Unit 1003<br/><br/>The condo was very pretty and well decorated. It was very clean. Had extra towels and extra bedding. The rooms were big. The bathrooms were even big. The patio was very comfortable and big. It was very easy for a person in a wheelchair to get around. The kitchen is very well stocked. <br/><br/>We had one issue with the dishwasher. When we reported they were there within the hour to fix it. The maintenance man fixed it very fast. <br/><br/>The downsides to the condo is. <br/><br/>The tubs are very slippery. 2 out of 3 people just about fell. We had to go buy shower mats just to stand up in them. Even with the shower mats, one out 3 people slipped. <br/><br/>The location of the condo was fantastic. Close to everything you will need.

The condo was clean and well appointed. It comfortable. Parking was easy with a walk across ped way to the elevators, When we arrived we called Blue Swell to make sure we were in the right place. The call was immediately answered and we were assisted very professionally. The staff on site were very nice. The pools and hot tub were clean. The property was very well maintained.

Second time staying at OV 1003. The unit has always been clean upon arrival. King bed is comfortable, great balcony furniture and plenty of kitchen amenities. Only thing the unit needs is an additional chair, preferably with an ottoman, in the living room. Blue Swell staff is always friendly, professional and accommodating. &#xD83D;&#xDC4D;&#xD83D;&#xDC4D;

We travel to PCB at least once a year from Missouri and always stay in different resorts on the beach. This condo was absolutely the best place we've ever stayed at. We stay in Villa ocean in June 2022. The room was good, clean, many dishes, towels, pillows, but mattress in Master bedroom bad, I have back pain in the morning every day.<br/> The location is very good &#xD83C;&#xDF0A;&#xD83D;&#xDC4D;&#xD83D;&#xDC4D;&#xD83D;&#xDC4D;we want stay in a balcony longer and longer. A very clean condo in an excellent location. The kitchen had plenty of plates, glassware, pots & pans, etc. King bed was firm, but comfortable and even had a memory foam topper in the closet if the bed was too firm. Queen bed was soft and creaky according to our overnight guests. Balcony had comfortable furniture. Only negative was the living room furniture. Sofa/hide-a-bed was just ok for sitting to watch tv or read and the only other piece of furniture was one chair. We had guests for a couple of nights and there was only place for 3 people to sit without bringing in a chair off the balcony or sitting in a high back chair from the table. The unit really needs another chair or even better a recliner.

Condo was exactly as pictured. Clean, comfortable and gorgeous view. Customer Service was excellent, will defiantly rent again. One word of caution: Check out time is 10AM, however, door code was deactivated at 8:45AM, had one of us not stayed in the Condo while loading up car with luggage we would have been locked out without phones which were inside the condo.

I was reluctant to use anyone else to rent from because I only rent from another agency in Panama, but Iam so glad I took the chance!! Blue Swell have been awesome, from making sure we had what we needed to answering all my questions. Absolutely was wonderful! Only thing I can suggest is replacing mattresses but that is it! Condo was exactly as pictures were on internet very well decorated!

This place was great! It had the most perfect view and balcony. Perfect beach access. The only things I would mention otherwise were the beds and pillows were very stiff. And the floors weren’t clean when we arrived. It was a clean, nice, beautiful condo, but you could tell it wasn’t mopped. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. We loved it.

As a family we enjoyed the stay. Family friendly location with lots of things to do. The condo was the right size for us. The only problem I had was in the bathroom showers. There was mold on the bottom of the shower curtain and shower matt. Made me question the cleanliness of the place.

The door code got changed half way through our stay. Eventually we got a new code, however, the management company has no idea how long it took to teach these characters with me the first code. Let the retraining begin!

The check in/out was a breeze. Condo very clean. We stayed with another couple and liked the fact that we had our own bathrooms. Honestly, the only thing that would have been nice was to have a couple more dishwasher tab and laundry soap pods. With only a 3 night stay we didn't want to buy more. Otherwise it was a beautiful view and beautiful facility.

This was our first experience staying in a condo. We loved it! We stayed with another couple and their kids. The condo was beautiful. The decor was awesome and the patio was big enough for all of us to enjoy it. Love that it had a washer/dryer in it! Will definitely be doing it again!

This condo was AMAZING!! Everything was perfect from the moment we walked in. Lots of amenities, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything from pots and pans to an apple slicer. Lots and lots of extra towels. They were even wrapped and beautiful blue ribbons. The views were spectacular. The sofa bed was extremely comfortable for my 15-year-old son. It was extremely clean. I appreciated how they left three tablets for the washing machine and 2 tablets for the dishwasher. We will definitely stay here every time we come to Panama City!!

Gorgeous and accommodating condo rental. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beach is approx. 200 feet from the condo and was gorgeous and clean. The recent renovations, deco and furnishings are very beachy and comfortable and it is very spacious! The couch pulls out and there are plenty of extra linens and pillows. Bathrooms have great water pressure and the host provided shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash. Market, shops and restaurants/bars are an easy mile drive, which is super convenient! I would highly recommend to friends and family, we are already planning our next stay.

This condo is close to everything! Beach walking distance to Barefoot Grill and Pineapple Willy's. Beautiful decorations carry the Emerald Green and Blue waters inside. Enjoyed waking up each morning to the ocean view and eating breakfast on the large balcony!

This was the second year we stayed in the condo.We like to get away from Wisconsin snow for awhile. The condo is very well stocked for all your cooking needs and the beds are very comfy. The only thing that could be improved on is the couch. It is not comfortable and when you have company you need to sit at the kitchen table unless it is nice outside.

Our Cleaning

We're following guidelines set forth by the CDC & local goverments to reduce transmission risk and help stop the spread of COVID-19. We have implemented a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect hard and soft surfaces with special emphasis on all high-touch areas. 

Our cleaners use Spic and Span® 3-in-1 Disinfecting Spray and Comet® Disinfecting Cleaner with Bleach which are certified by the EPA to be effective at killing a broad spectrum of pathogens including:

  • Salmonella
  • Hepatitis

All of our linens are professionally washed using only EPA approved detergents.
