Oceanview Oasis is a 6-bedroom, gulf-view vacation home in the quiet residential end of West Panama City Beach, Florida — minutes from the sand, with no high-rise condos in sight. Sleeping up to 21 guests across three king master suites and three guest bedrooms, it's built for large families, multi-family trips, and group getaways that want room to spread out, real privacy, and a private pool of their own. Emerald-green Gulf views open up from the second and third floors, and a public beach access is a short walk away.

"Great location with easy beach access. Spacious home. Inclusion of two beach chairs with umbrella was much appreciated. Downstairs’ dishwasher was disgustingly- mold growing, had not been thoroughly cleaned. Deck near outside shower rotting, potential safety hazard.

"The layout and location of the house was great for our family of 15, but we were surprised to note water bugs or roaches on first and second floors. The dishwasher was very dirty and management came that day to do vinegar rinse but no one wiped out black on the sides and racks and clean the filter. We enjoyed the pool. It would have been nice to have more beach chairs available.

"The property provided ample room for our group
and the location was great in close proximity to beach access.

I would suggest that the owner visit the property and update or remove items as needed. There are too many random and unnecessary items in kitchen drawers and cabinets. There was actually two dirty pans underneath cabinet far left. Also, the two chairs in the living area are filthy and need cleaning or replacing. Trash pick was also an issue during our stay, as there was none.

Three floor beach bonanza

"The good:
There are three floors and a ton of beds you can sleep a small army
It’s legit a block from the beach, walking distance
There’s a ton of entertaining space out doors
Property management company was extremely responsive
Property was clean, extra towels and linens
Each floor had its own thermostat

The bad
There’s three floors with steep stairs bring the advil and walkie talkies
There’s an alarm going out to the pool that is extremely loud and shrill and only allows 8 seconds before alerting the neighborhood
Outside could use some maintenance, the wood is starting to rot
The pool is the size of a postage stamp be aware
The couch down stairs needs to be retired, it’s old, lumpy and extremely uncomfortable

The ugly
The ants out side are us alive when we tried to sit by the pool
There were several roaches that came out to play when you stepped on the blue wood outside and by the bar, they were not shy, pretty sure they wanted to be friends as close as they came to my feet
One set of sheets had several shots of blood stains so we had to change the bed linens

"We loved the house. It was perfect for our family. I can’t complain about anything with the house. Just perfect.
The only complaint is with trash pick up. We were given the schedule and it wasn’t correct. We had three cans and 1 1/2 were full when we got there. We had no place to put trash.

Spacious home , great for a family vacation

"We were a group of 13 traveling- grandparents, parents and a couple smaller children. The house is set up with many sleeping arrangements making it great for all ages. We were worried that the beach was not that close but it was an easy walk and no problems. This is on the more quiet side of PCB but we liked that , everything was still close.

I would recommend this vacation rental!

Perfect Property For Large Groups

"We booked this property for our annual family vacation and it was perfect. Spacious and big rooms, great for big dinners and game nights. The only downside was the pool, as it is very small compared to the number of people the house holds. It's a short walk to the beach with immediate public beach access points.

"House was great, lots of room for our big family. We received notification we could enter the home at 4pm. We got there at 3:45, our code did not work. Blue Swell said they would send someone, an hour later my husband called and the gave him a new code over the phone. Coffee pots had mold, blender smelled horrible and kitchen sink spout had black mold on it.

"It had a large open kitchen that was comfortable for all 18 of us. I would suggest more seating in the family room. There is a rec room on the third floor with a kitchenette and full-sized refrigerator but no ice maker.

All the beds were very comfortable. There are 3 AC units, one for each floor so it cooled the house nicely.

The house was overall clean, I'm not sure if the blankets are washed after every family but they didn't smell like someone else. The only thing we found was the coffee maker still had coffee in it.

The pool was very small but we didn't use it much, it was mostly the little ones. There was corn hole and plenty of seating by the pool.

The location was a short walk to the beach, there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance although we didn't venture out to eat since we all cooked. The beach itself was not crowded at all. So it was nice to not have to fight for space for all of us.

We had a few maintenance issues, the kitcehn microwave didn't work so we brought down the one from the third floor rec room. We had to keep resetting the disposal. The door wouldn't lock but they fixed it that day. These were small issues and didn't impact our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Spring Break 2022

"We could not have been ore pleased with this gorgeous home! 15 of us stayed for Spring Break and it was perfect with the ginormous main kitchen and open floor plan - bar island had seating for 8 as well as the 8 seat table that could accommodate more if needed. The bedrooms were massive and beds were so comfy. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. 2 laundry rooms, 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms were a huge plus so the teens had their own space with its own large balcony and full refrigerator. The outdoor patio was an oasis for relaxing and fun! It had so much seating, open areas for games, a covered bar area with a sink for cleaning fish or whatever, even 2 cornhole boards! The beach was across the street - 60 second walk directly to a boardwalk to the sugar sand beaches and turquoise water. We've stayed in this area numerous times and it's perfect for access to everything except for crowds! Blue Swell was wonderful to work with, awesome customer service and great with communication and assistance when needed. We have already booked it again for this summer!! Thanks for the PERFECT stay!!
