Welcome to Sea La Vie! Get ready to relax in this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo that sleeps 9! Ocean Ritz features a beachfront pool, gulf side hot tub, and has a sauna & steam room!

This spacious retreat offers incredible Gulf views and is designed for relaxation and comfort. The master suite features a king bed and private balcony access, while the second bedroom includes 2 queen beds, and the third room has a twin bed and a full bed, ideal for families or groups. With plenty of seating options, the balcony is the perfect spot to have morning coffee and dolphin watching! The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. There is seating for six in the dining area along with seating for four at the kitchen bar!

"Overall the unit was nice. Some maintenance is needed but I would stay there again. The oven does not get up to temperature, which was an issue. Also no oven mitts - had to use towels so we didn't get burned. Clock needs a battery and the living room door going out to the balcony is difficult to open.

Great location but cleanliness and comfort lacking

"The property was so poorly cleaned. There was left over party decorations, a half eaten pop tart in the tv stand and all the bedsheets felt sandy before we ever made it to the beach like they had not been washed between guests. The beds and furniture were very uncomfortable. The only redeeming quality was the location. The property management communicated well but cleanliness is a top priority and this condo was lacking in that department pretty heavily.

"We had a wonderful stay. The balcony view was incredible, the parking was easy, the check in and checkout process was seamless. The elevator is right outside your door to the condo and to the parking spot. The inside has everything you need and then some. The condo was quiet, beautiful and very clean. The beds were so comfortable. The host was super responsive and polite. I would stay at this condo every vacation. My entire family loved it. The pool is right below the balcony, so I could have eyes on the entire party at all times. The window right outside the door, allowed me to see my vehicles for peace of mind.

"This rental was absolutely beautiful. The condo was just as pictured no complaints whatsoever. I enjoyed that there were only 3 condos per floor and the elevators were fast. The only downside that I could find is that parking was pretty tight. Overall I would 10/10 recommended this property.

Amazing Stay!

"Everything about our stay was amazing, including our parking spot! The unit was very clean, updated, nicely furnished and no bugs. All 3 showers worked simultaneously with great pressure and we never ran out of hot water. The towels were new, soft and fluffy, with 2 per person. Instructions were posted, easy to read, free wi-fi and 3 TVs. The large capacity, modern washer and dryer were greatly appreciated. Our balcony was oversized, had furniture and gorgeous views of the ocean and sunset. The AC worked great and the unit accommodated our party of 8 comfortably. We were on the 10th floor, but the elevators were smooth and quickly. The Keurig stopped working, but with a simple text, a new one was delivered! The parking spots are narrow and a car next to ours parked over the line into our spot. I texted Blue Swell and they quickly told me how to handle the situation. Once we located an on property maintenance man, he had the issue immediately remedied. This was a fantastic vacation with only positive feedback! We loved it.

"Everything was Great. We had a few concerns when we first showed up but was quickly taken care of by staff. The place was as expected and more. the location in the area was wonderful. Lots of things do and Great places to eat. There was a local Walmart close to get supplies as needed.
Heat and A/C worked as it should. Which we have had troubles at different locations.
Our parking spot worked out well for us with a rather large Truck.Elevators were close and worked great. Staff always around if needed.
We will be back.

Great space but lacking in some areas

"I want to start off by saying that I’m extremely picky with my expectations but overall the condo was “nice”. The biggest issue we ran into were that there was NO BROOM! There was a vacuum in the condo but if you’ve ever tried to vacuum up a lot of sand with a vacuum, you know how difficult it can be. The other big thing was just how NOT WELL the condo was stocked with normal kitchen essentials. You would think there would be at the bare minimum salt and pepper but no, only a few packets previous tenants had left behind. The microwave only worked if you held the door with your hand, which in all fairness, we didn’t alert the owner of because it wasn’t that big a deal and didn’t want some random repairman in the condo without us there, so we decided to not bring it to their attention. Another irritating thing was the “economy” toilet flush. Never seen one of these in my life but the attempt at saving water ended up having the complete opposite effect because you’d have to flush the toilet 2-4 times to get it to all go down. Then the kitchen overhead light had been replaced with a smaller light, which left a hole in the ceiling. One of the sprinklers on the living room wall had the same thing, open hole around it. I just think for this level of quality being described, things like the above wouldn’t be an issue. Another MAJOR problem we ran into, which in fairness was not the owners fault, is that there seemed to be a whopping THREE carts for the entire building. With over 60 rooms, and everyone typically checking in and checking out at the same times on the same days, you’d expect there to be at least 1 for every 3 floors or so. We spent over an hour waiting on a cart on the day of check out which meant the cleaners showed up before we ever got our bags out of the room. Overall it was an ok condo but we’ve always stayed next door at the Ocean Villa and never have anything to co

Great place to anchor down

"We rented this 3 bdrm condo for 4 days. Good location on the main strip. Walmart is literally right down the road, as well as a coffee shop across the street.
Parking was tight right next to the condo ( your parking spot is right in front of the building)and there is also extra parking across the street.
The unit was clean, but bring essentials like paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags.
The view is awesome off the huge balcony, and there is plenty of room to move around in the unit.
Be aware that at the time of this writing, they are adding another elevator, which is needed. More than once, we had to wait long periods of time for the elevator.
It was clean, centrally located, and quiet.

