This home is gorgeous throughout and is the closest you will get to Heaven on Earth. Newly remodeled as of 2020!

Located on the 4th floor, it boasts awe-inspiring views of the shimmering white sands and sparkling emerald waters with floor-to-ceiling windows and patio doors. Marisol is a beautiful condominium resort that's peaceful, quiet, tranquil, and perfectly located on the East end of Panama City Beach.

Your living area features a Queen sofa sleeper so that this condo comfortably sleeps eight. The flat-screen TV, ample seating, and an open floor plan allow everyone to enjoy family time together. The dining table will seat six and your breakfast bar allows for guests and visitors to join in. The upgraded kitchen allows for everything from simple breakfast fare to your gala holiday meal. A washer and dryer round out your extra conveniences.

The Gulf-front master suite with King bed offers stunning views of the Gulf sunrises, private balcony access, and an en suite master bath. Guest Bedroom #1 features a Queen bed, ample closet space, window views, and close proximity to the Guest Bath. Guest Bedroom #2 comes complete with a King bed and a flat-screen TV.

Condo was clean and everything we needed was there. Master bedroom mattress protector could be replaced and mattress pad washed. Other than those 2 things, condo was perfect. We will return. Blue Swell representatives were great too!

We really enjoyed our stay at Marisol 403. The property was very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was perfect. The only complaint or frustration would be that we couldn't figure out if the TV was capable to stream....like Netflix or Amazon Prime, our own accounts of course. Besides that, everything was great!

Hello, My stay at your property was a very good experience. The view was amazing and the location was great as well. The condo was very clean and spacious. My only complaint was the internet service . I could locate the WiFi password and the Cable was very skittish. Other than that it was great and would stay again.

This was a wonderful rental for my Spring Break vacation with my teens. Perfect location right on the beach and everything was beautifully kept. The pictures do not do this condo justice. Enjoyed waking up & enjoying morning coffee & tea on the balcony overlooking the beach & gulf! Great way to start the day. Then a short walk down the beach in either direction to local bars/restaurants. Any issue we had with maintenance was fixed immediately after submitted via email so didn’t detract from my vacation.

Condo was clean when we arrived and fully stocked with the necessities. It was one of the nicer ones ive stayed in. Has 2 elevators <br/>and even during the busiest time of day, we never waited more than a minute or two. Location was great. I would definitely recommend.

There isn't a single negative about staying at this property. We didn't find one thing to complain about and every minute was enjoyable. Small things can sometimes be the largest things and keyless entry, meaning also cardless, might seem small, but it sure made the week enjoyable not having to keep up with sets of keys or cards for each family member.

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. We loved the location and the spacious layout of the condo. The only dampers was the freezing of the tv in the main living room to the degree we ended up only being able to watch Netflix and issues with the gate access code to pool and beach not working until our last full day of stay. The cable network provider should really be reconsidered. Nevertheless, the cleanliness, great location, right on the beach watching the sunrise from balcony, spacious kitchen and bedrooms were definite pluses. I love the messages from management checking to make sure our stay was going ok and responsiveness. If you’re looking for a place to wind down and some place peaceful, this is it. We have teenage/older children and their being able to retreat to their own rooms as teenagers do (they loved the space). Definitely bookmarked as a stay again location.

The Marisol building is small. We love staying in this building. No elevator wait and no crowded beach. Condo has been updated. Nice decor. But the beds are not the best. Master bed is very uncomfortable. Marisol has always had Direct TV but has changed to some internet TV that was horrible reception. Picture kept freezing up while watching TV. Overall condo is very nice.

We had a great experience! The condo was well above our expectations. It was so clean!! We did notice we had a leak on the kitchen sink faucet. I contacted maintenance and someone was there the very next day and then the problem was solved. The guy replaced the entire faucet within 30 mins! Would definitely recommend this condo and we will definitely be back.

Unit was nice however we had issue with the door codes and the lock not unlocking causing us to be locked out of the condo. We weren’t given the correct door code to get in the lobby. Luckily someone let us in and told us the code. Had to have someone come out twice due to the condo lock not unlocking all the way.

We stayed at Marisol in May 2021. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. Cozy feeling but plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 children. The staff that worked at Marisol was very friendly and helpful with helping hold the gates. Elevators were fast and efficient, most times there was one already waiting on you at the ground floor. Would defiently stay here again.

