Welcome to the nicest, most luxurious condo Tidewater Beach Resort has to offer. Our luxury condo not only boasts the largest 2 bedroom floor plan found in Panama City Beach, but you will also appreciate the many other decor upgrades that no other Tidewater condo has.

Not only is the kitchen and all cabinetry custom and unique to this condo, the matching Samsung stainless appliances, induction stove, custom thick granite surfaces, and tile backsplash make this kitchen truly one of a kind. All furnishings are extremely high-end, gorgeous slate tile throughout, an enormous amount of square footage, and the master bathroom is the only one of its kind in the whole resort. The master bath was completely reimagined by one of the original developers of the resort and features a very large stand-up shower in place of the large garden tub usually found in this floor plan. The oversized shower features gorgeous custom tile work, a seat, and THREE shower heads including a wand sprayer, rain shower head, and traditional wall head. All fixtures, cabinetry, and countertops are extremely high-end, custom, and unique to ONLY this condo! Additionally, the balcony is the only one in the entire resort that features tile installed by the original developer for personal use - easy to keep clean, easy on the feet, and beautiful!

"I was mentally prepared for the summer heat and 4th of July crowds. America was celebrating their 250th year. I stayed in Unit 2408 at Tidewater Beach Resort. I requested this unit as it is very comfortable for my needs. I never waited more than 5-10 minutes for the elevators, even during busy check in/out. The furniture, king size bed, upgraded rain and body shower, all appliances and upgraded kitchen stove were to my liking, even though I ate out at so many places that were real close, most within walking distance of you felt up to the summer walk. It is real easy to get out to the beach. The water temp of the Gulf was about 87 degrees. Walk right in. I lounged in the beach chairs and enjoyed my holiday, watching the fireworks right from my balcony, or I could watch them indoors from the beautiful bay window in my bedroom. Great options. Tidewater has many amenities and great staff that can answer any questions, and Blue Swell made my booking and checking in go very easy. Thank you for an amazing week of relaxation and rejuvenation.

"Our only complaint is the elevators but with 30 floors and in season I guess you got to expect that. Our whole family truly enjoyed our time and no one wanted to leave. We had three generations and with us and there was something for all to enjoy. We needed to book longer to experience all there was to offer. Beach, Pool, Tiki bar, Theater, Starbucks and so much more.

"The condo was very nice and clean. It said it sleeps eight but don’t forget that it uses 2 air mattresses and one didn’t hold the air through the night. The blankets were thin and old. The shower curtain and liner in guest bathroom needs to be replaced. It was moldy and disgusting and kind of like an afterthought. The rings didn’t match. The stove was very difficult to cook on. One of the burners was difficult to get on and then to keep it on. The elevators were a long wait especially on move in/out days.

Great place to stay but the elevators suck

Wonderful trip

"This condo is amazing and we loved it. Had an issue with the air conditioner and stove but maintenance came up and solved the issue��
We’re so disappointed it’s already rented for this time next year.
Only downside was when you want to go out on the balcony.. to many people are smoking this or that... makes it very unpleasant for those of us that don’t want to smell their cigarettes.

Great Place to Stay in PCB

"We chose this place because it had two king beds, plenty of sitting space in the den, and a short-top dining table. The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was very easy. The view was great. It was close to the elevator which was convenient. I also went down to use the jacuzzi, and steam/sauna area and I was very happy with it. The only issues we had was the bracelets they required you to wear around the property were very tight and cut off my circulation, the water did not drain well in the shower, and they did not have good instructions for the induction stove...which we had never seen. But this did not significantly detract from our time. We would rent this place again.

"What a fabulous trip! First time back to PC in 23 yrs. The Tidewater was beautiful. This specific rental was beautiful. Just as described. Lots of room, beds were comfortable and the view was to die for. I only wish we had more time to enjoy it! Looking at planning the next trip!
The only issue we had the whole time was that the dead bolt inside did not lock. And I did not call Blue Swell as we were gone most of the time with family living in the area. The Tidewater staff was great! Very helpful with any questions and friendly.

Frustrating

"Not only was Tidewater a disappointment (only 1 pool open for 550 units, no where near enough elevators for size (wait 5- 15 minutes for an elevator to room on 24th floor), but the overall resort was so very worn, especially for only being 14 years old (doors into condos were peeling and needed painted as an example). Condo was disappointing as dead bolt to front door broken, 2nd bathroom lock broken so door couldn't open, people in other units clearly didn't adhere to the no smoking policy (cigarettes, cigars and pot), zero knobs on any drawers or cabinets in entire unit. Management did come and replace the broken doorknob. Great location to Pier Park without being on top of the busyness of it all.

"We had to stand in line for over two hours waiting on an elevator, just to get to our room. Had to wait until after 8:00pm to get a cart for the rest of our stuff. My mom has a heart condition and must rest after a long trip. 7 hour trip from her home. She had to wait in the waiting area for two hours because of the elevators. Beautiful condo but I will not come back because of the elevators.

"Great room and fantastic view with sunsets included. Unit was clean and everything worked fine. I have a few suggestions that would make a persons stay even better. (1) when the sliding glass door is open the air gets sucked under the front door with such force that is causes a loud whistling sound. Loud enough that it’s a problem. I had to take 2 towels and stuff them up against the base of the door to stop it, Bottom of door just needs new weather stripping. Simple fix. (2) I’d get a larger drip coffee pot. The one there works fine but I stayed by myself. If there were 2 or more people you’d pretty much have to make 1 pot per person. Silly. A Mr. Coffee 12 cup costs about $30.00 If they don’t want to buy one then it would be nice to know before hand. That way a body could bring their own.

"Spacious condo right on the beach with an incredible view! Modern appliances that took a minute to figure out how to use but clean and cold fridge. Love hearing the ocean in the master bedroom as we fell asleep each night. Very quiet, pool was clean and large and beach was beautiful. Within walking distance to Pier Park and parking was easy. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Unit on a Beautiful Beach

"This unit is not only beautiful, but very clean. The guys at Blue Swell were very friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated it. There were a few things beyond the control of the management for this unit- elevators can be challenging on weekends, but on weekdays, we had no issues. There were other renters smoking weed from their balconies, which would drift up towards ours- but it sure didn't ruin my vacation. The beds were very comfortable. The Master bath is gorgeous... LOVED the shower, and the desk area for putting on make-up. The airbeds are good quality ones, and the young people who slept on them slept well. The pool was clean and refreshingly cool which was great considering it's so hot outside. The beach is breathtaking- so beautiful. However.. don't assume it will be that way every day as storms were out at sea and the second half of our week, the water was full of algae and seaweed. Even then, that beautiful tropical color was still there, out past the seaweed. This resort is very close to Pier Park. You really wouldn't want to walk it- but it's only a short drive away. Lots of restaurants around- we loved Pineapple Willy's, Sharky's , Wicked Wheel and Guadalupe Grill. Salty Sue's was not great- its close, but maybe skip that one. We used the Tiki Bar, and enjoyed the drinks. We appreciate you opening up this unit for rental, and for keeping it so clean and providing plenty of towels and bedding.
