"This property has a private beach with deeded access and will provide Beach Services March-October 2024 (2 chairs and 1 umbrella)

Beachside Bliss is a stunning Gulf Front Unit that is located on 30A and has plenty of amenities on-site for everyone to enjoy. As you walk into Beachside Bliss you will have a beautiful view of the living and dining areas leading to the breathtaking balcony. The kitchen has new quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances for you to make a delicious meal during your stay. The dining area seats six and is the perfect spot for you to enjoy your meal under a beautiful chandelier before catching the sunset from your very own private balcony! The living room features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV for relaxing after a long beach day. The master bedroom features a King bed along with its own balcony access looking to the Gulf, and a private bathroom complete with double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a bathing tub. It also features a Bluetooth soundbar speaker for music! The guest bedroom features a Queen bed and private balcony access looking out to the two large resort swimming pools and hot tub! The guest bathroom features a beautiful sink vanity and walk-in shower. There is a bunk alcove that features two twin beds that the kiddos will love! Along with a washer and dryer next to for your convenience!

You can use the private boardwalk to the beach access, or take a dip in the two large resort pools with a hot tub located in the center. For relaxing you can use the steam room or sauna that is in the fitness center. There is also a tennis court on-site along with the bike, kayak, and paddleboard rentals. No matter what you have in mind for your vacation, Dunes of Seagrove will not disappoint.

We have also partnered with Live Well 30A to give our guests discounted beach gear rentals & concierge services!

Love this area! We visit every year and stay at Dunes of Seagrove. This was our first visit in this condo. It was clean, bright, and well stocked. We had almost everything that we needed. It would have been great to have beach towels, but we bought some cheap ones and left at the condo for the next guests. They were quick to respond to queries and checked on us during our stay. Would definitely stay again! Also, absolute gold star for having more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom!! ;) Not sure how or why that trend has started but it’s absolutely ridiculous for a week stay for more than 2 people.

We had a wonderful time at Beachside Bliss in Seagrove Beach. The unit was beautiful with great finishes and all the necessary utensils in the kitchen. The setup with towels and all bedding done by Blue Swell was beautiful. We were close to many great restaurants, parks, shops of Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The beach and pools were well maintained with easy access. We were not fond of the charcoal only grills rather than gas grills but that was a minor inconvenience. We would like to return next year.

Lovely, well decorated condo with views and wonderful accommodations. Our stay was a girls trip so we ate at restaurants and sat beachside every chance we could. We could not get the Murphy bed undone but didn’t really need it. Mgt said to just pull but we didn’t pursue. We would def stay at this location again!

From booking to checkout, we truly enjoyed the experience with Blue Swell and our stay at Beachside Bliss in Dunes of Seagrove. Our condo was well appointed, had a great view, was clean, smelled great and was very convenient. The location was perfect, beach access was easy and private. Great unit! Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. There are all the kitchen items you could possibly need to have family meals in the unit. It was great being right on the beach and having two pools! Highly recommend.

Really nice condo with beachy decor - only thing missing from our stay was the Sun! (Rained all week.....) Bed in owners suite is squeaky - everything else was perfect.

After a miraculous recovery my husband insisted that we go to 30A to celebrate! From the moment we opened the door of the condo to our departure we were so happy. The beautifully decorated rooms and spectacular view of the Gulf were stunning. We definitely want to stay here again!

Our original vacation was scheduled in May of 2020. Due to COVID, we postponed until May of 2021. Blue Swell was extremely understanding and had no problems rescheduling our trip. The condo was beautiful and clean. Dunes of Seagrove is an excellent location for families wanting to stay away from the busier areas in Destin. The pools were a bit cold in May, but still enjoyable. We really loved this area and would stay at Dunes of Seagrove again. Only issues to note: The third party trip insurance I purchased at the time of my reservation was useless, but I think that had more to do with the volume of claims being filed at the time due to COVID. I experienced some payment issues with the final payment. Once I emailed Blue Swell and explained the error and my frustrations, the matter was corrected timely and they were very apologetic.

This condo passed our expectations! It was well appointed, very comfortable and had incredible ocean views. It was hard to leave the balcony! The unit was very clean and maintained well. It was close to lots of great restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend it to family and friends!

This property was located directly on the beach with a wonderful view. It was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The unit layout was spacious with bedrooms on each side of the living room. The pools were well maintained. We avoided restaurants but purchased fresh seafood from Goatfeathers and Buddy's Seafood and cooked in the condo. I would recommend both places. The only issue we had was spotty internet service during our stay. I would recommend this property.

My wife and I spent several weeks in this well-appointed, recently redecorated condo, just a short walk from the beautiful white beach. When we weren’t on the beach, we enjoyed the large pool area, and also spent time relaxing on one the large balcony in the evening. The condo was nicely furnished with good quality modern beach style furniture, and large comfortable sofa and chairs to watch the large screen TV, with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. and a DVD player. It is bright and airy, and we enjoyed the wonderful backdrop of the sea through the large sliding glass doors.The kitchen has everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home, which was a blessing during the COVID lockdown. We can definitely highly recommend this property; Blue Swell was great to work with, and solved any minor issues we had.

Wonderful unit, clean and well stocked. Lovely view. Quiet. It is the perfect location if you are to stay at the beach and pool vacation. Called about hot tub water not heating and was immediately addressed.

Our Cleaning
