As you enter this 2 bed, 2 bath unit at Tidewater you are welcomed with luxury, beauty, and awe-inspiring views. You are immediately drawn in by the wall of windows in this 20th-floor END UNIT with convenient access to the west elevator. The awe-inspiring views welcome you with open arms!

This condo overlooks the west swimming pool and hot tub with panoramic views of the Gulf and Panama City Beach. Here you're not looking straight out at the Gulf, as do most of the Tidewater condos, so you can see several thousand feet of surf along the beach and watch spectacular sunsets from every room in this home.

Tidewater is a Gulf-front condominium resort that’s located within walking distance of Pier Park! This resort features more amenities than almost any resort on the beach with an onsite Movie Theater, state-of-the-art fitness center, Roman spas, sauna, Indoor, heated pool, two outdoor pools, and hot tubs, on-site restaurant and bar, 2nd-floor Lending Library, and Business Center and so much more. All in all a great experience. The view from all the windows and patio was perfect. While the construction on Front Beach was inconvenient, my husband loved to look out the windows and watch the progress.

The condo was everything promised. Very clean and well stocked. The view was amazing. I wish I could remember the nameof the person who checked in there was an error in the paper work which he straightened quickly even though The Blue Swell office was closed We ate at Margrettaville and had the BEST RIBS I have ever tasted at Outlaws all the food was good and the service WE will be back<br/>Sharon from Arkansas<br/>

Condo was nice and clean. Was concerned about reviews over elevators but we had no problem being on 20th floor. Master bedroom had air flow issue, not to cool at night and few bathtub issues. Overall was great stay.

A beautiful place to stay. Condo and location were great. The downside was the elevator situation. With the building being so large and having very few elevators, getting on and off was very time consuming.

Loved this place. Elevators were slow but that’s my only complaint. The view was incredible, the room was spacious with all the necessities, and the pull out couch was even super comfortable. My kids slept on it all week. Location was also great. Hope to stay in this room again!

Our stay was wonderful! Amazing views from the unit, right on the beach. Long wait times for the elevators until we figured out we could use both East and West sides. Highly recommend, bring extra trash bags, paper towels, zip loc bags if staying awhile.

The condo is very adorable! Our biggest complaint for the week was the elevator issues. It seems like we were always waiting for the elevator. There were a few times that we literally just took the stairs (not very fun from the 20th floor). Access to the beach was nice. Overall we had a great vacation and we would stay here again.

Great last minute getaway. Condo was great. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Elevator service on the property and the cost of renting chairs on the beach are the only poor things about the property. Overall PCB was nice, but the food choices are subpar compared to other areas of Florida we frequent.

Our stay at this condo was very nice. The unit was clean, the decor is very lovely and the sofa and chairs are in excellent condition. The kitchen has fairly new appliances and the cabinets have enough dishes for six people. There were enough pans to cook with. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms have ample space. The unit overall is spacious and made our eleven night stay very enjoyable. The unit has wonderful views of the beach and the beautiful water. We caught many sun rises and sun sets from the patio. The patio can comfortably hold four people. Our vacation was very relaxing and without issue. The host reached out on several occasions to see if everything was going okay. When I reached out to them with a question they always responded. We would definitely stay again!

Condo was clean and had a cute feel to it with the decor. Bring on the 20th floor, expected delays with the elevator, but it actually wasn’t terribly bad in September. Only thing I didn’t love about location is that although we had a great view of the water, we also had a view of the streets/city...we heard the street sounds more than the ocean waves. But when you’re just an elevator ride to the beach, you can’t complain much. Our door lock timed out before checkout time, and we happened to be out for breakfast. After about a 5 minute phone call, we received a temporary code to get back in so we could get our luggage out. Overall great experience. It’s vacation! Go with the flow. ;)

We had a great time at the Tidewater Beach Resort. The room was fantastic. Great location to local restaurants and attractions. only a couple of issues. Couple elevators were down so waiting was a issue. 1 pools was closed.

