Please be advised that Watercrest will be undergoing a scheduled reconstruction project from September 2025 through May 2026. During this time, guests may experience limited access to balconies, pools, and parking areas, depending on the phase of construction.
• This unit specifically will not have balcony access from late-September to mid-November.
• The pool and hot tub will be closed mid-November through early-February.
• Loud construction noise should be expected throughout the entire project period.

"Sunset Haven was a wonderful condo for our family. Plenty of space inside and out to enjoy yhe ocean! Well laid out and my kids appreciated that they had separate beds in the guest room. Condo was clean and had what we needed to enjoy our week. Easy check in and checkout, easy access to the beach and pool. Wr really enjoyed our stay!

"The condo had large rooms and was nicely decorated. It has large wrap around deck with a great view of the ocean. Great pool and short walk to the beach. Highly recommend for families!
