"We had the best time during our stay. The townhome was very clean and comfortable with a good supply of towels to accommodate our family. We were given very helpful instructions for the features of the rental and we were even sent suggestions for local dining and activities. The view from this unit is incredible and just walking down our back steps to the sand was perfectly dreamy. 10/10 would rent again.

"150 Beach Front Road was exactly what we’d hoped for. You can’t get any closer to the sand than this! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will book this same unit next year. The patio and balcony were a wonderful gathering place for our family of five. The upstairs covered balcony was a great place to watch the storms roll in. The garage is a HUGE plus and door access from garage to beach is fantastic! No sandy beach chairs in or near living space! There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out here. There are only a few things management and future guests should know...

1. Every mattress in this unit needs replacing. The upstairs primary bedroom mattress felt like it was from 1970something. Truly awful. Reports from our other family members sleeping in different rooms were the same. Terrible mattress’.

2. If you plan to do any “work from home” type of stuff, don’t count on even decent wi-fi. Streaming Netflix, etc was almost impossible and not worth the time spent waiting for it to buffer. 5G isn’t much better, although nothing management can do about that, of course. Coverage is very spotty and we never had more than 2 bars at a time, even with ATT service, inside the unit or on the beach. (Our 16 y/o was a bit salty about the wi-fi issue ��)

These two things aren’t things we couldn’t deal with and will not stop us from booking again. Management was easy to work with and replied very quickly, for the most part. We had some communication issues with an early check-in request, I think we got lost in the shuffle, but overall management was quick to reply prior to arrival and we didn’t need to contact them during our stay.

We had a great trip, made some wonderful family memories and look forward to our next visit to 150 Front Beach Road next year.

"Overall this was a perfect place to stay! Location was great! House/rooms/parking great and easy! It was clean, beds were soft and plenty of bathroom towels! The only con was with a 4 night minimum there was hardly any bathroom/cleaning amenities. Better go ahead and add trash bags, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, laundry and dishwasher pods to your grocery list. Other than that, we had a fantastic time and would def stay again.

"we have stayed at the shores since our kids were little approximately 20 years ago. The location is great! Love the beautiful view! The only down fall is the price and all the endless fees! Seems lie there are fees for everything. This is getting unaffordable for our family.

"Perfect spot! Home was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Just a few suggestions: broom and dust pan, mirrors in both bedrooms upstairs, rug/sisal by the front entrance. The master bath paper holder was coming off the wall. However, it was a great place to stay, and we sill definitely be back!

"Very good newly updated unit in and out. Weaher was perfect but just a little warm. Very clean and easy to get in and out. 3 small issue - no key to the beach side door, no umbrfella off main level (area unusable in afternoon) , masterbath TP holder was off the wall (hole left). Enjoyed the sunsets and easy beach access. Outside area off main bedroom very nice in AM and in evening.

"The property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property management was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can't be beat, with its own walkout to the beautiful Laguna Beach! There are so many attractions and wonderful restaurants a short 10-15 minute drive to PCB or head the other direction to Rosemary Beach.

Quiet place right in the middle of everything!

"Really enjoyed our stay at this townhome. right on the beach with some amazing views. Beach for the most part was very private. Place felt well kept and intentional. We really enjoyed the location as it's smack dab in the middle of everything. But also not full of all the other tourists. Rosemary Beach is like 10 mins away. Downtown PCB is about 15-20. Honestly just a great location for people not trying to be in all the hustle in bustle all the time. 1000% would stay here again. As for some feedback. The sheets definitely left a little to be desired and there were a couple spiders when we got there that my girlfriend didn't love. One negative of the beach is there is a public beach access literally right next to the place not a huge deal at all as these are all up and down PCB but did have a lot of fisher guys almost every morning. Tvs left some to be desired but didn't use them a ton. Communication with blue Swell was very quick and to the point and even approved a later checkout as our flight was later in the day. Overall if your looking for a really relaxing retreat on the beach this is a great option.
