Please be advised that Long Beach Resort will be undergoing a scheduled reconstruction project from August 4 through April 1. During this time, guests may experience limited access to balconies, pools, and parking areas, depending on the phase of construction.
• This unit specifically will not have balcony access from mid-October to mid-January.
• Loud construction noise should be expected throughout the entire project period.

"Plenty room and beds, dining chairs, in room chairs, patio chairs. ALL Appliances were 5 stars! All beds were low but the master making it very hard to get in bed. Good mattresses for all. Furniture was plenty but could use fresh coat of paint for wear. Lamps need to be replaced for updated phone charging and rocker switches. But lamps were nice decor.

"Three couples stayed in the condo. It was everything that the pictures and write up said it was. We each had a bedroom that saw the ocean. The living room was great and seated 6 of us comfortably without any problem. Booking, check-in and check-out was a breeze. 5 out of 5 all the way. Will stay many more times in the future.

Spring Break College Tour - Group of Nine

"This place was an amazing find! We had a group of nine—seven high school students and two chaperones—and it was perfect for us. Each room had a fantastic view of the beach, and there was plenty of space for everyone, including a pull-out couch bed that came in handy.

The large dining table was great for group meals and card games, and the kitchen was spacious—just be sure to stock up on groceries. We loved that our stretch of beach had several volleyball nets (bring a ball!), and the house was stocked with helpful beach gear like chairs, a cooler, umbrella, and some toys.

Even though the water was a little chilly in March, we still had a blast playing volleyball in the rain. Walmart was only a 3-minute drive away, and we even walked to Waffle House. There were so many places within walking distance.

We only wish we had more time to enjoy it all, but our early morning tours at FAMU and FSU kept us on a schedule.

"I just got back from a weeks stay at Long Beach Resort 2-901. There were 12 of us in a 3 bedroom rental, 6 adults and 6 kids. We had plenty of room and never felt like we were on top of one another. The condo was up to date and had all of the major kitchen items. Including a blender and touch screen toaster, that took us all a minute to figure out. We have stayed at other Long Beach Resort Rentals and they have come with 2 complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella. This one did not. It wasn't a big deal because we had all brought our own, but that added convenience is nice. The other thing is this condo only comes with 2 parking passes. You will have to purchase a third for an additional charge, but just email Blue Swell and they will have it waiting on you.

Overall, we had an excellent stay and the people at Blue Swell were super nice and easy to work with. I will definitely be booking another stay with them in this condo. Long Beach Resort's pool and convenient location to Walmart and Pineapple Willy's make this my favorite place to stay in PCB!

Girls week at the beach

"The home was amazing this year. Our suggestions are:
Clean the track for the sliding door. All the salt and sand make the door impossible to open.
Possibly replace the bed pillows. They are well worn and not comfortable.
We had a great time and plan to return soon.

"My family had a wonderful vacay in this very spacious condo. We loved that all the rooms were so spacious and each had it's own bathroom. Even the living room/dining room was perfect for our family of 10. And the balcony had the best views of the sunset and sunrise! The special touches from Blue Swell upon arrival like the bundles of clean towels wrapped up in pretty blue ribbon were so cute and much appreciated! The condo was clean as well. We all loved the pools and the access to the beach!! Wish we could have stayed longer! This is a must for a large family for sure! Easy to reserve, easy to access upon arrival. Blue Swell was in constant touch via text to make sure all was good and that was a great level of customer service. We would stay here again!

Nice Place

"The condo was just as nice as the pictures and very clean. The place is well stocked with kitchen accessories to make pretty much anything. The only thing missing was a meat thermometer. Minor issues: sliding door to balcony would not lock. Not that I was expecting someone to scale the condo, but for kid safety we had to keep an extra eye out. The door is heavy, so most kids probably can not open anyways. Overall the place is great.
