Beautiful Home, Quiet Neighborhood, Close to Beach!

"We very much enjoyed our stay at At Peace in La Valencia. It was perfect for the four of us and the quick trip we had. The home was clean and when we walked in, the air was on and refreshing. It was a short two minute walk to the Private pool and beach. House had some beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards to use so that was a nice surprise. The one issue we had was water came out of the fridge that we determined was the filter when the ice machine was on, contacted Blue Swell and they immediately sent someone to fix while we were at the beach, never had another problem. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

"At Peace was a welcome beach getaway! My grandchildren and I very much enjoyed the townhouse. The neighborhood was secure and clean. It was a short very easy walk to the pool and beach which was also secured. The private beach was AMAZING! A surprise finding of many beach items at the home was most helpful! We loved it!

"My neighbor and I took 8 HS graduates down to the beach to celebrate. We loved the duplex! The neighborhood is directly across from a private gated pool and boardwalk to the beach. We used the back patio & grill every day. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and very comfortable. Customer Service team was kind and quick to deliver. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. Location is very convenient to 30A towns and PCB.

"A bit of confusion still with handoff between Blue Swell (local) vs. the rental I booked through VRBO- multiple contracts, trip insurance offerings, asking for items needed from us the day our rental started (while we were driving thank god I had a good iphone), etc. but it worked out and the staff was mostly courteous in helping get to the bottom of it. Property amenities are great and the home layout is great and was recently renovated, though you can tell some of it was rushed so Management Company is stuck fixing items guests discover along the way, and it doesn't have some of the things more 'mature' rentals have (spices, plastic cups, a wagon for lugging items to beach, etc.) but that will all get sorted out over time. Management company had a nice touch of linens in logo bags for each room and logo startup bath amenities- nice touch.
Definitely a great choice and will be top of our list for next year!
