Welcome to Surfside 6 where palatial luxury meets beachside perfection! As you enter this warm and inviting home you're welcomed with incredible views from the floor-to-ceiling patio doors that immediately draw your attention to the emerald green waters of the Gulf. The first level of this upscale home features a three-quarter bath with a walk-in shower for those that might take advantage of the queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The Guest Bath is ensconced with custom tile work including inlaid mosaics, built-in soap dishes, granite vanity tops and so much more. Your living area includes a HUGE flat-screen TV, ample seating, and dining service for 4. The kitchen in this home is luxury personified with high-end cherry cabinets, self-closing drawers, stainless steel appliances, a flat top range, and every culinary accessory you will need to create incredible coastal cuisine.

Level 2 begins with your laundry center located at the top of the stairs. The Master Bedroom is Gulf front and features a plush king bed, flat-screen TV, ample closet space, and private balcony. The sweeping views of the Gulf, with its spectacular sunrises, make morning coffee on your balcony a must while you watch the aquatic life dance in the water just for you. The Master Bath includes the same custom inlaid tile throughout with upgraded fixtures, granite vanity tops, and a special shower head that gives you the spa-like experience. The Guest Bedroom also offers a king bed, plenty of natural sunlight, and a private en suite bath for the ultimate convenience. Your outside first-floor sundeck offers ample seating, a hi-top dining table and chairs--a great entertaining atmosphere. As you make your way down the stairs to the beach you'll pass the private outdoor shower on the left which is for your usage only.

"We found this condo clean, organized and great location. Blue Swell is easy to work with.
A few minor things that could be addressed. The second bedroom bathroom has a pedestal sink, so there is no place to put your things other than a wire shelf next to the sink which things keep falling through. Been nice to have a vanity with drawers.
Kitchen has newer cabinets and appliances which was very nice. The dining table was very wobbly at the base, it was difficult eating at it because it wobbled so much, Im sure it's just a maintenance issue. Deck is very nice with nice chairs and table

"We had another great stay in this townhouse! The beds are super comfortable. It is stocked with everything you need and the company is was easy to work with! The beach is just steps away and the view from both the deck and the balcony is breathtaking! We have come the PCB yearly for 17 years and this is by far our favorite rental!

"Nice condo. Excellent location. We always stay at Beach Front. But in a different condo. But in this same complex. The condo was very clean. Had most of everything needed. But the dryer did not work. Called . Someone came promptly to address the use.A maintenance was in need . So the fallowing day. They came to fix it. Said the dryer was full of lint . Supposedly fixed . It was not ..We could not wash towels . Or our clothes. It took 4 hrs to dry a load of towels. Called the rental company. And requested more towels. They did bring them. The dryer needs replaced . As well as the washer . Washer wouldn’t spin the water out. And the refrigerator leaked water . And the ice maker didn’t work. But we had a good stay .. Owner just needs to replace or maintenance the appliances.

"Our family enjoyed the townhouse and it was really nicely equipped and in overall great condition. We would definitely stay here again I think. Only downfall was that the air vents were dusty and had some visible mold which I'm pretty sure set off my allergies so I was sick most of our stay. However, I informed the owner and hopefully that was checked and taken care of for the future renters. Loved the balcony and deck and the convenient location.

"As we walked into the door and saw our view we knew we would have the best time. The townhouse was very clean and organized. We enjoy living in our rentals and found all the conveniences of home. It was nice to be only steps to the beach where we could enjoy going to the beach easily many times during the day. We also found it to not be overcrowded at all and really was glad about that. The communication was excellent in getting us our contracts, guidelines, and instructions in a very timely and professional manner. We would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends. We enjoyed many nearby attractions. Pier Park and Wonderworks was probably our favorites we visited. We can’t wait to come back again! We know you’ll enjoy this little “Peace” of paradise too!

"Great location and great accommodations. For just to two of us it was the perfect space. Access to the beach was right out the back door. Well maintained and very clean. Blue Swell responded quickly to one request for a chirping smoke alarm (battery replaced) but never got back to us on a question for an umbrella on the deck. It would have been helpful to have known that there was no umbrella as we could have brought one with us.