We had a good experience with the booking of our rental at Tidewater. The staff at Tidewatee are very friendly and helpful.<br/>Four elevators out of seven wete down almost the whole week which is ridiculous. Two did get fixed but the wait for the elevators was unacceptable. Luckily my family could climb the 20 flights of stairs but really risky to have so many travelers without proper elevator transportation.<br/><br/>The Area the Tidewatwe is in has become a little rundown and felt u safe for night time walking. Hopefully the community is working on bringing it back.

This unit is incredible! Perfect in every way. It is immaculate, beautifully decorated and the kitchen has anything you would could possibly need. The only thing you add is food. <br/>The corner view from the balcony and the view from the numerous windows are incredible as well. <br/>The beds are comfy as is the furniture. The entire resort is well maintained and unbelievably clean. It is in a great location. A close drive to Pier Park and many restaurants. <br/>The entire staff is friendly and helpful. <br/>My family and I had great stay and will definitely return!

This condo is one of the cleanest weve ever stayed in! The kitchen is very well stocked with any pan, utensil, plate you could possibly need! It even has a crock pot! The beach view is amazing. The entire resort is very well maintained. Everyone is friendly and there is constant cleaning going on. The walkover to the parking garage even smells wonderful. The elevators can be slow but theyre so pretty who cares?! We will most definitely be back for another family vacation!

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable bedding. This unit is furnished with all the comforts of home. The owners have included steps even down to tv remote if there is an issue. I would highly recommend this unit as it has great views of ocean and the inland of Panama City.

Great property! Side view did not take away from the beauty of the Gulf. The views from the kitchen and living room were breath taking! The waits for the elevators were not bad at all, considering the peak season; wait time was always less than a few minutes. Excellent location, close to Pier Park, marinas, everything! Will rent again!

Condo was outstanding!!! So many amenities; theater, game room, restaurant and bar, store with coffee and ice cream, ice machine all on premises. The parking garage was fantastic, plenty off room and sky walkover made loading and unloading luggage a dream!! Those who have stayed in PCB before will understand the benefits of a spacious parking garage. My family and I have been coming to the Emerald Coast for twenty years and this is one of the nicest places we have rented. Views from the unit are amazing and it is furnished with excellent taste. Beds are quite comfortable and plenty of towels furnished by Blue Swell!! I read in previous reviews about the elevator situation, we never waited more than five minutes for an elevator, and the unit is on the twentieth floor. Not bad at all for peak season!! We will be staying here in the future!! Thanks Blue Swell for a wonderful vacation.

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well furnished. My family and I enjoyed Thanksgiving here. Everything was great. The bedroom overhead light fixture was left with the globe off and no bulb so we submittted a service request. The matter was handled very quickly and the young man who came to do the service was very courteous and friendly. This was my first rental with Blue Swell Properties and I was very satisfied. A few questions were answered via text always promptly and without any problems. We will return to this property and call on Blue Swell Properties again.

I truly enjoyed my short stay at Tidewater Resort wish it was longer. The condo was amazing and looked exactly like the picture. The owner Blue Swell really made sure my stay was pleasant and worry-free from the moment of booking til the departure. He kept in touch during the trip to make sure every thing was okay. That's what you call good customer service. I will definitely keep Blue Swell in mind for my next vacay in PCB and again thank you for allowing us to be your guest!!!

We had a nice family vacation at the beach. The accommodations were everything we needed. The only problem is that the beds are so cozy that you dont want to get up. My favorite was the mornings on the balcony! Perfect view and sounds of the waves.

Our stay was amazing from an amazing condo to stay in with an awesome view of the beach and strip. The condo was so beautiful with all the decorations and features. We had direct access to the beach and pools. All the amenities on the property make it so convenient and the locations is in the perfect spot near food and activities. Our Cleaning
