This is the best condo in The Crescent!! This is the largest floorplan and the ONLY condo in this floorplan that has a direct walkout for beach and pool access right off your balcony porch!

This ground floor condo has the best views of our Emerald Green waters, the pool deck and the sunsets - oh the summer sunsets from our spectacular balcony. Our one-of-a-kind condo will bring a lifetime of memories.

This private oasis boasts direct access to the beach, stunning panoramic views of the ocean and access to all the exciting amenities this property has to offer. A coastal, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom unit designed with floor-to-ceiling windows spanning the length of the unit’s beachfront plus a 400 sq ft. patio makes this condo a coveted spot for spending sun-kissed days in the ocean breeze.

Highlights of the condo include 2 king-master suites and a large patio with ocean views, made complete with loungers and armchairs.

The grounds are surrounded by tropical flowers, lush greenery and palm trees. To make the most of the unit's spectacular views the patio has multiple seating areas for lounging and spending time with family and friends. When staying here, you’ll love that your bedroom will only be steps to the beach with 2 convenient beach access points and direct access to the property’s shared pool and hot tub. The complex also has a private boardwalk, bike trails and a BBQ grilling area.

The kitchen/living/dining room are all decorated in an elegant coastal theme. Each room has a laid-back feel with a relaxing color palette and is accented with watercolor art and nautical touches. The kitchen is a delight to spend time in, with granite countertops, fresh white cupboards, and stylish stainless steel appliances. Also included are a coffee maker, ice maker, microwave, toaster, and a complete set of cookware with all the essential condiments for preparing meals.

The dining space is located conveniently in the open concept living area with a contemporary glass table and plenty of seating for the nights you and your family choose to stay in.

This space is the picture of coastal living with its refined yet cozy upholstered chairs, comfortable sofas, and plenty of seating for the whole family to gather and watch movies on the flat screen tv. The seating area has been strategically arranged to make the most of the massive windows framing the breathtaking ocean views so that even while indoors, you can still enjoy the beauty of the Gulf.

"We stayed here for 4 nights in January 2025. We have stayed at The Crescent condos about 10 times using 5 different condos. All units here are great but this unit 101 is by far the best there. It has the shortest walk to the beach, great views , well decorated, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and the most beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend!

"This was my first stay at the Crescent, but not my first visit to Miramar Beach. This was a family first multigenerational vacation. It did not disappoint! The location of the condo was perfect for both pool & beach access. The kitchen was well stocked with every item you could want. The patio was awesome for outdoor games. The complex was in close proximity to the grocery, restaurants and shopping.

"It was great. Location was perfect and the rental was nice perfect for our family size. We would stay in it again. We loved being on the main level to be able to walk right out to the beach and pool. The only thing was the master bathroom ceiling. The unit above over flowed the tub and the water came through the ceiling. I felt like no one was as worried as we were about it continuing to leak.

"We have stayed at the Crescent at Miramar Beach around 10 times; however this was our first stay in 101. It is the most beautiful condo we have ever stayed in. The appliances were brand new, the bathrooms were updated and spa-like, and the extra grassy space outdoor was a bonus! This worked beautifully for our family which included elderly grandparents.

"This condo is very nice. I have stayed at The Crescent many times and love the location.
The condo was nice and clean and well maintained. The only 2 things I would change were the coffee pot as it seems to be leaking and the master shower head which has pressure that is too low.
We had an unfortunate night when we first arrived of a party upstairs that lasted until 2 am. I was disappointed that the management did not step in to help as the other surrounding renters must have had as difficult night as we did.

"Easy booking process. Everything was as shown. Floors were somewhat dirty. Checked in after 5pm and there was no one at the front desk so we were on our own to find our room etc. Wrist Bands didn't always stay on and they cost $20 if you were to lose 1. I like the idea of having them for the access to all the amenities but was concerned my 15 year old would lose his somewhere. All in all a solid 4.5 stars and would recommend staying here. Great views, Great pool. Close to shopping.

A Little Piece of Paradise!

"Everything a vacation property should be!! First class in every sense. Lots of space and a perfect place for our family. The kitchen had absolutely everything including a keurig. The beds were wonderful and comfy. Nice size bathroom with every bedroom was a huge plus. The views from both master suites were breathtaking! It felt like we were on an island somewhere. We've been coming to Miramar for 20 years...this view is by far the best we've ever had! Pool and beach access right out our front and back doors. We were spoiled within minutes!

Everything was clean!!!!! We had a couple of minor maintenance issues when we first arrived, but they were taken care of very quickly.

Just to note...Really nice TVs in every room...however they were not user friendly...even for our kids under 30. They were able to stream okay, but the channels were not typical network channels. Just an unfamiliar set up. Not a big deal just gave us more family time without distraction. Still standing by my 5 stars!

Overall, a small piece of paradise. We can't wait to go back!!
