Beautiful View, Close to the Water - Great spot for OFF season!

"*Beautiful view, close to the water.
*Several steps going down to the sand, so be aware of that if you have small children, bad knees, and/or a lot of beach equipment.
*Great location for the OFF season, but will be VERY busy during summer as it is directly beside public beach access and fishing pier.
*Tight parking deck parking. Limit of 2 vehicles per room; $50 fee per car.
*Furniture is older and everything is brown; not "beachy". This is not an issue for us, but if it may be for some.
*Management company was easy to communicate with, but have A LOT of details in the contract and even require an upload of the drivers licenses of every person over 18 years old. I feel like it was all a bit a much, but to some degree understand the caution towards liability.
*When we arrived, the condo was HOT and it took awhile to cool down to 72 degrees, but was not an issue after initial arrival. The a/c worked great! The refrigerator was standing in water (on the inside) and had to be cleaned. I notified the company just in case there was an issue, and they responded immediately to offer support if needed, but fortunately it was not a continued problem after we cleaned it, and did not interfere with our stay.
*Aside from our door code, every other code provided was wrong (beach access, outside bathrooms, and gym); however, the security guard gave us the codes after verifying our stay.
*Two elevators, but they're slow. Not a problem for off season, but I could see it being an issue in the summer.
*It was clean with the exception of some excess sand that had not been cleaned off of chairs, but again, it's the beach, so...
*The balcony DESPERATELY needs some updated, comfortable seating. We LOVE to balcony sit, and while there were 4 of us, there were only 3 chairs, and very uncomfortable. We finally just sat in our beach chairs on the balcony.
*Security was always present and friendly.
*Extra towels/linens provided.

"My husband and I had a great time and look forward to returning! The condo was beautiful and very well furnished and we enjoyed the large balcony. Great location, loved going to St. Andrews Park, visiting other nearby towns and had fun shopping. If you are into olive oils and vinegars, check out Emerald Coast Olive Oil and gift shop. Blue Swell Management was excellent, very fast responses and helpful. Thank You.

"This condo was perfect. Perfect location. The only problem I had was the coffee maker water compartment was so dirty and couldn't be cleaned that I didn't get to have my coffee all weekend. Other than that, this was probably one of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed in. We will definetly stay here again.
