This gorgeous condo is located at Laketown Wharf and features 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms & sleeps 6! With a gorgeous gulf view from the balcony, lake view from the walkway & many amenities on-site, this is the perfect spot for your next beach vaca!

The living room has plenty of open space for all of your guests along with beautiful views of the gulf through the balcony. It also features a sleeper sofa, dining area for 4 & a flat-screen TV. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances for your use such as a stove, oven, microwave & dishwasher. It also features extra seating on the island.

Another sleeping space is located in the bunk alcove and master bedroom. The master features a queen bed, closet, flat-screen TV & private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

We had a great view, the condo was very clean and well equipped. Easy check in and out. We have stayed at LTW 4 years, twice at 1814. We love it there and hope to stay a lot more.

My daughters and I had a great time in PCB. The condo was extremely spacious and very clean. It was within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. There were some negative comments about the elevators, which we experience the day we arrived, but after that, we had no concerns the rest of our stay. The condo is on the 18th floor, so that helped as well. I would highly recommend this location.
It’s always amazing to hear that we’ve been successful in our goal of providing our guests with the best possible experience. Thank you for staying with Blue Swell and we look forward to your return.

The place was nice . Just thought the pull couch would have been able to sleep on . But the mattress was way way to thin. The condo it’s self was nice. The elevators were horrible. I heard they are I installing new elevators. But over all our room was nice.

The condo was great. It was clean, good layout, great view with even being across the street. The bummer was the amount of people smoking pot in the place. I did tell security and they were trying to catch them since it is illegal in Florida. We just weren't able to enjoy having the door open with warm ocean air. The elevators were a bit of a challenge and broke quite often. The place is close to shopping and dining, so that is a plus. There are many pools and those were nice as well. I did let the property management company know and they said to tell security since the pot problem was out of their hands. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay!

We stayed at Laketown Wharf 1814 for a week in PCB! We had no complaints/issues at all while we were there. The condo was clean. The location was right across from the beach which was great. We used the pools a few times and were impressed. One of the pools is a heated pool which allowed us to stay out longer and enjoy the pool and not being cooped up inside with 3 kids! I would definitely stay here again.

Our Cleaning

We're following guidelines set forth by the CDC & local goverments to reduce transmission risk and help stop the spread of COVID-19. We have implemented a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect hard and soft surfaces with special emphasis on all high-touch areas. 

Our cleaners use Spic and Span® 3-in-1 Disinfecting Spray and Comet® Disinfecting Cleaner with Bleach which are certified by the EPA to be effective at killing a broad spectrum of pathogens including:

  • Coronavirus
  • Norovirus
  • E-coli
  • Influenza
  • Salmonella
  • Hepatitis

All of our linens are professionally washed using only EPA approved detergents.