"It was so nice staying somewhere clean, right on the ocean with all the necessities provided which helped us pack light. We had one issue with the oven and within maybe an hr of me mentioning it, they had maintenance there to take care of the issue. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

"We rented this location January 0f 2023 for January and February of 2024 while we were in Panama City Beach. We enjoy a beach side townhouse with the private parking. The west side of town is preferable regarding privacy and beauty. The Dolphins were fun to watch with our morning coffee. "We have use Blue Swell rentals before and this is our second time renting 17717 Surfside six. The location is Gr8. Our overall stay was OK. There were a few issues that we noticed that need to be addressed. The A/C unit worked the first day. A call was made for maintenance. Maintenance came out and brought 2 portable a/c units and a fan. Fan was real noisy/ loud. It was unplugged. One portable unit was placed in the downstairs bathroom, making it unusable and it didn’t server the kitchen/ family room adequately.

Carpet was dirty.

Front bedroom toilet kept running after a flush. Spots/stain on curtains in beach front bedroom. Bed spread was torn. Spot/stain on seat on balcony. Mold on bottom of shower curtain beach front bedroom.

We have picture of All items mentioned and will send them under separate cover.

We look forward to staying w/ u again next year. Same unit if possible

Wonderful Stay

"This rental was everything we could’ve asked for! It’s just steps from the beach, meaning less hassle trying to tote around our beach stuff. It’s close to restaurants and grocery stores, which is another plus! It was very clean and they provided more than enough towels and extra sheets for our stay. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Great townhouse

"Didn't get along with the property management before we arrived so I'll keep my comments strictly about the rental. The townhouse was great. It's right on the beach. You step off the deck and your feet are in the beautiful white sand. Townhouse was super clean, well-maintained and had everything we needed. Townhouse was right down the street from the grocery store. Loved the location.

"This home is in a perfect location. You can step off the deck directly onto the beach. We went doing the off season and almost had the beach to ourselves. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental.

"We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Place was located around five miles from Pier Park and other family friendly attractions. Restaurants are abundant. we tried out Harry's Harpoons the food was great and atmosphere was wonderful. Our room was clean no complaints at all. The best part for my family was that I could sit and watch my children play from the back patio in comfort. No need to carry all our beach gear at once. The location is beyond perfect for a family. Our neighbors were also from out of town but were very friendly.

"Great location with easy access to the beach. Outdoor deck gives you the option of going onto the beach or just hanging out on deck and watching the beachgoers. Location is between condo towers so very few people on the beach directly in front of the home. We would definitely stay here again. Home was clean and well maintained.

January’21 Getaway

"Our Surfside 6 vacation was wonderful. The weather could have been a little more cooperative, but the rental kept us warm, dry and relaxed. We loved the location with mere steps to the gulf. The rental was appointed very well with modern touches along with a kitchen stocked for easy meal preparation. We met our neighbors/owners on either side (Charlene and Bruce/Dawn) who were friendly and directed us to great places and restaurants to explore. We’ll be back.

"We have stayed at several VRBO types of rentals.
They have all been very good experiences but the Blue Swell was one of the best. The location on the beach and interior pictures were spot on. The condo was very clean and nicely appointed. We had an issue with the T.V. reception and had to wait a day for assistance
but when the maintenance person still could not come,the property manager came herself to fix the issue. One other small problem arose (wanted the water heater turned up) and that was also addressed. The condo actually was wider than it looked in the picture.Would not hesitate to recommend this company or condo to anyone.

"Great stay. The condo was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of nice towels provided. We were just steps from the beach. Everything we needed was provided. Enjoyed the porch...great view of the gulf. No negative issues to deal with at all. Would definitely stay here again.

"We were pleasantly surprised at how updated the interior was. We have two children under three and were put at ease with the cleanliness. The unit was very organized and all essentials were provided throughout. This is by far the best place we have stayed at in the area and definitely plan of booking again going forward.
