"So property and location were excellent no complaints. House was beautiful as advertised. Location is 2 min walking distance to beach neighborhood is peaceful the only complaint is I wish I was informed there was major construction going on next door and across the street, it made the street not accessible at times and the noise made relaxing outside impossible and there was Porta potty at the end of driveway we had to look at everyday all day for a week

"Our family of Nine really enjoyed this property. It is so close to the beach, but far enough from the crowds near Pier Park. It was an easy drive to everything. The pool was great and there were extra toys left for the kids to play. Definitely bring extra paper products and any spices you might use. The suite over the garage was perfect and has everything you may need. The chair service was perfect for watching the sunset each evening. We would stay on this property in the future.

"The only issue I had was the beds were a little to firm but some like firmer beds. Had a blast in the pool just a tad small for big groups. But with that said it was nice to have a pool. Walk was a breeze to the beach. Grill area unfortunately had ants everywhere so hard to grill without getting eaten up by them but of course you are outside. Outside seating needs new cushions. Overall great location and not noisy but we were there after school was back in session.

"We had a fantastic time on our vacation. The house was wonderful with plenty of room for the whole family. Nice and clean and well furnished. The pool was great, and you could not beat the location. They are not joking when they say a short walk to the beach. Less than a block from the beach with great access to the beach as well. The 2 chairs and umbrella that came with the house was great as we had place already on the beach with them set up early each morning. If you are looking for a great 5 bedroom very close to the beach Xanadu is the place for you. Also, Blue Swell Rentals were fantastic and went overboard to make sure a stay was enjoyable and pleasant. Finally, we liked so much we are already booked for next year.

"We stayed at this home for a week for Spring Break and had a blast. We had two adult couples in the main house and three teens in the mother in law apartment. The teens loved having their own space as did the adults. The beach is about 200 yards away and it is a super easy stroll to get here. The house was clean and had everything we expected. The dollar general store around the corner had everything we needed from spices to aluminum foil to grill our fish we caught fishing in the Gulf. We really enjoyed it and I would highly recommend.

"Our family really enjoyed staying here. The property is beautiful and located very close to the beach, just a short block to the public beach access point.
The location is west of the busy parts of PCB, which was great - very quiet and the beach was not too crowded. Great place for those who want to relax.
Having the private pool was wonderful, especially as there were storms and a 2 red flag day during our stay. We could still use the pool to relax.

Overall, this property was a great fit for a family that had a lot of adults on the trip. Real beds - 4 in the house and 1 in the Guest House (not bunk beds designed for kids). Lots of bathrooms too.

Blue Swell provided excellent communication - starting with reminders leading up to our visit and even sending updates during our drive down. They dealt with all service issues in a timely manner. They informed us that the pool was cloudy due to storms but safe for swimming - the pool service came before we arrived and visited several more times - it was sparkling in a short time.
We had to contact Blue Swell twice for service and they dealt with both within a few hours - the grill was out of gas and they sent a new tank and the AC went out during a bad thunderstorm - Blue Swell had the AC service company out while we were out and it was fixed by the time we got back.
Overall, the property was clean. The only thing below par was the grill, which was dirty and low on gas.
We did drive to a few attractions when beach was not possible - visited Ripley's Believe it or Not and went to indoor mini golf, fun for the family. We also went out to eat a few times. Pineapple Willie's was a lot of fun and the food and drinks were good. Lobster Rolls at Pier Park were pretty awesome.