My two sons, my two grandsons, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was perfectly arranged, perfectly clean, and there were plenty of towels. My youngest grandson was in heaven. He’s 6 and hadn’t been to beach since he was three. He didn’t remember it, and he was fascinated. He even found a shark’s tooth! <br/>Thank you. <br/>We certainly enjoyed our stay.

The month long visit to Marisol 403 was well worth the trip. Amazing sunsets and beach view from the 4th floor balcony and the white sand beaches are beautiful. The king master suite was very nice and the 2 other bedrooms appeared to be nice as well eventhou we didn’t use them. The Marisol 403 refreshed interior was up to date and comfortable. Weather the first few weeks of Feb. was rainy and cold but we found other things to do in town along the beach. There was some noise from maintenance construction work on the building for 2 weeks but the crews were repectful trying not to start too early. <br/>The only drawback would be that Marisol 403 needs a new set of pots and pans for cooking. What was there was just past its prime. The master bedroom fan remote was still missing so fan not functional. (Would probably be an issue in hot weather) Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone short or long term. <br/>

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Marisol 403. The property was very neat, clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all essentials; bedrooms with extra pillows and blankets. The view was AMAZING!!!!!!The layout of the condo is awesome and can easily accommodate 4 or 5 adults and a few kids. My group consisted of 3 adults and we have MORE THAN ENOUGH space. It was very calm and quiet throughout the stay, as it wasn't PEAK season. My only 2 concerns were firstly the parking was very confusing. In the instructions, it was not stated that the parking passes were located inside the unit so I had to call once I arrived. The after-hours person was very kind and informed me of that. Also, apparently the HOA "redid" the numbers, but didn't notify Blue Swell. As a result, the parking space that I was informed to use didn't exist. Luckily, a member of my party had a handicap card and we were able to use that for the 1st night. I received additional clarity the next day. My second concern was that the unit was unlocked and the door was open when we arrived. My group was all females, therefore, we were initially a little apprehensive. However, once we completed a thorough "walk-thru", we were ok. I would definitely recommend this property and do plan to return.

This is our 3rd year at 403 Marisol- the remodel is fabulous, furniture upgrades were spot on. The location is wonderful, access to the beach a breeze. Loved the new upgraded touches - added blankets and linens, new dinnerware, upgraded TVs in all rooms.<br/><br/>Only one flaw this year and is has to do with the management company not the condo. All ceiling fans were upgraded or added when the unit was remodeled; all fans had remotes with the exception of the one missing in the master bedroom. The light was on and the fan on high (like a wind tunnel). No remote. Checked all the drawers in the ENTIRE unit, checked under all furniture - no remote. Tried the remotes in the other rooms - didn’t work. To sleep we turned the fan/light off by the wall switch. This made the room stuffy and hot. Contacted the agency On day 2 who seemed concerned, they asked for a photo of the fan so they could obtain the correct remote. Contacted agency on day 4 - remote ordered expected that day. It was in stock at all three locations in PCB. The next guests will have the same situation.<br/><br/>403 Marisol is wonderful and Blue Swell Vacations have been very cooperative in the past. Hopefully this is an untrained staff situation.

This is our 3rd year at 403 Marisol- the remodel is fabulous, furniture upgrades were spot on. The location is wonderful, access to the beach a breeze. Loved the new upgraded touches - added blankets and linens, new dinnerware, upgraded TVs in all rooms.<br/><br/>Only one flaw this year and is has to do with the management company not the condo. All ceiling fans were upgraded or added when the unit was remodeled; all fans had remotes with the exception of the one missing in the master bedroom. The light was on and the fan on high (like a wind tunnel). No remote. Checked all the drawers in the ENTIRE unit, checked under all furniture - no remote. Tried the remotes in the other rooms - didn’t work. To sleep we turned the fan/light off by the wall switch. This made the room stuffy and hot. Contacted the agency On day 2 who seemed concerned, they asked for a photo of the fan so they could obtain the correct remote. Contacted agency on day 4 - remote ordered expected that day. I have stayed many times in PCB but this time was the best. Even with the pandemic, my family and I felt at home at the Marisol. The only time we knew there was a pandemic was when we went out to eat and shopping. It wasn't a variation from our normal life as we have to wear PPE at home. Looking forward to staying again at Marisol.

