much damage. We would love to return.

My family came for a wedding in early November and we had a great time. There is plenty of room and the home is cozy and relaxing. All you need is you when you arrive. Everything is already there from the clean folded towels to beautiful placemats and accommodations. The beach is a 5 minute walk, the grocery store only 5 minutes away and plenty of restaurants and shopping within 10 minutes including Pier Park which is a fantastic place to take the whole family for shopping and dining! Darren and Kate have provided a wonderful place to stay - you have to stay here. It was great!

Our Cleaning

We're following guidelines set forth by the CDC & local goverments to reduce transmission risk and help stop the spread of COVID-19. We have implemented a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect hard and soft surfaces with special emphasis on all high-touch areas. 

Our cleaners use Spic and Span® 3-in-1 Disinfecting Spray and Comet® Disinfecting Cleaner with Bleach which are certified by the EPA to be effective at killing a broad spectrum of pathogens including:
