The Gulf-front living area features ample seating for everyone, a Queen sofa sleeper, and a HUGE flat-screen TV for your viewing pleasure after a long day at the beach. The formal dining area and breakfast bar allow everyone to enjoy meals together. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a full range of cookware and high-end furnishings with granite countertops, steel appliances, and custom tile accents. The private balcony is furnished for comfortable lounging and offers a breathtaking view of the Gulf Coast.Â

The Gulf-front master with private balcony access offers a King bed, flat-screen TV, and private en suite bath. The Master Bath features a walk-in shower, separate deep tub, dual granite vanities, and great closet spaces. The Guest Bedroom offers a Queen bed, great windows bringing in the Florida sunshine, and private access to the Guest Bath. In the hall alcove, you will find a Twin Day bed with a pullout trundle (limit of 100 pounds) so that this condo will comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. The laundry center is located just off the hall access across from the Guest Bath. Your Guest Bath features a tub shower combination for ultimate convenience.  Â
The Grand Panama Beach Resort is centrally located on the East end of Panama City Beach convenient to the best of area attractions. This distinguished condominium opened in 2007, built on 35 acres of dazzling beachfront property. The resort grounds feature impressive landscaping with beautiful gardens, fountains, and waterfalls, as well as an impressive list of amenities. Guests of all ages will appreciate the extras that grant all the comforts of home with added extravagance.
Guest will need to pre-register online and pay for parking passes and armband BEFORE arrival. There is a two car limit per reservation. Guests with service dogs will also need to visit the Grand Panama Beach Resort website to view their animal policies and to complete the required animal registration form. If you have any further question you can call the Blue Swell office to speak with a reservationist.

Sabrina, thank you for the feedback. We are glad you enjoyed PCB and the surrounding area. After reviewing your stay we were never informed of these issues. Professional cleans and inspections are conducted before each arrival and these were not detected before your arrival. For future reference, if we were notified we do reach out within 24 hours to resolve the reported issue. We are glad the stay itself was nice and look forward to seeing you in the future.
