"The house was easy to find, easy to park and walk directly in, house was beautiful and spacious, and couldn’t have asked for easier beach access. It was directly across the street. Will stay here again

"Very easy beach access. Located close to grocery stores and at west end of beach so front beach road has less traffic. House was in great shape, very clean and furniture was adequate. My only suggestion would be to provide 3 or 4 stools for the counter separating the kitchen and dining areas. This would provide seating for 9 at meal time.

"Great experience! House is large and roomy. Kitchen is well-stocked with everything we needed. Right across from beach access in a quiet location but near grocery stores and restaurants. We love the char-grilled oysters at Bayou Bill’s, and Shades at 30a had a great menu (get the volcano shrimp!). Check-out process was much simpler renting from Blue Swell than we have experienced with “air” or “by owner”. A+

"This house still had a new house smell, was very clean and right across the street from the beach access.

We had a group of 8 people and I believe the house max is 11 or 12 people. There was a dining room table with 6 chairs. There is a large bar that could easily fit 4 bar stools. The other option for seating is a large white sectional. Since we did not want to get food stains on the couch, we ate standing up at the kitchen bar.

A few kitchen towels would be great also!

Overall, the house was perfect!

"We stayed at this property for a girls' trip, and I could not have asked for anything better. The property was clean, the management team was professional and communicative, and the house is BRAND NEW. The location cannot be emphasized enough... the beach access is quite literally across the street. It made for a seamless stay. Rosemary Beach was a 6-minute drive away, and the beach was practically private due to how few people were there. Notably, there is a bathroom on the third floor, which was perfect for privacy. The space was lovely, open, clean, and perfect for hosting the trip!
One note for future guests is that there were no pantry items or beach towels, so be sure to buy and pack those on your own. I could not recommend this property enough!
