"Home was clean and perfect for our stay. Great location! Beach access was just a short walk away and was convenient. Make sure you take trash bags because there was only one. The driveway was a little tight for two vehicles the angle that it’s at. So parking is a little challenging if you have a large SUV or truck.

"This was our third year staying in this house. We had another great year. The house really meets our needs. Each family has their own floor. The location is excellent. Cross the street and you are at the beach. There is a small shopping center next door that we can walk right out the back door and be there. It has the best nail place and we love both the Mexican and pizza place there. There is also an urgent care there if you need it.

The house itself has everything you need. Kitchen has everything you would ever need for a week at the beach. Toys and games in the living room were appreciated by my grand kids. The pool is small but enough to get wet and the grand kids always have a great time in it.

Relaxing Stay

"we had a wonderful stay. I was impressed with how clean this rental was. Its very close to the beach. The small pool was perfect for our group and we used it every day. The frogs serenaded us the first night and then were gone. The manager reached out upon our arrival just to check to see if everything was fine and I appreciated that. I recommend breakfast at "The Perfect Pig", its within walking distance. I would rent this property again and will definitely look at other Blue Swell properties in the future.

Great Location

"Excellent property for two families.
The master suites and guest rooms on each of the 2nd and 3rd floors are great.
Rooms are large.
The location is also great...step out the back door, take the road straight down to the public access to the beach.
Maybe a 4 min walk.

Go to The Great Southern Cafe for happy hour and an early dinner.
Rent bikes.

Beautiful house and location

"The house is gorgeous and very clean! It’s even bigger in person. Kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. Laundry area even has a drying rack, which I use at home all the time, so I really appreciated that. There are a few small beach chairs in the bin by front door. We are a music loving family and the house has a speaker system throughout, which we thoroughly enjoyed by hooking up to bluetooth. The bedrooms are spacious and everyone was able to spread out and have their own space. The dining room table is huge and was perfect for card games each night.The plunge pool is bigger/deeper than pictures suggest. It is the perfect size for cooling off. We enjoyed breakfast by the pool each morning. There are tree frogs and other frogs that do like to make noise, but it’s an enjoyable noise. There was no “swampiness” in the landscaping as one reviewer commented. We even had some pretty rough storms a couple of nights and it was fine. We ended up using the back door to the side street to access the beach because going through the pedestrian gate with gear was a little tough. The beach access is great and we try to stay near it every year. The walk is really close or you can drive up in a car to unload gear. We had an issue with back door lock battery dying. I contacted Blue Swell and they sent someone out quickly and it was all fixed. From booking to checking out, Blue Swell was wonderful to work with. They kept in touch before and during to make sure all was well. As far as food, there are places close by we have tried. Bronzinni’s next to entrance is the best pizza! The donuts at Dough Sea Dough diagonally across street are a must have (get there early). Goatfeathers next to the donuts is great for steamed crab legs and shrimp. We always go to Old Florida Fish House and The Bay. Of course there are many great options up and down 30A. We had a wonderful week and would love to rent Bella Beach again and definitely rent fr

Great house close to beach

"We really enjoyed our week here in this house. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked.

Bedrooms were very nice with a master on the second and the third floors. Since we were 2 families staying here, it was great since we each fit on a floor. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Master baths had showers and large tubs.

Location is in a small gated community. There is only parking for 2 cars only. There is no street parking. House is one block from the beach, very walkable. There is also lots of restaurants and stores you can walk to. There is a pizza place and bike rental at the entrance to the community. Also in close walking distance is a Mexican place, a nail salon, a boutique, a seafood store, a donut shop, a gift/beach shop, 2 ice cream shops, Cafe 30A, and others.

I loved that the house also had games, puzzles, and books for both kids and adults. My granddaughter loved playing the memory game. Guess I will be buying that for her birthday! Lol

Pool is tiny but was great for the grandkids. Pool could have used a scrubbing. Bench in the pool left our footprints. For as small as the pool is I would think the pool people could do a better job.

Overall, we had a great week and I would definitely stay here again.

Great Mother’s Day Trip!!!!

"Overall great experience. We brought my grown daughters, grandson nephew son in-law and mother in-law. Short distance to the beach and great pizza place. Close to the grocery store. We had a wonderful time. Would consider getting the pool heated next time doesn’t get the natural heat from the sun and a bit of mold in the soaker tub. Overall great!!!! Will definitely be back.

Best Rental Company at the Beach

"We have been going to 30a multiple times a year for a dozen years, and we have used many other rental agencies. We used Blue Swell the last two times, and we will continue to use them whenever they have a house that fits our needs. The employees were kind, helpful, and offered the fastest, best customer service whenever we had questions or needed something. The houses were both clean, well-stocked, and beautiful! They shipped back to us some things that my boys left behind before we even knew they were missing! We don't have a negative thing to say about our experience with Blue Swell.

"THE HOUSE WAS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. However in master bedroom #1 there was no hot water in the bath room. Also, we could not enjoy the pool and patio because of the swamp in the yard. Lot of mosquitoes, bugs, lizards, and snakes. Poor landscaping. Disappointing for the children and adults.

"The property was very nice. It was clean and well maintained. The pool is small but my 4 grandchildren still enjoyed it. The kitchen was stocked with utensils etc that were nicer than any other rental we have stayed at. There is a back entrance from street behind the property which makes for easy access from the beach. It's a short walk and cross over 30A to get to the beach, but isn't bad at all. There's greenery out by the patio which is very pretty. We had some rain and there are tree frogs that love to sing in the rain. We all enjoyed listening to them!