"We had a great family time staying on this property. Everyone really enjoyed staying there. Great communication with property management company. Only negative scenario happened with us was someone else condo above us making a loud noise of balcony fence or AC unit due to windy atmosphere throughout our stay. "The good about my stay. The condo space was perfect for our family. 10th floor perfect view. Close to anywhere you want to go. The Bad..need better cleaning people, elevator service, parking area had dumpster in the way. Overflow parking needs assigned spot per condo.

Great size/Lots of Distractions

"The rental unit was in great condition - clean, good size, great balcony. There was a noise that started on Thursday and was almost unbearable on Friday. At first we thought it was construction above us but it lasted long into the evening (sounded like a plane taking off). The parking is also really bad.

Would be nice to have a place to put groceries. Owner has pantry locked. No beach chairs or umbrella (which most places have for renters to use).

"We absolutely love Panama city beach! However there was issues! Our door to outside our condo did not latch! This was very unsettlingly to us! Anyone at anytime could just push the door open, trying to sleep or going anywhere made for a very unsettlingly feeling! We had lightbulbs burn out, I know this happens but getting someone there to fix it was next to impossible! Getting ahold of management was next to impossible! The parking was horrible! While it was nice that the property had gas grills, there wasn't enough gas pressure to cook our food. This needs fixed. It has a pool, but it is small. Also the walkway to the beach closes when the pool does, at 10pm. This was an inconvenience! Our family enjoys late night walks on the beach, but if you come back after 10pm, you are locked out and have to use the public access to get back. That needs fixed, very inconvenient! The condo itself was nice plenty of room and wonderful balcony! The property/ management needs improved.

The same issue, with no one to call!

"I would like to start by saying, the beach was perfect. The chair rental man was nice. The location was good. PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE! They advertise online two parking spots, with additional parking located nearby. This was not the case Memorial Day Weekend. My mother in law had her car towed. Our “assigned” parking spot ALWAYS had another vehicle there due to lack of parking. That Friday, during check-in, the elevators stopped working. We were lucky to be on the 10th floor. Many people had to carried luggage and grocery up 19-23 flights! It was a mess. Many people left their room number and phone number in the dash of their car to prevent from being towed. The company had numbers listed, but no one would answer the phone. It was frustrating to park your car in a random spot, wait for and possible elevator to show up, and then knock on a random person’s room and ask them to move their vehicle. I understand that it was a high volume weekend and staffing is issue nationwide, but if you charge premium prices, you should delivery premium service.

"The rental was absolutely gorgeous!!! The view was stunning and accessible to the beach. Everything was great except a few things. The elevators were not always working and just one worked most of the time. The beds were not very comfortable at all. While the linens were nice, the mattresses were very firm and uncomfortable.

"The condo was everything we hoped it would be. The floors are a little worn but it was very clean and the location was very nice. Something needs to be done about the parking. A gated entrance or something to keep people out of your spot. Parking across the road was not the problem. People off the street would park in your spot. Pretty much every time we left our parking spot we would have to track down whoever was parked in it. Groups or families staying in the condos would park in your spot. The construction played a roll in the parking issues as well! The construction in the mornings made it impossible to sleep in and harder to relax during the day in your condo. I am not bashing the rental property. I believe when the construction is finished it will be much more relaxing. A gate with a code or pass would be great! If a gate was installed and construction finished I would highly recommend!

"Condo was as described. Great views. Parking was a little tricky and only 2 small elevators for 23 floors. Overall the condo itself was great.

Panama City Beach in June

"We enjoyed the condo, the view and the beach.
We were disappointed it did not have at least two free parking spots for a condo that sleeps up to 9 people. Something should be worked out with the city lot for more free parking for the tourists who spend so much money there. We also had a maintenance issue (a broken window blind) and were disappointed that it wasn't fixed after we reported it.

"Overall we are completely satisfied! Clean and cozy. The balcony was bigger than expected. Furniture and beds were so comfy. The kitchen had everything you could need. Would use again pending they put a dead bolt on the door to lock in sneaky toddlers!

Great spot for the family

"We had to wait almost an hour to get in the unit as the door code didn't work.
Outside of unit looks run down, but inside was great! Loved sitting on the balcony each morning/night and listen to the waves.
Parking is the worst part. It's across the street and was occupied by someone else.
