Looking for your own private Floridian paradise, right on the beachfront? You just found it. This 2 bed condo in the Grand Panama Resort has the style, the location, and the views to make great memories for everyone who stays here. The designers of this apartment knew the views were stunning, that’s why they installed floor to ceiling windows so you get to see as much as possible of the outside when you’re inside.

This offers a great place to relax out of the sun, or at the end of a day spent on the beach. So stretch out on the sofa, grab the remote and watch the huge flat screen TV. The sofa also converts into a bed, creating more sleeping space in the condo.

Take your pick between these two great places to stop and eat or just sip coffee. The dining table can also be used as a work space and/or to host card and board games if you fancy a night in.

With so many restaurants in the local area, you might find yourselves eating out regularly during your stay. But if you fancy some self-catering, then a kitchen with high specification steel appliances, custom tiles, and granite countertops is here to make preparing snacks and meals anytime a real pleasure.

The master bedroom overlooks the Gulf and has a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, deep bath tub and dual granite vanities. There’s no better place to wake up. Why not take your breakfast outside as you take in the amazing views of the Gulf? The second bedroom features a queen bed and, just like the master, plenty of storage space for your belongings. There’s also an alcove in the hallway with bunk beds which kids always find good fun to sleep in.

My husband and I stayed for 6 weeks here. The condo was very clean, and the property description and layout were as described. We received excellent and quick service for a minor thing (burned out light bulbs), and staff was always pleasant and courteous. The views were amazing from the balcony. I only have a couple of suggestions: 1. A light in the dining room would be helpful; 2. The mattress in the master bedroom could use a bit of an update. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo. We plan to stay here again next year! Thank you Blue Swell!!

The view is beautiful! We stayed with 3 generations for our spring break. We had no issues checking in and arriving into our condo! We had an issue with my son's sheets on the bunk that didn't look liked they'd been changed ,but it was corrected quickly when maintenance brought a new set of sheets. Maybe a quality check of cleanliness could be done &#xD83D;&#xDE09;. Other than that, the condo was lovely, the communication was prompt and the Grand Panama is definitely a place that my family and I will be coming back again!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly how it was described. The seller stayed in contact with from the beginning until the end of our stay. They informed of us of updates that were around the area and at the condo. Very good price for 3 day stay. There’s a bar by the pool you can enjoy all night. It’s close a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. Blueswell are great to rent from.

The rental was very clean and spacious. We will definitely return. Only negatives, was the king bed in the master room was broken in on both sides. I’m sure that’s due to it’s been stayed in a lot, but it could definitely be replaced. Also, there was very limited handicap parking.

Condo was as described. Clean and ready for our arrival. I really only have 2 negatives about the trip. No ice maker in the fridge and no ice trays available for your guests to make their own. Also, between emails and texts I received no less than 7 or 8 different requests for a 5 star reveiw during my 3 day stay. I understand that positive reviews can impact your rentals, but being bombarded with reminders lessened my enjoyment of the unit and overall experience.

Check-in was easy. The view was wonderful, but the unit was somewhat dark and dated. Carpets were filthy, but the rest of the unit reasonably clean. Ample supply of towels were plush, beds reasonably comfortable. We were very frustrated to be locked out of our room before 10:00 am the day of departure. We had loaded our car and left ourselves 10 minutes to grab last minute items including my purse and phone, and use the restroom one last time. It was unclear how to reach someone to help us get back into the room so by the time we did, it was past 10...not our fault. It was stressful as we were on our way to a final meeting before leaving for home.

The condo was nice but the bedding needs to be updated. The dishwasher needs to be attached to the cabinet, when the door is open and the racks are pulled out I thought it was going to fall out of the cabinet. We loved the location and the building Set up. It was off season so didn’t have to deal with elevator waits and such. Only negative was a drainpipe from under the road drained blacked as night water into the Gulf which got worse as the month went - it started traveling down the beach and actually made a huge black water ditch which couldn’t be crossed without walking through it. All the beach goers and beach sitters really took offense to it.

Im giving the condo I stayed in five stars, first very nice decor and layout of the rooms. The condo had everthing we needed and this was our fourth time staying in panama it is one of the nicest by far. 20th floor so not that much traffic we only had to wait a couple of minutes for the elevator.

Unit 1-2005 at Grand Panama Resort was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The view from our balcony was amazing! Only issues were slow elevators and horribly laid out parking garage. However the overflow parking deck was decent. Overall a very pleasant stay however.

This condo is between a 4 and 5 star. Beautiful view!! Very nice and lots of space. Kitchen has just the right amount from dishes, pot/pan and coffee maker. The air did not keep the room as cool as some of the other condos we have stayed in the coolest it would get was around 73 made for stuffy nights. Three beach chairs for use so take beach toys for children and more chair is you need them. The beds sleep nice but pillows need to be replaced. If you need to use the pull out on couch make sure to bring extra pillows for your use. Grand Resort itself parking is tricky but is parking not that way everyplace you go, we did learn that it was closer to park in the open lot to the left. Everyone was very friendly. The parceling from the resort is not the place to use they are rude and you do not get your moneys worth. We paid for the 4 miles and only got one circle and back by the time the other family walked from beach to pool the ride was over for the group who went up. Pool is very nice they clean it each morning. Go enjoy the roof top pool as well less crowed and it is the place to cook out the grills are open more. Go to St. Andrews State Park why you are there and check out Shell Island it is wonderful. Get snorkeling gear before you. If you go around sundown you will see different kinds of wildlife as your driving in/out. We will stay at this condo again. Hope everyone has a wonderful, safe, and blessed vacation.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Grand Panama. Even though it was late Oct and the temps were cooler, we found the pool to be warm enough for swimming, which was awesome! Also loved being right on the beach!! Unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Towels were well stocked. LOVED our ocean front view from the balcony!! Location was great, close enough to everything we needed. Only a couple of minor things we would have changed. Would have been nice to have a deadbolt or chain on the inside of the door, mostly to prevent our youngest daughter from letting herself outside. And the bedding was a bit drab and worn out...would greatly improve the look of the bedrooms to have more stylish, updated bedding. Otherwise, a fantastic find and we would definitely stay again!
