This townhome is one of two in the building and has a twin available for rent for larger groups. The combined sleeping capacity for both sides is 30 making this the perfect location for family reunions or large groups. **Pool heat is an additional charge per stay. Please note that the pool heat will only get 5-10 degrees warmer than the outside temp and that if the outside temp drops below 50 degrees the heater will shut itself off as a safety feature. It will turn itself back on once the outside temp is at least 55 degrees consistently. Please contact the office for pricing.

"We were pleasantly surprised. There were 3 couples in our group. We each had a very nice bedroom and bath with King size beds. We had room for several more. We really liked having the kitchen and living area on the top floor. Very nice view from the deck to socialize and have an adult beverage. We could not find anything wrong. The pool was good. Plenty of room for us. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and it was not bad at all. This end of the beach is very quiet and relaxing. Would stay here again.

"The house was very nice and well decorated. Navigating the 3 stories was a lot. There is an elevator but we were not permitted to use it. The pool was cold but we were not permitted to use the heater.

"The home was beautiful. It was unfortunate that the elevator was not available for renters. We spent a week and needed an extra day due to a baseball tournament, and management was very accommodating. The pool was great for the kids!! Plenty of bedrooms for everyone. Large kitchen that got a lot of usage.

"We had a fantastic week in this house. House is very spacious so we had plenty of room. Everyone had their own bathroom which is great. It’s a new house so everything is up to date and beautifully decorated. Great beds! King size in all bedrooms. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen for cooking in. The overhead microwave did not seem to be working which I guess was why there was a small one on the counter.
This is a 3 story house and the kitchen is on the top floor. Only drawback is carrying groceries up all the stairs. Great exercise! We noticed an elevator but it was locked. I’m sure for security reasons. (My grandkids would have probably never left the house if it was working!) The location is great. Short walk to the beach. Beach access right across the road. House has a great pool. We spent most of our time at the beach but some did take a late dip in the pool.
I did call regarding the pool gate code and the young lady was very helpful. Anytime I have called with questions everyone has been so nice. I love the communication process with Blue Swell. Emails and texts with all information regarding our stay. A+
Hope to rent this house again!
