Please be advised that Watercrest will be undergoing a scheduled reconstruction project from September 2025 through May 2026. During this time, guests may experience limited access to balconies, pools, and parking areas, depending on the phase of construction.
• This unit specifically will not have balcony access from late-December to early-February.
• The pool and hot tub will be closed mid-November through early-February.
• Loud construction noise should be expected throughout the entire project period.

The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed and an en-suite bath for ultimate comfort. The second bedroom is perfect for flexible sleeping arrangements, offering two queen beds, a twin bed with a twin trundle. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional space.

The open-concept living area is perfect for gathering, while the fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. Located at Watercrest Resort, guests have access to a beachfront pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and direct beach access. Whether you're lounging by the shore or exploring local dining and attractions, Watercrest Waves is the perfect coastal getaway.

"The view from the room was excellent! Our room was so close you could hear the waves and smell the sea! Blue Swell treated us not only like guest but family with their service and kind smiles! "Wow!!! I can’t say enough great things about our condo at Watercrest! It wax absolutely stunning. There were so many little details that they made special. It was decorated absolutely gorgeous! A fully stocked kitchen. Some condos leave you 4 utensils, but they didn’t skimp on anything in this condo! The balcony was a big a room. I just can’t say enough great things about this condo. We’ve stayed in several and this was by far the best!!! Will definitely be getting this one again next Summer.

"Beautiful updated condo on the water. The best thing that sets this unit apart from others is the comfortable wicker furniture on the patio. The condo came fully stocked with essentials to get you going. Give it a try you wont be disappointed.
