Enter this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf Front villa and step into a space of sophisticated comfort. Every corner showcases meticulous attention to detail, with recent renovations adding a modern touch. The master bedroom, with its opulent King bed and ensuite bath, invites you to unwind while soaking in the magnificent Gulf views. The expansive balcony offers a peaceful retreat, where the gentle sea breeze and endless vistas create a perfect setting for relaxation.

Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with a full over full bunk bed, ensure ample accommodation for guests. Additionally, the bunk bed does have another full size trundle pull out, allowing the condo to comfortably host up to 8 guests.

"We had a great time in this condo. It is spotless and the view is beautiful! It's a great location and so close to so many good restaurants. We had one request and Blue Swell was immediately responsive. I would definitely recommend this condo.

"Great location. Pictures are accurate. Condo was clean.
Bring a stool in order to get into the master bed! It is very high off the ground (and I’m 6’ tall.)
Condo equipped with several accommodations for small children (high chair, playpen). Remember some renters are older and perhaps have issues with artificial joints (knee and hip replacements). Please consider installing ADA approved toilets (hi-rise).
The parking is not ‘on property’, but a short walk across the street in an assigned lot.
There is a high pitched noise, like a tea kettle boiling, when the wind blows. This could go on for hours.
Please include directions for tv use. The only ‘live’ programming was news, but did not know how to access major network tv shows.

We appreciate your suggestion regarding the bed height, and we will look into providing a step stool for easier access in the future. We'll also consider the ADA-approved toilet option to make the space more accessible for guests with mobility issues. As for parking, we understand that the walk across the street might not be ideal for everyone, but we're glad it wasn’t a major inconvenience. We’ll also investigate the high-pitched noise and see if there’s anything we can do to reduce it. Regarding the TV, we’ll be sure to include clear instructions for guests on how to access live programming and other shows.
