"Townhouse was ok at best. Had some issues. Cleaning/management company isn't the best. Parking for this unit is VERY limited for a place that sleeps 12 - esp with the dumpster in front of this unit. 100 lb weight limit for 2 beds is a drawback for groups w/o small kids. Twin beds would be better than bunk beds. Electrical outlets in master bath didn't work when we got there and I couldn't get them to reset. Called maintenance on Day 2. Supposed to be there within an hour. Hours later, I finally got them to reset myself so I cancelled the maint ticket. More hours later, maint guy shows up and complains to me about driving in traffic for 30 mins. Not my fault your company didn't communicate the cancellation. Hair found stuck ON a knife in the drawer and in showers/bathrooms. Hand soap dispensers in bathrooms were empty or didn't work. And some need to be replaced - corroded/gross. Bathroom vanity dirty upon arrival. Pool was very dirty. Bath towel had sticker on it (transferred from someone's clothing during laundering). Need more/better seating on balconies. Chairs in living area are showing age (pilled). Stingy on starter supplies compared to other places we've stayed. Guests would appreciate a full length mirror and more makeup washcloths/towels. No closet to hang clothes in 3rd floor master is a drawback. Suitcase stand in that room was broken. Overall, was ok but could make some fairly easy improvements to make it above average. Location is good - fairly quiet street and short walk to beach. Close to Walmart and liquor store.

"The townhome is nicely equipped on the inside. Spacious and very similar to how the property is described on VRBO. The outside of the property needs some attention and cleaning. Not a nice view. The pool itself is clean, but the pool furniture is beat up and the landscape needs cleaning and attention. Maintenance was responsive for minor issues.

Perfect Spot for a Beach Getaway

"We had an amazing stay at this beach townhome The location is perfect – just a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach, so we could easily enjoy the beach without the hassle of driving or parking.

What stood out was how close it is to fantastic dining and entertainment options. Don't miss visiting the Sunrise Cafe which is a 3 min walk.We also did not have to take out our car for a quick Walmart run to get essentials.
The kitchen was fully equipped though we did not cook much. More importantly, the house smelled good. We'll definitely be back.
