This 7th-floor unit is the perfect location - just high enough for a bird’s eye view of the white sands and emerald waters, but still low enough to hear the waves crashing on the shore!

This 1 bedroom/2 bath condo is complete with a King Master Suite with breathtaking Gulf views, an en suite Master Bathroom! There is also a Bunk Alcove where there are two Twin beds, perfect for the kids! Enjoy the large flatscreen TV in the living room and breathtaking views of the Gulf from the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony. Outside, you’ll find plenty of seating for everyone - the perfect spot to drink your morning coffee while the waves roll in or to catch one of those beautiful Florida sunsets in the evening. Step into the large galley-style kitchen with granite countertops and upscale appliances to whip up that delicious culinary cuisine! There is dining for 2 at the dining room table and plenty of room for extra seating at the bar!

This place is infested with roaches and bugs. An exterminator came 2-3 times during our stay and we continue to find live bugs and roaches. The last morning we found a roach in bed. We should have been offered a refund, cancellation or another property.

This condo was everything we could have wanted! It was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We had a small issue upon arrival and we received prompt service from the on call maintenance person. Things happen and knowing that you can easily contact the right person and get the assistance needed in a timely manner gives a lot of peace of mind when renting. I would not hesitate to rent from Blue Swell again in the future!

This condo was perfect for our family of 6! 2 adults and 4 kids.The couch pulled out and held 2 kids which was a lifesaver.When we arrived,the condo was clean and as described.We followed the instructions emailed to us and didn't have the first problem with checkin.The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.(A Keurig would have been nice,but I'm just spoiled lol)There was a good starter amount of TP,paper towels and dish liquid.Plenty bath towels for all of us.I can't think of anything I could add to this beautiful condo(maybe that Keurig &#xD83D;&#xDE09;)Some reviews I read had me worried about figuring out how to get around in the building but it wasn't bad at all.There are 2 buildings connected by the walk across (sky bar) 1 building is where the condo is and how you get to the beach and the main pool.Walk across the skybar to the other building and that's where the parking garage,Starbucks and the kiddie pool is.You just have to pay attention to which elevators to use and which floors.Seriously not hard at all.What I call "kiddie" pool area is called the Floridita and it's really nice.I wish we had noticed as soon as we got there all the activities they do at that pool.During our stay they played music,had sand art for kids,airbrush tattoos,bingo with giftcards as prizes, and there's even a game area with a pooltable, ping pong and other fun games.The kids loved it. We stayed 10 nights and we never needed anything from staff,but they were very friendly,they would greet us and smile in passing.We never saw any bugs in the condo the whole stay.Which is a huge plus for me,I hate bugs! The washer and dryer worked great,as did everything.We ate at several places while there but our favorite by far was Schooners. Also Hungry Howie's! Yum! I highly recommend this condo. Its definitely been one of our favorite vacations and we'll stay here again when back in PCB!

Our condo was great for the two of us. There are bunk beds if you have children along, which we did not. There were plenty of starting supplies for our visit. The unobstructed view from the balcony is perfect as it directly faces the beach. My only complaint would be with the elevators which had operational issues sometimes. But, that has nothing to do with the condo rental. I would definitely recommend this unit. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful time at PCB. The view and condo was beautiful. It was plenty of room for a family of four . It was clear instructions on everything .. we had to call maintenance once and they came immediately. I would definitely bring my family back.

I had the best last-minute vacation with Blue Swell. Normally I plan for many weeks, but this time we didn't have time to do it. Somebody recommended Vrbo and we found out Blue Swell is the agency we can go through. But everything went well.<br/>The only tiny problem was in the apartment the there was a dvd player and after renting a dvd we found out there is no cabel between the tv and dvd player, so we went to buy one.<br/>The carpet in the bedroom looked dirty because something had been spilled out and it wasn't deep cleaned.<br/>On the last day we locked out ourselves but the contact person was very helpful and very patient with us.

Aside from some minor cleaning and maintenance issues, the condo unit was adequate for the 4 of us! My daughters were excited to have the two bunk beds in the hallway and is partly why we chose to rent this unit, however, it was not until we arrived that it was disclosed one had to be under 100 lbs to sleep on top. Our family had difficulty having enough seating to enjoy a movie or play games together in the living room. For the price to rent the unit for 5 nights, we expected more.

We just completed a 3-week stay at this property, and it was a great experience. The condo is accurately described so there were no negative surprises. The property is recently renovated and in excellent condition. The kitchen appliances are top quality. The location right on the beach with a 7th floor view of the gulf was perfect. We had an excellent fine dining experience at the Fire Fly (about a 15 minute drive). Otherwise, we ate at two excellent restaurants within walking distance - Sharkey’s and Runaway Island. Pier Park was a 10-minute drive away. The rental management staff provided complete and detailed instructions prior to our arrival and immediately responded to our questions and needs. Our total experience was excellent! We plan to return and recommend this property to friends.

Emerald Beach was perfect. I was there for work. And the town closed up for Corona. But the condo was great clean and well equipped. I had food delivered and did enjoy the heated pool. Keeping social distance. Plan to be back often.

Great view from the balcony and nice rental. Only issue we had was with the door when we 1st arrived. Once we figured out you had to pull the door toward you before doing the code it worked every time. No complaints, everything in working order and we would rent again.

We loved room 733. It had beautiful decor! And my favorite was the double sliding glass doors to the porch. The porch furniture and king size bed were amazing! The chairs and toys provided were a huge plus! ...Only complaint: tiki bar at resort wasn’t open as much as we would have liked &: the door to unit didn’t lock well. It had to slam shut to lock And when we first arrived we had a hard time getting in with the code we were provided.. also there were dirty sheets on the pull out couch bed that we had to wash before using. Overall we would stay there again!
