This condo also features private access to a huge 1,800 SF private rooftop terrace that is only shared with one other condo in the whole community! 

This luxury condo features three very large bedrooms that each have a king bed, along with 1 queen sofa sleeper in the unit!

We arrived at 9pm to be fine that we had been given last months parking code. After some looking around we found the security office and were given the correct code. We then entered the condo only to find that there was no heat above 68 degrees and there was no internet. We phoned Blue Swell the next day and they sent a man to look at the heat problem. After a couple visits a new part was ordered which arrived a week later. They did give us two portable heaters but still no internet. We again called Blue Swell and they said a new person was looking after the internet but we never received a password. When the man from Blue Swell delivered the heaters I asked about the internet and he gave me his password to try. It worked but it was very limited. Only one device could be connected and it was very limited in what you could do. The condo was very clean and the building was quite nice. We would stay hear next year if the internet was better and we had the proper garage code.

It was perfect for 3 couples. Spacious, clean, and close to everything. The concierge Carmon was amazing and helpful. The pool was beautiful. The views were crazy. The wrap around deck was so much fun. We will be back.

We arrived on Saturday to some concerning issues - 1 - Ice Maker in the fridge didn't work. 2- Water feature was not running which was not a issue but the water standing in the feature was full of black mold. We had three littles, 5, 3 and 1 which was a major health concern. 3- Toilet in the 1/2 bath's handle was broken. 4 - Dishes had been put away with dried food left on them. 5- No Hair dryer in the unit. We did reach out to maintenance who corrected all issues (except we washed all dishes to be safe) except the ice maker. They were unable to get it fixed during our stay. This was not idea because the complex didn't have an ice maker and we had to buy ice for $4 a bag on four separate occasions. Overall the unit was beautiful and perfect for our family vacation. Again - Maintenance was quick to respond and they were very nice and responsive when we reached out to them. The balcony was our favorite part! Unbelievable views and convenience! We would definitely consider staying here again.

After driving for 11 hours we pulled into the parking garage & headed for the third floor per the suggestion of Blue Swell via the check in instructions. When we entered level 2 we heard a god awful noise: it was our luggage in the roof rack, scraping the parking garage ceiling, 3 suitcases, cracked/ruined. Got to the rental on the 16th floor, after waiting for an elevator for about 30 minutes, only to find it filthy. There were clothes left in drawers, food/bottles left under the bed & living room floor. The entire units floor was so nasty, it turned our feet black. The whole place was dusty/dirty. I went to Walmart, spent $100 on cleaning supplies, & cleaned the unit myself. Our feet were still black after mopping myself, with a brand new mop, 5 times. There are stains on the furniture thru out. Fingerprints from dirt on the doors in the bedrooms. There was a broken cabinet in a bedroom with the door just leaning up against the side, no ice maker, no light above the stove, a broken garbage disposal, the dryer hardly works (it took 3 cycles to dry our swimsuits) & small appliances had missing pieces so they were useless. I took pictures, but didn’t call because obviously if it’s not done right the first time, it probably won’t be the second either. For what we paid for this unit, and fees, it should have been spotless. I understand that things break, & stains happen, but review after review shows this isn’t a one time thing. Once it was clean enough to enjoy, we did just that. The views were amazing, and weather was perfect.

This condo is beautiful, the cleaning company that is hired to clean the place should be fired. The place was filthy upon check-in. Sand everywhere along with food from the prior people on the floor and the floor was filthy. The refrigerator leaks as well and had water all over the floor from this. Then the air conditioner went out. It was a stressful first couple of days to say the least with all the issues. I am happy that the cleaning was fixed, someone came out to clean the floors and we were refunded the cleaning charge. The air conditioner was also fixed within the hour.

We stayed here over Fall Break 2019 with our three daughters, and I cannot say enough great things about this property! The VIEWS cannot be beat anywhere in PCB! The walk out balcony is massive and has views from one end of PCB to the other! It is breathtaking at sunrise AND at night with the beach and city lit up! The accommodations were incredibly clean, well-maintained, and comfortable! The large high-top bar with chairs was perfect for breakfast - when we weren't out on the balcony. I cannot wait to get back! This property most definitely has us spoiled!

The views are amazing. It was very clean and had all we needed for our family of 9. Plenty of room and outdoor terrace was unbelievable. The only thing we didn't like was having to wear ribbon bracelets during stay but that was a complex rule which we understand. Pool security was a little over top when enforcing this. Great condo, beach and pool. Love, loved this condo. Guys rented scooters and we also rented double deck pontoon for the day.

What a wonderful vacation! This condo was absolutely beautiful - the owners have really put their personal touch into the decor. It is stunning. A very relaxing atmosphere in luxury! We had so much room - there were 7 of us and we were more than comfortable. Every room was large and it has a full kitchen. The listing on VRBO is exactly as this condo is. The pictures depict what you are stepping into - no hidden surprises - just beauty all around. The condo was very clean and the rental was easy! Jason was great to work with and answered all of my emails promptly and was very personable. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a life of luxury for a week. :) The outdoor terrace was amazing - views from every angle. We are planning on making this a regular family vacation stop.

I have visited PCB for the last 20 years and this condo is the best. The decor is beautiful and everything is inviting and comfortable. The large terrace from the great room is fantastic with views of the Gulf and West Bay. We stayed during February so we didn't go to the beach but we enjoyed the terrace views. Two of the bedrooms also had a small terrace with views of the West Bay. We had a slight internet problem which Chris from PCBLP solved as best as he could. Condo parking is great as you park on floor 2 or 3 in the garage and immediately catch an elevator to your floor. Can't wait for our next trip to PCB so we can stay here again.

