"Our stay was great! We enjoyed it very much! It was clean and it was easy to communicate with blue swell. It did take them around 30 to 45 minutes to respond to questions but I consider that timely!

Great location for a weekend getaway.

"Great location and within a 10 min walking distance to Pier Park. The beach was great. We brought beach umbrellas and didn't realize we could have brought our 10x10 tent and just lowered the legs. Would have made setup so much easier. The gift shop had many items for the beach but expect to pay more for the convenience. The unit was clean and very up to date. Note that if you have a teenager over 100lbs, they don't allow them to sleep on the top bunk so this unit is good for 5 adults and a child under 100 lbs.

"our condo was beautiful, spacious for just my wife and i, and was super close to everything! we had everything we needed in the condo and if we needed anything it was a quick trip to the lobby or anywhere nearby. the pool, spa, and outside bar was fantastic, clean, and nice! we will definitely be coming back!

"Condo is in good shape. I would have enjoyed a few more essential amenities in the kitchen (salt, pepper, more than 1 regular sized spoon, coffee filters, etc.) These are things that are very cheap to have on hand for the owner and is a major inconvenience for the renter. Outside of that the condo was supplied with plenty of towels/linens and the appliances were in good working order. Could not figure out how to work the electric grill as the instructions were all rubbed off. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable and there was plenty of available covered parking spots. Condo has plenty of potential but seemed to be in the midst of some type of transition. The office/lobby was closed as was the pool bar. It was far enough away from the "busy" part of town to be a little quieter but yet close enough when you need to go out. Would stay again.

"This condo had everything we needed for our stay. It was so clean( no black feet when going barefoot). The location was perfect. It's on the more quiet end of town but near Pier Park.

Great location, beautiful view

"Great location, beautiful view, close to lots of other venues. The place itself was very nice with lots of room. They also have a beautiful pool with a bar that sells drinks and food. It was great! My only negatives are the early check in cost and trash removal policy. I arrived early and they allow you to check in 2 hours early if the space is available. However, early check in was half the cost of the nightly room rate. Why would anyone pay half of the nightly rate for 2 extra hours?!? You also have to take out your own trash before you leave, but pay such a large cleaning fee. Luckily there was a trash chute on the floor so it was easy. I'd likely return, but won't be checking in early.

"I liked the convenience of the location and easy access to the beach. Place was clean and well maintained. Nice pool and hot tub. Only complaint was the elevators took forever, which made for a lot of trips up the stairs.

Girl’s Trip 2021

"The condo was great, the location was good and the beach was beautiful. However, I had a major issue that was not resolved while staying in the condo. The washer filled up with water (while towels were in it) and then shut off on Sunday. I filled out a maintenance request Monday morning. I waited 24-48 hours with no response so I called. They said they would re-enter the request and have someone out ASAP. Thursday, a man showed up to say he couldn’t fix it. Friday (the day before we leave) another man showed up and said he fixed it. The washer messed up again and we got a load washed. Then, the dryer would not dry the clothes. I messaged them again. Needless to say, I will not be renting from Blue Swell again. The washer/dryer was never fixed and I hope they do something before the next renters come.

Great Florida stay

"This was a nice property right on the beach. It had a fantastic pool and hot tub plus a food/beverage bar right next to the pool. Every room had an ocean view. The location is near the Pier Park which is great fun.
