Welcome to Vitamin Sea, your exclusive getaway nestled in the heart of 30A, just minutes away from the pristine shores of Inlet Beach. This stunning property isn't just a home; it's an experience waiting to unfold.

Due to HOA restrictions in this community, we have to have a 7 night minimum year round. We do restrict to Saturday to Saturday during some of March and April and all of summer. We would love to host you for your next 30A beach vacation and appreciate your understanding!

But the true gem awaits on the second floor—a haven for entertainment aficionados and families alike. The game room boasts a full-size ping pong table, two arcade games (Pac-Man and The Simpsons), an ESPN dome hockey game, and a mini-bar featuring a wine fridge to keep your beverages cool. Kids will be captivated by their play area, complete with a three-story dollhouse and kitchen set, while adults can relax with a Smart TV above the bar.

Accommodating up to 10 guests, this retreat offers a master bedroom exuding elegance and comfort with a King bed and a private bathroom featuring double-sink vanities and a shower. Additional sleeping arrangements include a Queen bedroom, a bunk room ideal for the little ones, and ample sleeper sofas throughout.

Your coastal adventure extends beyond the property. Hang out at the community pool or head over to the beach for a relaxing day in the sun. Hit the Timpoochee Trail to discover the nearby communities of Seacrest and Inlet, Rosemary, and Alys Beaches. Don't miss the chance to explore Lake Powell, the largest coastal dune lake in the area. Lake Powell dock access is an easy walk, providing opportunities for kayaking, paddle-boarding, and both fresh & saltwater fishing! For avid hikers, Camp Helen State Park offers excellent trails and beach access along Lake Powell. Inlet Beach is known for its picturesque beauty and vibrant community feel. Enjoy easy access to local shops, restaurants, and entertainment options.

"We stayed here July 2025 and had a very nice time. The game room was perfect for the kiddos and the house had everything we needed for a nice vacation. It’s about a three minute drive to the beach and close to shopping as well as the tourist spots (Rosemary, big chill, beach bean, etc). There are plenty of beach supplies in the house and kind of regret having packed so much. Neighborhood was very quiet and all the neighbors were polite and courteous. Management company is also very responsive and we didn’t have any issues communicating. We would stay here again.

"We loved this sweet house! It’s within walking distance of all of the action at Rosemary Beach and there is an underpass so you don’t have to cross a busier road to get there. The kids (we have 4) all enjoyed the games upstairs and our 2 year old loved the dollhouse. We did bring some of her own dolls from home for the house as I figured that they would be missing some-but it had the furniture and was so big & fun for her! The neighbors who are locals were sweet and kind to our kids at the pool as well. The only thing I would change would be to add some blackout curtains to the bedrooms-our kids (except for our teen) were all up as soon as the sun came up. There is also access to a fishing pier on Powell Lake and we left our fishing poles & gear for others to use too. We would stay here again for sure!

Best Family Beach House

"This was the best beach house we have ever stayed in. Lots of space,game room and toys for big kids and younger kids. Outside has cornhole,grill and picnic table. The pool was quiet and clean with lots of chairs and umbrellas. The beach is within walking/biking distance. We chose to drive to the beach. It is a public beach access so there are restrooms and lifeguard on duty. Bring your own chairs or there is a beach attendant where you can rent umbrella and chairs. Publix and Donut Hole are 5 minutes away. Multiple restaurants and shopping near by. My family loved this house. We will definitely be coming back.

Great Vacation

"We had a great time with our family. The house was perfect for all of us. Had everything we needed and was in a subdivision which made it more private. Enjoyed the pool and we drove to the beach which was just across the street. Inlet beach was amazing and not overcrowded. Very beautiful beach. Overall, we had a great time and considering coming back next yeaer.

"My wife and I stayed with her three children in this home for Thanksgiving week. We brought our bikes and were able to use them every single day. We would bike around the neighborhood, Rosemary Beach, Alys beach and Seacrest. We even rode to the state park, Camp Helen. The property itself is perfect, plenty of space and well thought out. I would definitely stay here again!

"The place was extremely clean when we arrived. Throughout the entire process we were kept updated on the process, door codes, and things to do in the area. The house was stocked with the essentials. Our kids had fun playing pingpong and hockey in "game room". I would definitely recommend staying here.

"Very cute house. Was clean and exactly as expected from the listing. Management company was very easy to work with. The kitchen could use some new amenities such as flatware, dishes and pans. If you need spices/cooking oil/foil/anything to make a meal other than the pans then BRING IT!