An absolute best vacation condo!. We couldn't have asked for anything more than all the amenities in the condo. If there is a return trip to PCB we will certainly want to stay in this condo again. The reservation process and communication with PCBLP was great. Every question answered before and during the trip. The check in process was perfect with no issues at all. This was a girls trip that we take every year..This condo was awesome..it was beautifully decorated..it looked just like the pictures...great access to the beach. The views from the roof terrace patio were breathtaking..Shopping and resaturants were minutes away.. We will definitely be returning next year..

What a beautiful condo! Our family and another family enjoyed your beautiful condo last week. The layout is awesome and views are breathtaking. We were very disappointed that such a lovely condo was in such need of a top to bottom cleaning. The beautiful floors were in need of mopping and everything needed to be dusted. Also, the tubs were so dirty that we had to go and buy cleaner to get rid of the mildew before we could use them. We also had to clean the kitchen. We would love to return next year, but I do hope that the cleaning issues have been improved.

Beautiful view,spacious ,when your on vacation your suppose to relax and have fun we get to the condo very dusty our room which was the master the bathroom door was warped( which the Matience man fixed) our bedroom door would not lock the bathtub and sink was clogged my husband worked and worked till he got all the gross hair out so we could take a decent shower our hair dyer was not operable mold on the tile of the tub (who ever they have cleaning for them needs pointers or fired) the kitchen don't know how being we were on 16 the floor had aunts on the counter. And the reason we booked this place was for the waterfall wasn't working ( matience man got it going ) but leaked so we turned it off ..we couldn't sit in the reclining chairs because they were torn ..the cleaning people left bag of garbage on the balcony smoke alarm was hanging down the wall .. Loved the curve TV and the bed we slept on but floors where nasty bottom of my feet where black again need to fire their house keeper we have to pay a cleaning for what when you have to clean when you get there as well clean before u leave

Based on the pictures, description, and reviews of 1601 Origin at Seahaven we couldn't wait to get there and had high expectations. This was our first trip ever to PCB or the Gulf and of course first time staying at this location and we were not disappointed. I don't know what the other units look like in this high rise but I believe this has to be the nicest condo in the property. It completely exceeded all expectations. The pictures alone are great but still don't do it justice. We had such an incredible week with our family for Spring Break. Everything was just perfect. It was very spacious and plenty of room for our family of 10, it was super clean, every room has a very comfortable king bed and all rooms are spacious with bathroom access. All of the furniture was in great condition and very comfortable. The living room is setup perfectly for a large group with a very nice sectional with reclining sections. The views are just WOW! We loved eating out on the terrace or just spending time there looking at the gulf. The patio/terrace really is incredible. Don't hesitate one second in booking this condo. It's worth every penny. Check-in was a breeze as you just go straight to the room and put in the door code you receive. Check-out process is easy and clean-up is reasonable. It's on the 16th floor which gives you amazing views but during busy times be prepared to wait a bit for the elevator but it honestly wasn't terrible and it was VERY busy. The pool/hot tub is extremely nice with views of the Gulf (must wear wristbands). I can't forget location...this property is in a wonderful location. Super quick and easy access to the beach right across the street with a nice crosswalk. Walking distance to some good restaurants and VERY close (1 mile or less) to Pier Park which is loads of shopping and restaurants. Let's not forget Sharky's being right across the street which is really cool. Grab a bite to eat or a drink right on the beach and walk right across the street to do it. I don't know how often we'll be in PCB as it's a long way from home but when we do, I hope we're staying in this condo! Thanks for everything!

This was our first time renting. This place was spacious and great for our family vacation. I would highly recommend this location. We had a party of 8 and there was enough sleeping room but they have two sofa beds but one is located in front of another bed so we couldnt use it if we had 2 more people. Everything else was great for our trip!

Place was big and beautiful,amazing view of the beach. Worth the money.

This condo was everything my family and I could've hoped for with plenty of space and comfortable living quarters. We loved being right across the street from the beach for ease of access. Origin at Seahaven is a great place to stay for any amount of time.

Great stay loved the balcony . We will return .everything was great and the beach chair service kept us from hauling chairs and thing back and forth from the beach each day.

We enjoyed our stay of over 65 days at 1601 Origin. We found the condo to have great space and upgraded furniture. The bathrooms are not upgraded but everything else is. Amenities were satisfactory with the exception of no toaster. We enjoyed the expansive balcony with views of the beautiful beach as well as the busy Front Beach Road. The location is great for walking to all the shops of Pier Park and Walmart for groceries. The gym facility at Origin is extremely small and had mis-matched dumb bells so we found that disappointing but found a wonderful gym 6km away that we joined for 2 months (Sequence Fitness). Noise can be heard from condo above, as well as normal "Condo noise" of elevators and hallway conversations. When it is windy, it can be an issue with furniture blowing around. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this condo to others, and feel 1601 is definitely the best condo in this building.

Our Cleaning

We're following guidelines set forth by the CDC & local goverments to reduce transmission risk and help stop the spread of COVID-19. We have implemented a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect hard and soft surfaces with special emphasis on all high-touch areas. 

Our cleaners use Spic and Span® 3-in-1 Disinfecting Spray and Comet® Disinfecting Cleaner with Bleach which are certified by the EPA to be effective at killing a broad spectrum of pathogens including:

  • Norovirus
  • E-coli
  • Influenza
  • Salmonella
  • Hepatitis

All of our linens are professionally washed using only EPA approved detergents.
