This townhome is one of two in the building and has a twin available for rent for larger groups. The combined sleeping capacity for both sides is 30 making this the perfect location for family reunions or large groups. **Pool heat is an additional charge per stay. Please note that the pool heat will only get 5-10 degrees warmer than the outside temp and that if the outside temp drops below 50 degrees the heater will shut itself off as a safety feature. It will turn itself back on once the outside temp is at least 55 degrees consistently. Please contact the office for pricing.

3-Story House near PCB beaches

"Nice house. Good vacation spot for a family. The face every bedroom has a bathroom is very nice. The pool was nice to have, but needs to be cleaned and would be nice for access to pool other than thru a bedroom. The short walk to the beach wasn't that bad, but a golf cart would be nice addition.

"This house was perfect for our needs. We were 3 families (12 people)traveling into town for a wedding. The house was exactly what we needed, allowing each family to have their own space and bathroom, while providing space for us to gather and spend time together! It surpassed our expectations with its cleanliness and decor. Their communication was great before, during, and after. they even reached out to me notifying me that we left behind an important item and offered to ship it to us right away. Would definitely recommend!

"This was absolutely the perfect find! This gem was perfectly located and very spacious for 2 families of 10 staying for a week! The rooms are so spacious, absolutely amazing to have a bathroom for every room and different levels so space not to hear the kids or them not to use us when they sleep in! It was absolutely beautiful, whoever designed this nailed it! The kitchen was so homey and there was so much room for all of us. The multiple decks allowed everyone space to have their own privacy! The pool was perfect for the days when the flags wouldn’t allow the kids to swim at the beach or they wanted a break from the sand. It is a quick 1 block walk to the beach and the perfect place to rinse off and not being all the sand inside before you walk in the front door. Don’t hesitate, it really is as pretty as it looks in the pictures! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of room to unpack and make ourselves at home. If ever in this area again we would definitely stay here. 10 out of 10!!! Also a great location to anywhere you want to go for food, snacks or grocery stores!

Comfortable accommodation

"We visited with our 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren for a week. The place was spacious, beautifully decorated and beds were very comfortable. The home was very clean and either recently remodeled or new. The kitchen was stocked with nice utensils, pots/pans, and dishes. Easy walk to the beach, very close. Access to pool was through one of the bedrooms, so be sure to put someone in that room that doesn’t require a lot of privacy and has plenty of patience for the heavy traffic through to the pool. Our grandkids loved the home and spending time in the bunk room. Kitchen is on the third floor, so all hands on deck with grocery haul.

Property management team is easy to reach and responsive. I would definitely stay with them in the future
