**Pool heat is an additional charge per stay. Please note that the pool heat will only get 5-10 degrees warmer than the outside temp and that if the outside temp drops below 50 degrees the heater will shut itself off as a safety feature. It will turn itself back on once the outside temp is at least 55 degrees consistently. Please contact the office for pricing.

**Please note that the garage is not for guest use.

Amazing Place and near everything important.

"What a beautiful house! The private pool was the star of our stay. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. One minor issue was that the bunk beds were a bit wobbly, but they were still fine to sleep on. Whenever I had a question, the host was super responsive and really helpful. The beach is just a 5-minute drive from the house, and it's lovely. The only downside is that the beach in that area doesn't have showers. On the plus side, the house has a shower out back that you can use before heading inside, so you don't have to track sand in. I'd love to stay here again next summer for sure!

"I stayed in your rental along with my grandkids, ages 5 to 16. Needless to say, they loved the pool. I liked that there were tvs in all the rooms because we had a big difference in ages, thus a big difference in what they wanted to watch. The house was clean and met our needs. It would have been nice to have more than one board game to play. We could not bring our games because we were limited on traveling space. Your kitchen was nice but not well equipped. We had to buy a tea pitcher and we kept running out of silverware. You also need baking sheets and pizza pans. We liked having the option of a bath or a shower. The location was good because it was not too busy of an area, but not far from town. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable throughout. The highlight was definitely the backyard and pool area—absolutely stunning and perfect for relaxing. The only downside was the fence at the back of the property; it could be taller, as it didn’t offer much privacy from the neighboring houses. That said, we truly enjoyed our time here and would love to return!
