Welcome to Treasure Shores, your perfect beachfront escape! This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers breathtaking Gulf views and direct beach access.

This remarkable and spacious condo is an end unit facing the west with an enormous wrap around balcony that goes all the way around to the back of the building. The views are endless and amongst the BEST in Panama City Beach. This western side offers unparalleled views of the Gulf and a view straight down the coastline of Panama City Beach. If you're coming for one of our holidays that feature a one-of-the-kind firework show, the views from this balcony WILL NOT disappoint! Not to mention all the ocean wildlife viewing possible from our huge balcony!

Comfortably sleeping 8, it features a spacious open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony to enjoy spectacular sunsets. The master suite boasts a king bed and en-suite bath, while the guest rooms offer cozy accommodations for family and friends. Resort-style amenities include a beachfront pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Whether you’re relaxing on the sand or exploring nearby dining and attractions, Treasure Shores is the ultimate beach getaway!

"We've been coming to Panama City Beach for 15 years and have stayed at a variety of places, but Unit 1112 at Treasure Island was by far one of our favorites. The condo was clean, beautifully maintained, and tastefully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home.
The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning! Perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunset. Blue Swell was also a pleasure to work with. They were professional, responsive to emails, and kept us well-informed leading up to and during our stay.
We wouldn't hesitate to book with Blue Swell again and highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in PCB.

"Very clean, spacious and a beautiful view. Very short walk to the beach. Huge pool. I’ve stayed almost everywhere in PCB and this was one of the two nicest places I’ve stayed. Definitely want to return.

Unforgettable Stay at Treasure Island, PCB!

"Our family just had the most incredible stay at Treasure Island 1112 in Panama City Beach, and it truly exceeded all our expectations! Traveling with our family of five plus my sister's family of three, finding comfortable accommodations can be a challenge, but this condo was incredibly accommodating. We all felt perfectly at ease with ample space, making our vacation truly relaxing.
The condo itself was simply stunning. The decor was beautiful, charming, and wonderfully up-to-date, creating such a pleasant atmosphere for our stay. What really set this unit apart was the most enormous, wrap-around balcony we've ever seen, complete with an abundance of comfortable seating. It was our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The convenience factor was off the charts, especially with the pool right there and Liza's Munchies offering delicious snacks, ice cream, and drinks poolside. Additionally, being within walking distance of Schooners, which offers incredible seafood and beverages, was a huge bonus. Panama City Beach is always a favorite destination for our family, and this particular condo has undoubtedly been the best one we've ever had the pleasure of staying in.
We can't wait to return!

Beautiful view from the 11th floor of Treasure Island

"This very spacious condo has an amazing view! It is a corner unit, so there’s a wrap around balcony which gives you a view of the sunset on the beach side, as well as the view of the sunrise on the other side. This complex is actually on the sand of the beach, so it’s only a quick ride down the elevator, through the pool area, to the beach! This condo had plenty of space for 8 people! The furniture was good quality and the unit is beautiful and clean. Found all pictures posted to be accurate, but was more amazing than imagined
There was a $35 registration fee that was not included in the price that was due at check-in. Checking in at the front office was easy, no issues. We received the parking passes at that time.
The condo is within walking distance to Schooners restaurant, Shoe Shack Pizza Joint, Sweet Cone Alabama ice cream shop and gift shops.
Treasure Island is located on the quieter family side of the beach (in my opinion) on Lower Lagoon, and is minutes away St Andrew’s Park. This location is a great place for a family vacation.
There’s a pool, a hot tub and a small poolside shop that you have to use a gate code to get into, so it’s only people from your complex using this area.
I did have one issue, so I emailed Blue Swell and they responded right away, and sent maintenance out to resolve the problem.
I would definitely book this unit on the 11th floor again!
