1. What is included in my rental?
Each rental comes fully furnished with essential amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels, and basic toiletries. Additionally a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand bar, and kitchen amenities including liquid detergent and dishwasher pod is provided, but guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.
2. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available complimentarily upon request, subject to availability, of-course. During periods of peak seasonality (aka summertime), 4 pm check-in is not guaranteed.
3. How do I check in?
All of our properties offer contactless check-in with a digital keypad. Detailed instructions, including access codes, will be available in your property guidebook, sent prior to arrival.
4. Are pets allowed?
Pet policies vary by property. Some rentals are pet-friendly with an additional fee, while others do not allow pets. Please check the listing details or contact us for clarification.
During Your Stay
5. What should I do if I encounter an issue with the rental?
Please contact our customer service team immediately if you experience any problems. We are available from 9 am to 5 pm every day and have after-hours support as well. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
6. Is housekeeping provided during my stay?
A cleaning fee covers professional cleaning before and after your stay. For extended stays, mid-stay cleanings may be available for an additional fee. Inquire for details.
7. Can I have guests over?
Guests are welcome, but the maximum occupancy of the rental must be adhered to at all times. Large gatherings, parties, or events are strictly prohibited.
8. What is the Wi-Fi password?
Wi-Fi details will be provided in your check-in instructions and are also available inside the property.
9. What happens if I accidentally damage something?
We understand that accidents happen. Please report any damages as soon as possible. Depending on the extent of the damage, charges may apply.
10. Where can I park?
Parking information, including the number of available spots and any parking restrictions, will be provided in the property guidebook.
Check-Out Process
11. What do I need to do before checking out?
We ask that guests:
- Remove all trash and place it in designated bins.
- Load and start the dishwasher if applicable.
- Return any moved furniture to its original position.
- Ensure all doors and windows are locked.
