Christmas with the Grandkids

"The home was extremely clean and comfortable with plenty amenities and more than enough space for 3 adults and 2 dogs. The fenced back yard was a super plus allowing us, as well as, our furry family members to be safe and stress free! We also totally enjoyed the game room. Overall, we had a great stay! I would have rated them as 5 stars however we did have a couple hiccups while there. The refrigerator did not work. The management team was immediately responsive to the issue but they were unable to resolve the problem during our stay. Fortunately, there was a refrigerator in the garage/game room we could use although inconvenient. The other issue was that we were not able to adjust the thermostat making it uncomfortable at times. We did find some fans in the closets and used them. The only other recommendation would be to install slip guards and/or grab bar in the showers/tub. My husband being a disabled vet and both of us being a little older falling is never a good thing! That being said, I do need to thank all involved for a wonderful Christmas visiting our grandchildren. We will definitely consider renting again if we make it back down to Florida.

"Property is in a convenient location for the beach, close to lots of things to do, and in a quiet neighborhood. Very spacious with enough room for everyone to spread out. Game room/Garage plus the golf cart is what sets this place apart. Quick communications from the owner and everything was five stars. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for the great stay!

A Sanctuary from the Storm

"We evacuated from Clearwater due to Hurricane Milton. They were extremely accommodating and we were able to check in early. So wonderful as we had small children and a dog. The home is so wonderful with the remodeled interior, updated kitchen, outdoor area in back, game room (grandson's loved it) and use of the golf cart. We would like to come back for a vacation sometime!

"The house was perfect for our family. Our kids loved the game room. The backyard was a great hangout spot. Having the golf cart made getting to the beach fun and easy. I would recommend bringing a fan for the secondary bedrooms.
