Our fourth consecutive year staying at this condo unit. As usual, everything was fresh and clean. This resort is so well located; close enough to shopping and restaurants yet far from the touristy madness and traffic. The pictures are accurate-what you see is what you get. Perfect location with easy beach access. Beautiful views from the bedrooms and living room! We have stayed in this unit before and they have replaced the patio furniture since last year and it is even better than before. This condo is within walking distance on the beach to Pineapple Willy's so that is convenient. Our family had a wonderful time and will be back again next year.

We had a great vacation! The property was clean, spacious, and very nice. There were five of us and we had plenty of room and never felt crowded. We had to call the property management upon arrival to get a second parking pass. They solved our problem quickly and effectively. Our 8th floor balcony had plenty of chairs and a great view of the beach. The complementary beach chairs were an added benefit to the condo.

We were disappointed in the recent change in patio furniture. The previous furniture was very comfortable and relaxing with the padded cushions and recliner.

I give this condo a 5 star! The location couldn't have been better with an amazing view from all floor to ceiling windows. Very modern but still beachy and clean. Everything we needed was available. Only had a few questions during our stay and someone got back to me in literally 5 minutes. I cannot wait to go back to this beautiful beach! Would definitely recommend. The issues that we had with our condo was there were a few pans in the cabinets that were not clean, and we pay a lot of money to have it cleaned. Another issue with the condo was no fitting lids for either the pots or the storage containers. There was also a rusty razor blade on the bathroom counter. We left in on the counter for you to dispose.

This unit checked all the boxes! Lots of space and amazing views form the bedrooms. The deck space allowed for 5 of us comfortably. The one negative was that the couch and the area rug in the living room needs to be discarded. They were visibly dirty. The rug had debris sitting in the shag. We could not sit in that room. Fortunately we spent most time on the deck! The location is ideal.

We were impresses that the property was just like the photos on line. Loved the extra large balcony and furniture. A wonderful extra to have beach chairs included. The nicest shower in the master...truly appreciated it since I was dealing with a handicap at the time. Would highly recommend this unit and look forward to staying again in the future. The condo was lovely and well maintained.WE appreciated the rental chairs. I did however feel that it was chintzy that only one dishwasher tab was left in the condo, there were no hot pads and no replacement kitchen trash bags.Also the batteries in the remote in the bedroom were dead.

We love PCB and Long Beach Resort. Our stay was nice. Everything that we needed. The only negative was that it is obvious this condo is rented very often and has little time to be deep cleaned and updated or furniture replaced as it gets very worn down. Perfect for those that don’t mind that fact.

We are a family of 5 (3 children ages 10,7 and 5). We could not have found a better place to stay. They layout was perfect so everyone had a good nights sleep. It was spacious and kid friendly and super clean. The best part for us was the full kitchen and washer and dryer. The balcony was much bigger than what we expected. We loved it SO much we are considering buying a condo in the same building.

One of the cleanest and most well kept experiences we have ever seen. Stayed here for my first Ironman race and was not disappointed. Enough room for the family and close enough to everything to walk. The view alone is worth it!

The unit we rented in Tower 1 (804) was g great find for us. The two BR two BA was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the stay. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were larger that we expected - each with a large size soaking tub/shower combination. The AC unit functioned correctly and there was always an abundance of hot water. We will be sure and visit the Blue Swell site for our visit to PCB next year.

This condo was perfect for our recent vacation. It was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well stocked and the view that it provided was spectacular. The only negative was that the hot water didn't last long. So, just no lingering in the showers. Otherwise, the condo was absolutely perfect. We will definitely look to this property for our future vacations.

5 sunsets, friendly convenient gated beach condo community, clean nicely appointed condo, sugar sand, padded beach lounges and umbrellas, gulf surf perfection. would recommend and return in future.

Our Cleaning

We're following guidelines set forth by the CDC & local goverments to reduce transmission risk and help stop the spread of COVID-19. We have implemented a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect hard and soft surfaces with special emphasis on all high-touch areas. 

Our cleaners use Spic and Span® 3-in-1 Disinfecting Spray and Comet® Disinfecting Cleaner with Bleach which are certified by the EPA to be effective at killing a broad spectrum of pathogens including:

  • Coronavirus
  • Norovirus
  • E-coli
  • Influenza
  • Salmonella
  • Hepatitis

All of our linens are professionally washed using only EPA approved detergents.