Tranquility awaits. Very clean with beautiful view and access to the beach. My only issue was when you turn the faucet off there was a loud noise like the horn of a ship that vibrated through the plumbing. Once they get that fixed the property will be pristine.

The condo was very nice. It was clean and everything needed was there. The only issues were the tvs in the bedrooms could be upgraded and a little more instructions on using direct tv. The bathrooms could have handi-cap safety bars installed. Other than these minor issues the place was very nice and I would recommend to anyone looking for a great place for a vacation to stay here.

The unit was very nice. It was fully equipped for four adults and four small children. We had plenty of linens for our week long stay. The lobby was always clean and the elevators were very fast! The property is conveniently located on the beach. Parking with SUV or Pickup truck was difficult to impossible, due to the lack of parking spaces for the building. We had three parking passes and only had one space designated. The across the street lot were first come first serve and very close together. Security was very helpful with parking issues.

Close to bars and restaurants, perfectly clean, well designed condo. We were very pleased with the facility! Cleanliness, non smoking building. RIGHT ON THE BEACH. I wish I could have stayed longer. Will definitely be returning !!

Beautiful condo with extraordinary master bedroom. Our parking tickets weren't in the condo when we arrived, but we called and they handled it even though their shift was over. Great weekend, wish we could have stayed longer.

We were very happy with our stay. The view of the Gulf was really good. The master bedroom was really nice and so was the master bath. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and utensils. Our guests had nice compliments on this condo unit and everyone was impressed. Our only complaint was that a cable tv remote was missing from one of the bedrooms and we didn't have a blanket for our guest to use on the sleeper sofa. Check in and checkout as well as all interactions with the Blue Swell team went smoothly and we were happy with our stay and would happily stay there again.

We stayed in this unit for fall break for the second time. Amazing views and right on the beach. Everything we needed in unit. Small condo and not crowded. We had 2 small issues first was they moved all the beach chairs setups right on the water and it didnt leave much room for those who do not use that service to setup near water and the second issue was the grill area is covered in ants. The parking spot for the unit is close to the grill and we did find ants in our vehicle after parking there. But the unit is amazing!

We have found the Marisol to be our “go to” for location, amenities, and great service. We need clean, comfortable, maintained, and easy beach access. Marisol 403 met all our requirements. We require three bedrooms and no bunk beds- 403 met our needs. Two large bathrooms, comfy furniture, great view. The patio furniture was FANTASTIC!!. The bed and bath linens were lovely. Blue Swell was available 24/7 and quickly responded to inquiries. A few minor improvements would make 403 a five star property: we did not report these during our stay- stove light and fan not operational, all remotes needed new batteries, bed comforters are shabby (this seems odd since the sheets are gorgeous); second bedroom TV was in the closet and too heavy to lift.<br/><br/>All in all this is great find and we will be back!

Our stay was great. The facilities were everything that was shown - truly beautiful surroundings and facility.<br/>Negative items:<br/>We were not given the access code to enter the building only the access code for our room.<br/>The 850 help line could not help us after 5 pm on Sunday. We called prior to 5 pm, they tried to help us, they asked to do something, and when we called back to tell them it had not worked, we got the answering service that could not help at all... Had a resident not been nice enough to got us into the building, there was nothing for us to do.<br/>The description of the parking stall is confusing - forget the #10 and just tell them to look for #403 in a white box on the parking stall.<br/>A maintenance worker came into our room while we we're occupying it and told us it was because they had a previous service call. No reason it cannot be done when the rooms free, its a lightbulb. We had a couple of young children in the room and a lot of valuables for someone to simply use their access code and walk in...<br/>Check out time was at 10 am - our code was disabled at 930 - had someone from our group not been in the room when we were loading, the code was disabled 30 mins prior to our departure time, we would have been in a bad place if our phones were in the room and we couldn't get in.<br/>These are minor items, but could be easily resolved...

The property was as stated. Great location on the beach. There was road construction that made walking a bit difficult, however, we were not disturbed in our unit. As indicated in previous reviews there are not additional blankets. There is a sheet and bed spread, as far as temperature/comfort, this was enough. There were supplies such as paper towel, toilet paper, new kitchen sponge, dish soap, and laundry soap to last until you got to the store. The dishwasher did not get the dishes very clean, probably a filter needing to be cleaned. We hand washed our dishes. Overall, we were very happy and would rent again.
