Welcome to Beach Daze! This chic coastal condo has an expansive balcony showcasing breathtaking Gulf views and a wide-open floor plan that’s bright, airy, and spacious. There’s room for the whole family with a luxurious primary suite, bunk room, and sleeper sofa. With our prime location, you’re steps from the sand and walking distance to Pier Park.

As soon as you walk into this condo, you’ll be in awe of the incredible Gulf views, showcased by floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors that lead out to the expansive balcony. The doors let in a ton of natural light, flooding the entire living area in Florida sunshine and making it bright and airy. With beautiful light wood flooring, plush furnishings, coastal chic decor, and pops of color, the living room is the perfect place to relax. Snuggle up on the comfy aqua couch and watch a favorite movie on the large flat screen TV, or spend a rainy day playing games.

Completely open to the living and dining areas is the kitchen. There's plenty of counter space and cabinets and stainless steel appliances! Wash dishes with a view or keep the chef company with bar seating for two.
Enjoy a meal at the beautiful wooden dining table with seating for four, and make plans for an amazing day at the beach.

This condo is incredibly spacious and sleeps 7, with a large luxurious primary suite, a bunk room, and a sleeper sofa. The in-unit washer and dryer make it easy to stay for more than a weekend.

Enjoy the Florida sunshine on your huge private balcony, which you can access from the living room or primary suite. Curl up on the sectional with a good book, take a nap in the shade, or watch the sunset with a tropical drink. Then head down to the beach and take advantage of the resort amenities – multiple pools, fitness center, cafe, and more.

"Condo was very clean. The patio was very large and view was spectacular. Overall great experience beds were comfortable. My wife and kids had a great time. Salt and pepper shakers would be a nice added bonus.

"The Aqua building and grounds were nice and well kept. The location was good overall. The floors in the unit that we stayed in were very dirty, our feet were black within the first hour of walking around. It was unfortunate as it was a good place to stay.

"The unit location and building were great! The beach was clean, the chairs/umbrella included were a plus. The unit was clean, but definitely needed some TLC. Small things needed attention. For example, most of the door handles were very loose, the master bath door clasp at the top had the spring sticking out so you had to close it by hand, the ice maker in the fridge didn’t work, even when we turned it to “on” and a towel ring was off the wall in the guest bath. Not deal breakers, just deferred maintenance.

"This condo is beautiful and looks just like it’s described. The view is amazing and the condo is super clean. The beach chairs are a great addition and the gentleman who are at the beach assigning chairs are amazing. The property is clean and well kept and the management company was easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!
