From here, all the fun and action of Panama City Beach is just moments away. It’s the perfect spot for a family or group vacation. Families, groups, and couples traveling together will have a dreamy time at Orlando’s Magic View, a condo nestled right in the heart of it all in the Sunrise Beach Resort.

Gather in the living room, where a spectacular sunrise view greets you each fun-filled morning. This space has lots of plush seating and a flat-screen TV, as well as sliding door access to the balcony. It’s a great spot to unwind after a long day spent boogie boarding, lying on the sand, and eating ice cream. The best part? Windows on each corner of the room means that you have a million dollar view of the sunset, too.

Even the pickiest eaters can find room for their favorite snacks and meals in the open kitchen, which has a suite of full-sized appliances including french door fridge, oven, dishwasher, disposer, and microwave, plus double sink and roomy kitchen bar with seating for 4.

This property sleeps a total of 8 guests.
You’ll be the king or queen of the beach in the primary suite, just off the living room, where you’ll find a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, private balcony access via a set of sliding glass doors, and a sumptuous ensuite bath with jetted tub, double vanity, and shower.
The property has an additional two guest bedrooms, both with queen-sized beds, flat-screen TVs, and their own ensuite baths.
Two more guests can wake up to the view from the living room on the queen sleeper sofa.

The crown jewel of this property? Its superb wraparound balcony with views of the Gulf and the beach from two sides of the building. This is the place: to snap those gorgeous selfies, unroll your mat and do some morning yoga or meditation, sip a coffee or a glass of wine as you watch seabirds and dolphins dive in the waves, and make lasting memories with your whole group. Whenever anyone asks you about your trip, the balcony will be the first thing you mention, guaranteed.

"Rental was spacious, clean and well maintained. Located near Pier Park and also a number of popular restaurants.
Abundant parking was available.
Blue Swell was professional and helpful.
Beach chairs were NOT included and there was also an additional parking fee.

PCB Family Vacation Week!

"The View was Amazing! We have been going to PCB every year for as long as I can remember for Vacation! We have stayed at Sunrise Beach for the past almost 20 years! We love the location and Parking Garage on the beach side! The rooms are spacious! We arrived, went to Runway Island for dinner, came back and went to bed and had sand in our bed! My brother went to bed and he had sand in his bed! My nephew and his wife had the master suite and theirs was fine! I’m 76, an 3 of our party has had knee replacement and the toilets were so low we had issues getting up off them! The baseboards needed painting badly , and our bathroom had black mold around the baseboard by the tub! The Condo was great, but needs a good cleaning and some updating! The pictures on the wall have several inches of dust ! We had a humidifier in the laundry room that was in a tray but overflowing with water. We reported it but no one came to clean it out! We had a refrigerator leak and it was repaired the next day! We love the Condo but for $3,000. for the weak it should be clean! Idk if the owner knows it isn’t because I’m sure they’re paying well!

Sand in the beds, dust buildup, and mold in the bathroom are absolutely unacceptable, and we truly regret that you had to deal with those issues. We’ve also taken note of the concerns about the low toilets, humidifier overflow, and refrigerator leak — while we’re glad the fridge was repaired promptly, we apologize that the other items weren't addressed more quickly. Your feedback is being taken seriously. We’re forwarding these concerns to both our housekeeping and maintenance teams, and we’ll be doing a full inspection of the unit. The owner will also be made aware, as we agree — for the price paid, guests should expect a clean, well-maintained, and comfortable space. Panama City FL Vacation

"Overall, we enjoyed staying at the Gulf Front Sunrise Beach. It was walking distance to many things/ restaurants where there was no need for a rental car. Unfortunately 2/3 bathrooms didn’t flush very well and one of them overflowed. Also when we went to the pools front desk, they mentioned we needed access and needed to contact the hoa of which we were staying. Fortunately the kids were fine with staying on the beach but it would have been nice to have had the pool for an option. We would visit here again

6 days at Panama City Beach

"My family had a very relaxing and fun-filled 6 days in this condo at the beach The facility was very clean. We had a couple of small issues that needed repair and when I notified management, they sent a repair/maintenance person within 2 hours to make the repairs. Christmas Holiday stay

"This place is simply paradise. The views are spectacular and the accommodations are immaculate. I loved the spacious condo and the fully loaded workout facilities. Excellent vacation

"Stay was wonderful. Unit was clean beds were comfortable. View was awesome. There are only 4 elevators and it sometimes takes quite some time to get one and it is very very hot and stuffy in the elevator waiting area. Too many unused beach chairs set up on the beach taking up most of the beach space.
