Welcome to Beach Bay Getaway, your ultimate waterfront retreat! This luxurious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom house comfortably sleeps 10 guests and offers an unforgettable experience with stunning water views, a private pool, and spectacular outdoor amenity areas. Located right on Grand Lagoon on the east end of Panama City Beach, you can bring your boat and enjoy the intercostal waterway, shell island and all the area has to offer for watersports!

Note: all new decking on the dock and by the pool area! Photos coming soon (update as of 4/29/25).

The amazing outdoor living space includes a large private pool, grill, tranquil views of grand lagoon (you are right on the water), a large deck, plenty of room to hang out and entertain, soak up the sun - and you haven't even gotten to the beach yet! Our amazing waterfront home is just 1,000 feet to the nearest beach access point. That is less than 1/5 of a mile or about a 5 minute walk!

The spacious living area features large windows that flood the space with natural light and provide breathtaking water views. Relax on plush sofas or watch a movie on the TV. The modern kitchen, fully equipped with ample counter space, is perfect for preparing meals to enjoy at the dining table or on the outdoor patio overlooking the bay. The three levels are accessible with our complimentary elevator as well!

The primary master bedroom boasts a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and phenomenal views of the waters of Grand Lagoon. The second master bedroom also features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the third bedroom offers 2 queen beds and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed.

Step outside to your private oasis with a sparkling pool, sun loungers, and an alfresco dining area. Or, you can simply relax and enjoy the water views while enjoying a beverage of your choice.

Beach Bay Getaway provides the perfect balance of luxury and convenience for an unforgettable vacation.

**Pool heat is an additional charge per stay. Please note that the pool heat will only get 5-10 degrees warmer than the outside temp and that if the outside temp drops below 50 degrees the heater will shut itself off as a safety feature. It will turn itself back on once the outside temp is at least 55 degrees consistently. Please contact the office for pricing.

We do weekly pool maintenance, but cannot control weather or debris. While we strive for cleanliness, we can't guarantee a debris-free pool. Rest assured, we're dedicated to keeping the pool in top condition.

Panama City Beaches/Baseball Tournament & Mini Vacation

"This was the 1st time we visited Panama City Beaches and we had such a wonderful time. Went to my son's baseball tournament, but also visited Rosemary Beach which was stunning.
The waterfront paradise home was exactly as shown in the pictures. The home was very clean and it was really nice having the bedrooms on each floor as you felt you had your privacy. We loved the kitchen area being on the 3rd floor overlooking the bay area... it was just perfect. Thank you to Blue Swell rentals for excellent communication from arriving to departing. We will definitely return again!

"I rented this property back in February for a golf trip, and rented it again for another golf trip in Sept (with different friends). As before, the house was spotless with plenty of towels and plenty of updates from Blue Swell regarding our upcoming trip. Last time we didn't use the Kitchen or the pool, but this time actually did make dinner one night and used this pool multiple times after a few rounds of golf with temps in the 90s. Kitchen is well equipped (could use an electric can opener though as the manual can openers are not too good) with all types of pans/bowls/cookware, ect. This time of year the outside was pretty quiet, and all the guys enjoyed the view and relaxing around the pool. Speaking of which, my last review I mentioned that the outdoor furniture was pretty worn, and Blue Swell replied back that they would look into it. This time, not only was there new outdoor furniture, but the outdoor wood deck was replaced with new Trex boards. Nicely done, Blue Swell! It's nice to know that the rental company actually listens to their clients. The primary bedroom/bath is VERY NICE, you won't be disappointed. My friends all remarked how nice the property is, and said that they definitely want to come back to this property. Only suggestion I would make is to have a wastebasket by the wetbar in the lower Den as that area is great to hang out to watch TV and would be nice to have a place to put trash so you don't have to take it up 3 levels to Kitchen (that is the only complaint about this house a group of 4 older golfers could come up with!) Access to this house is very easy off Thomas, and plenty of things to do nearby. We are definitely renting this house again (due to both the house and the treatment we received from Blue Swell) .

Great Location

"We had a great time and loved the property overall. The only problem
We had was the boat lift didn’t work for our Sea Doo. We had to tie it off which was not ideal. It looked like it had not been used for a long time which should have been disclosed. The management company tried to help by contacting the owners but no response. The property was very clean and comfortable. Only suggest more beach chairs for a house this big. We would definitely stay again.

"My buddies and I were in PC for a couple of days on a golf trip (we go several places a year to play golf).
Beach Bay Getaway was one of the nicest homes we have ever rented. Everything was clean and fairly upscale, and the view is the "cherry on top". Blue Swell kept me abreast of the upcoming trip with several reminders and answered any questions I had promptly. There was plenty of towels, and although we didn't cook during our brief stay, the Kitchen appeared to be well stocked. The pool looked very nice, and we plan to go back in Sept when it will be warm enough to use it. The only negative I can think of is that the chairs around the outside table are very weathered and could stand replacement. But that's it. Very impressed with both Beach Bay Getaway and Blue Swell.

"We enjoyed our three day stay, no real issues with the property. The interior was nice, the shower in the second floor master suite was amazing. "We loved this place. It was a little more luxurious than most places we've stayed at in this same price range. There are little upgrades, like beautiful ceiling fans, dressers, a lovely master bath, and little kitchen extras like cast iron skillets. The elevator is extremely nice because the kitchen is on the third floor. Even though you need to cross Thomas Drive it's an easy, quick walk to the beach or a nearby bar. We had fun with the neighbors next to us, too. We extended our stay one additional day. Blue Swell is really easy to deal with. Great lifetime memories. Thank you so much!!!
