"Our unit, #234, was exceptional! stayed for 8 nights, didn't need an elevator! on the beach. next to the pool. immaculate. exactly as described. Excellent service with Blue Swell. And Cissy is amazing

"Very clean and comfortable. We took a couple flights of stairs to the beach or sky bridge. Hardly waited for elevator. Amenities were perfect and this place even had an icemaker in the freezer. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Only complaint by the kids were the bunk beds could use new mattresses, but they bougey anyway. Kitchen is great, 2 bathrooms were great for showers after the beach. Girls loved the Starbucks in the lobby. Loved having Zolos and local steamer across the street. Highly recommend staying in this condo.

"My family had a great time from our 2 year old to 16 year old. We only had 2 complaints, 1. We stayed at emerald beach resorts, but if you’re on the second floor, that doesn’t mean you use those elevators. The second floor is not connected like the others. The Wyndham side only had 1 working elevator when we arrived and after realizing we had to use those, it was over an hour later by the time we got both carts to the room. We went up the emerald elevators. Had to wait to go down when our room wasn’t one of the 3-5 over there. Then wait an outrageous amount of time for the one elevator.
2. Were the bug bites we acquired either sitting at the pool in the evening or out on the balcony. The facility had bug repellent dispensers but they were empty. We will be bringing bug spray next time to use in the evenings. It definitely won’t deter us from visiting again.

"Everything was great except 1 thing. We arrived at 12:30am. No one ever mentioned that the room was on the Wyndham side of the resort. It took us 2 hours to find our room. I called the after hours number finally and they were helpful but this should have been told to me at the time of me making reservation. It would have saved me 2 hours of chaos with a 7 and 3 year old.
